- Terun (8/5): Great experience staying here, staff were well mannered - Property is well looked after, provides things to cook etc, good hospitality Area, no parking
- Danny (8/5): Ideal for a short last minute stay. Not too far from centre if you’re wanting to travel in. - Clean, spacious and modernised. Booked last minute and the host was very responsive. Location wasn’t the best if you’re wanting to nip out and wonder in centre, wasn’t the comfiest furniture but was perfect for a last minute stay.
- Guest (7/5): - The space
- Sally (8/5): Great location and easy to check in. The living room was to die for - Modern rooms, smart tv with YouTube and Netflix and a balcony in the living room and main bedroom.
Living room is spacious😍 with breakfast chairs and space. Main bedroom window/door to balcony does not open even with a fan we were still hot.
Lack of cups and useful utensils. Towels were wet. Hard to retrieve lost property 🥲
- Triva (1/5): Absolutely disgusting taking our deposit money and not answering my messages - Nothing At first I called the number to let us in and a guy answers the call saying he’s the maintenance guy and he can’t help was being rude and unprofessional. Once we got in the next day we lost the keys and I called the maintenance guy which he advised he’s not in the area and if I can just wait around when I said no he said okay I’ll call the manager. So they had an emergency key inside which they gave it us and then we put it back in place as we found the original keys. When I asked for the deposit back they said I was being rude to the staff ( the staff kept calling me asking me to put the key back in place when I was still looking for my original keys. And I said wait until I find it and he kept saying oh no u need to do it now the manager is awake) sorry I paid for the apartment I’m not there for free. The next day the maintenance guy kept calling me and asking about my night and how I am ?!! Waking me up from my sleep?! Can you question ur staff please

- Mark (4/5): Not a luxury apartment, don't be fooled - Bathroom facilities and kitchen good quality. Secure parking Where do I start? The photos on booking.com are very misleading. Location was nothing like the postcode. We are not local to the area so had no idea where we were. Had to call the company to find out how to get into the property and was sent everything by email.. No welcome pack like the photo, fridge empty, 1 bowl for breakfast so I had to have mine and wash up so my wife could use it. For the description to say it was for 4 people there was nowhere near enough crockery or towels for 4 people. 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 cups. Used towels in the cupboard. Bed settee awful to sit on, beds not particularly comfy. Bedside lamps not working, lamp in the sitting room not working, the bulbs had been removed. It was incredibly disappointing and although we were supposed to be staying for 3 nights, we had enough after the first night and booked another accommodation at more expense.

- Jessica (1/5): Far from luxury - Nothing. Upon arrival, we were sent the exact property address, which we then realised was different to advertised destination on the map. Therefore, we needed to travel to a completely different location across Birmingham. We booked this stay due its ideal location, and a location in which as 4 girls we felt safe to stay, so we were very disappointed to have been completely misled and arrive in a location away from the city centre. We understand that an exact location can’t be given but the flat was in a completely different area of Birmingham. Furthermore, after waiting outside the location advertised, we then had to take an additional journey, by taxi with all our belongings, incurring further unexpected costs and adding unnecessary stress.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Upon entering the flat, it was clear that it was not adequately prepared for our stay, nor did it reflect the "luxury apartment" described in the listing. Some of the specific concerns we encountered include:
We had 1.5 toilet rolls for 4 people for 3 days, 4 wine glasses and 2 mugs and no cups. No tea or coffee that was listed in the booking information and no conditioner despite this being in the booking form too.
More importantly, the flat was incredibly unclean, skirting boards were thick with dust and hair, the shower was dusty and dirty and the bath mat was visibly stained. The bin had no bin bag in and we checked every single cupboard and there was no bin bags available. We had 1 towel in each bedroom despite the booking form saying 2 and 1 of our pillows were mouldy. If this was not enough to upset us after the disruption at the beginning of the stay, on the second day one of the girls went to move the wardrobe slightly to plug something in and we found a condom behind the wardrobe. In simpler terms, the flat was in an unfit state to accommodate any guests.

