• Maria Victoria (1/5): Mi pesadilla - Que creo que salí ganando con el cambio. No llegamos a alojarnos. Le escribí en varias ocasiones para el check in, en la última le dije que no me daba desconfianza el que no me contestaran, y el día del viaje a las 11:30 de la mañana, embarcando en el avión, me llamó bookin para anularme el apartamento, una pesadilla y más hablando un inglés muy básico. Me dijeron que por las lluvias se había inundado. Me alojé finalmente a 200 m de este apartamento y no había indicios de grandes lluvias, y si así fuera tendrían que haber avisado con más antelación ya que hacía dias que no llovía más allá de chispear. He pedido el reembolso del que finalmente cogimos, ya que era un poco más caro, pero tenía haber pedido daños y perjuicios.
• warren (1/5): The flat management had very poor communication throughout the process, and the overall booking expe - Very location as it is accessible especially with transports My stay was cancelled on the day of my booked dates. As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements on the same day and ended up paying more than double the original price for another stay.

• Annalisa (1/5): - La struttura al nostro arrivo era sporchissima e dopo aver fatto la segnalazione su Booking,hanno comunicato che avrebbero pulito la stanza invece nulla. Mancava 1 cuscino e le lenzuola per il divano letto. Il divano era sporco e il wc nero.

• Eduardo (7/5): Foi boa - Gostei muito da localização. Chuveiro muito complicado, pouca água na água quente. Os aquecedores não funcionavam, apenas do Banheiro funcionava. Pra gente pegar a chave foi uma tortura, ficamos à frente esperando a boa vontade de entregar nos a chave, sem falar que 10 min antes da gente chegar, foi quando foram limpar o lugar, entao esperamos mais do que o horário, sem falar que eles aprovam o checkin mais cedo e quando se chega lá, dizem que não podem, então se não podem, não aprovem. A casa tem tudo que se precisa, mas acho que essas pequenas coisas precisam ser ajustadas.

• David (7/5): Other reviews are too harsh. - Great location, room looked nice, just like in the photos. No issues with checkin or cleanliness. I don't get why the other reviews on here are so negative, it really wasn't bad. Sadly yes, it gets a bit loud at night but not because of a pub, more because it's directly at a road and the windows are very thin. One was also constantly open that I couldn't close. No toiletpaper was available, but this was likely an accident by the cleaning staff.

Tuve que llamar por teléfono al anfitrión desde la puerta de entrada porque no me habían enviado ningún e-mail dándome el código de acceso a las llaves y menos mal que hablo inglés. Otro día la señora de la limpieza entró con sus llaves al apartamento, mi hija y yo en ropa interior, porque se había dejado un carro con la ropa sucia. El carro llevaba en el descansillo de la escalera desde el primer día que llegamos. Muy pocos utensilios de cocina. Es un apartamento sólo para dos. Tres prácticamente se chocarían.
• Christopher (1/5): Awful, dirty and run Down! A waste of money! - There is absolutely nothing I can find that was a positive Old. Run down, dirty and disgusting. Would not recommend this place for my dog. Everything is grubby and falling apart. No tv, internet didn’t work at all during my stay, no tv, smelly towels and linen, only slept on top of the bed, the thought of getting in the sheets made be feel ill. The mattress is ready for the tip and the street noise is 24/7. In London people will rent anything for money and this is a prime example. DONT waste your money, it’s amazing what good pictures can do for an awful property!
• Katie (2/5): Won’t be staying again. - Close to St Pancras and King’s Cross. There’s a pub at the bottom of the road called Millers - decent pub No communication with regard to checking in, had to message for access to keys, get to the room and it’s a mess hasn’t been cleaned from the previous booking. There were headed pins stuck and red marks on the sofa bed. The shower door didn’t shut properly, there’s a black mark on the bathroom floor as you step out the shower and feels like it would cave in at any point. None of the electrical’s were PAT tested. The window in the bath wasn’t frosted so the houses opposite could see you in the bathroom/shower
• Nikki (1/5): If I could have found some were else to stay Iwould have not stayed there - Nothing Dirty, mould, damp on the walls, nothing was pat tested. Out type smoke alarm, fused board. Not RCDs. Open and exposed live wire in the shower room. Place is not safe to be rented out

• Shelley (1/5): Bad - Nothing, i would like a response from the owner. This was double booked for my stay and the owner decided to let me know three days before i was due to travel, i paid in full on 25th October. They have since avoided messages from myself about a refund as i did not cancel or amend my booking. Booking dot com have also been reluctant to issue a refund so I’m having to chase this person to get any kind of a response. I had to book elsewhere at more expense. I hope no one else has to deal with this and maybe once the owner sees this review and can respond to my messages.

• Giuliano (5/5): too bad for that price.. - location the apt was a small room... no TV...small kitchen...no heating...only a small electric thing...not really a place to rent out...quiet dirty also...couldn't get hot water to was my face...
• Alison (10/5): It was amazing we were moving our daughter her for university and she was staying in Shoreditch which was great one bloc - The location to the train station is the biggest plus for this location ! It is also within walking distance of some great areas and food options. It's a very busy street and loud BUT we turned the fan on high every night and it really drowned out the traffic It's very bright in the am so you need a sleep mask or you will be up very early but I guess more time to see all London has to offer.
• Lin (9/5): Good stay - Great location, easy access to train stations, major site seeing places. The rooms are clean and tidy. The host is very friendly and allow us to store our luggage before check in time. The room is close to a relatively busy road so can hear bus at night.
• Mulet (7/5): Good but need to fix a few things - The location is perfect, and the apartment is big enough to fit two people, as well as the bed, and there are enough closets to fit your stuff. There is a broken window and the shower’s door is broken as well. The curtains let the sun in the morning, which makes you be awake by 6am because of the light. Also there was a lot of dust, specially in the windows and the small wood table is very fragile.
• Sam (7/5): Clean great location near to King’s Cross easy to get in and out, helpful staff - location amount of space . most of the facilities Would benefit from a flat screen TV , the Table was a poor attempt at industrial design. Level it and sand or plane it to avoid splintering.