- Darren Haley (8/5): - The apartment was great. Location close to transport links. Clean and tidy. Facilities not as described. Limited kitchenware only 3 plates, 1 glass, 2 mugs, 3 forks. When described as set up for 4 people this caused us some issues when eating.
- Christopher (8/5): Modern, well appointed flat with god communication - Well appointed. Nice modern features and a good size kitchen living room. Lovely walk in shower with good water pressure. Nice secure parking with wide spaces and charging points a bonus.
We had a couple of minor issues but the management team responded very quickly and communicated well, keeping us updated throughout. All in all exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. It’s a bit further out from the centre but the walk down the canal into Birmingham takes about 45 mins to an hour and is a very pleasant way to start the day.
- Rachael (6/5): Comfty beds, and pleasant flat but needs some tweaking, not located in jewellery quarter - The property itself was lovely, it had all the basics you needed and looked neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable indeed. The property was not located where it showed on the booking app, I'm from Birmingham and as we were attending an event I wanted it close to the venue, where I booked was supposed to be in the jewellery quarter, the booking.com app took us there but it was incorrect. When we actually used the address it was in Winson green next to the prison which is not what I would have booked if I had known. There were 4 of us staying and although we had the beds the sofa was too small for us all, there were only 2 mugs glasses stools, etc, the sink was not fixed in the kitchen, the bathroom was not clean, there was damage to the doors of the bedroom like they had forced entry, letters were all over the floor of the entry of the building looking a right mess, and we had trouble getting the code to access the property so a guy came out and gave us the key. We didn't recieve any response to messages sent through the app. We were also not aware of the £70 deposit until we had booked and this took almost a week to get back.
- Peter (9/5): A very nice stay very homely place - Very spacious and comfortable very good shower and nice to have a parking space in a locked compound Nothing not to like
- Mataka (8/5): Very good -
- Abdul (7/5): Good -
- Laura (5/5): Not what we expected - The kitchen and bathroom were lovely very spacious and kitchen perfect to cook in.
Although no tea or coffee provided so I'd bring your own.
Staff were helpful at first. Where to begin, wet/damp towels, ended up buying new ones as they did not dry out in time before evening event.
Facilities were acceptable for a lower budget hotel, however for something that is described as luxury not upto par, sofa was a cheaper IKEA style sofa bed, no bedside cabinets, lamps not working anywhere in apartment so the big lights were always needed in evening tiny coffee table that was broken and wobbly.
Feel like all the refurbishment budget was probably spent on kitchen and bathroom that were lovely. Then furniture was a last thought.
Did not like having to provide ID information via email in advance of checkin just to get checking details.
When we arrived the fire alarm was beeping, they were quick to respond and came to fix it within the hour. However on leaving we were not provided any information on where to leave the keys until I'd emailed them asking for information.
Also over 2 weeks later we had still not received our £70 security deposit back emailed about this no response over 48hrs later and numerous messages a response stating we would not receive this due to maintenance presenting a broken radiator valve (didn't even use the radiator) which we were not advised of when leaving until I queried them.
Originally would've given higher rating but the end of the stay and difficulties in checkin process put a damper on everything.
Would never stay again! Wouldn't waste my money.

- Sheza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohomed (8/5): Wonderful and Supportive Host would definitely recommend to any one. -
- Tracey (5/5): Will not stay again - It was lovely and clean Very basic for the luxury description.
No mirrors in bedrooms for hair and make up. Only 1 pillow each. Only 1 bedside table. The bedside lamp was battery and flat. The heating was running all the time but the radiators didn’t come on. The towels were damp. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. The towels in the bedroom were not bath towels, very small. No tea towel in the kitchen. Only seating for 2/3 in the sitting room.
- Joanne (3/5): Nice apartment, wrong location, - Clean and tidy Wasn’t where it said on booking site. Children were pressing buzzer of apartment through the night. Groups of people stood outside window until early outs of the morning being very loud
