• Kyle (5/5): Disappointed - Good location, close walk to the major spots in Fort Kochi. I liked that you could leave the AC on when you’re out so when you come in, the room was at a great temperature. We informed the hotel that we would be arriving at 10:00 PM, and upon arrival, the property was locked and no staff were immediately available. After contacting Booking.com, it took nearly 20 minutes for someone to arrive and unlock the hotel, without any acknowledgement or apology for the delay. Additionally, a large fold-out bed was left in the corridor, obstructing access to the stairs, which created a safety concern and gave a cluttered impression. The bed linens had minor stains, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Considering the cost of the stay, we felt that the service and room standards did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend this hotel.

• Christopher (9/5): Good first stop in Kerala - Nice guesthouse in a quiet area slightly away from the busy part of Fort Kochi but a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, the coast. Western style breakfast - perfectly nice. I didn't try the evening meal but lunch and dinner is available at the hotel I think. No problems at all.
• Gregory (6/5): Overpriced but good location - a 3-star posing as a 4.5 star - Location; friendly staff. OK breakfast. Spacious room. The room smelled, the bathroom a little of sewage. The room had bizarre opaque windows on two sides with a blind over that didn’t keep out the light.

• Patrick (8/5): Sauberes Hotel in perfekter Lage - Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, mitten in Fort Kochi vieles gleich wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett war komfortabel die Hotel Angestellten sehr freundlich (unser Flug kam um 2:35 in der Früh an und man ermöglichte uns einen so frühen Check in ) Das Frühstück ist einfach aber für den Start in den Tag komplett ausreichend, zur not sind viele Kaffees wenige Minuten entfernt.

• Lakshmanan (3/5): - Despite getting a confirmation from booking.com and an email from lillys stories team - me and my senior citizen parents were shocked when the staff informed me that there is some problem in their system and our booking is.not showing. And that their hotel is full and we can't be accommodated. This is the first time ever we've experienced this, and booking.com provides absolutely no customer support whatsoever. The staff at Lillys stories was kind enough to move around in his bike to find another hotel for us. We ended up finding another accommodation by moving around in the brilliant auto services in Kochi. Anyone who books, please make sure to call them and confirm their booking. It seems like a good place and great location.

Camera e bagno molto piccoli, ci hanno dato solo 2 asciugamani grandi e uno piccolo (per 2 persone), nessun tappetino da mettere per terra dopo la doccia, nessun sapone. Reception lenta, tempi di attesa lunghi anche la mattina per la colazione. Colazione inglese fissa molto povera, ci è stato portato pane con patate. La colazione indiana andava richiesta un giorno prima e nessuno ci aveva informati.

• Francesca (8/5): Cozy bnb in great location - The room has everything needed for a good stay. The location is superb, very close to the centre of Fort Kochi, but off the main roads. Everything is reachable on foot. The owners are wonderful and friendly people. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The restaurant is also good. Overall the price to quality ratio is very good.

He was very accommodative and even agreed to extend our check out time by a few hours for a reasonable price because our train back home was leaving at night. The location was fantastic. Close to most of the Biennale Venues in Fort Kochi and Mattanchery. And the surrounding area was beautiful. Breakfast was also very decent. All in all, we had a great stay at the Lilly's Stories. Thanks to the very hospitable host and friendly staff members.

Все сотрудники отеля поразили своей приветливостью и готовностью помочь в любое время суток. Это создает ощущение заботы и внимания к каждому гостю. Комната была уютная, оборудованна современной мебелью и всеми необходимыми удобствами. Особое внимание хочется уделить чистоте номеров — здесь действительно идеально чисто, чувствуешь себя комфортно и расслабленно. Обстановка располагает к отдыху и восстановлению сил после насыщенного дня. Уютная атмосфера и заботливый сервис делают этот отель идеальным местом для тех, кто ценит комфорт и качество обслуживания. Such a great spot too, really easy to get around fort Kochi. Lovely shops and restaurants close by. The electricity kept going out and one night we didn’t have any power so the room got super hot.

When we arrived we dropped our bags in the room as they were finishing up cleaning and we set out for lunch. When we came back our room door was wide open so anyone could get to our things.

• Matthew (5/5): Close to Fort Kochi but hotel feels unfinished with limited service, power cuts, and basic breakfast - The location is great if you're wanting to visit Fort Kochi. Close enough that its walking distance but far enough that its relatively peaceful and quiet. Rarely ever staff at the check in counter, we had to regularly walk into the kitchen to get someones attention There were several power cuts New but still unfinished, lots of holes and paint everywhere Complimentary breakfast is just an ommelette and is quite basic.

Perfectly located in heart of old historic district but on a very quiet street. Lovely patisserie in lobby, cakes by chef trained in France. Beautifully appointed spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Piped music in corridors (not in evenings)

• Naomi (9/5): Great location, straightforward accommodation - Very friendly staff, great location, very clean. Some of the furniture was still packaged in plastic and not quite ready! The breakfast only starts at 8.30am so we could not sample it, although the staff kindly provided us some fruit.

I would gladly go back. - The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, the room was clean, and overall, it was better than any other hotel I stayed at in Ft. Kochi, Munnar, and Varkala. The staff was friendly and very, very helpful. I would definitely come back here. I didn’t try the breakfast as it started quite late and didn’t fit my schedule. My room was small and had no view at all, so I had to keep the curtains closed, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Then our room was not ready, and we got a very small room. The stuff was always kind, but overwhelmed with their work. Bad start, but good hotel overall

• Rachel (10/5): Queen Suite = special! - Favourite place we have stayed in so far. There were all the comforts you could have wanted and the Queen Suite was particularly special with a bath. We stayed over New Years and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. The staff in general were very attentive. Food was also good - would recommend the cakes. Nothing - all great.
• Eric (10/5): Very nice stay to explore Kochin. - Very friendly staff, the owner is really keen that you feel comfortable, nice interior, quiet location in the heart of Kochin with hardly any traffic in the street. The view from the room (1st floor) was looking into the little street, but you have a great view form the rooftop terrasse.

• Michele (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely new boutique hotel tucked gently away on a quiet street which connects easily to close-by attractions, while being a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of tourism. On arrival after a daunting 2+ hour delayed ferry, the owners greeted with warmth, concern and genuine kindness, handling luggage an motioning me to take a seat in one of several comfy chairs in the lounge environment of this quaint hotel's all-encompassing/multi-use space. Soon after, a chilled glass of sparkling water arrived, and was much appreciated. And that is Chapter 1 of The Lilly's Stories. :) A fine beginning indeed! From there, several more chapters have been written: 2-Lovely and Cozy Room; 3-Delicious Desserts; 4-Delightful Dinners; 5-The Rooftop Deck; 6-Quiet and Restful; 7-The Elevated Surprise(which you'll have to visit to know!); 8-Serendipitous Encounters; Elvin's Mural Vision...There are so many stories full of heart here. You of course, will add your own chapters. :) Very thankful to follow a hunch and book this wonderful nest in the heart of For Kochi. It is a remarkable Home Away From Home. Gratitude and appreciation to all who make The Lilly's Stories a 'must read' book: Elvin, Rojni, Sandra, Shawn, James, Dhalia, Amal, Martin, and all who make such a place possible on a daily basis. • Gauransh (10/5): Great Host. Great food. Great location. - The hosts are amazing! They would go out of their way in ensuring that you have a great experience! I fell sick on the day of Christmas and needed a doctor, Elvin sent his brother to find one because everything nearby was close. The food at the hotel is out of the world. They have a pork dish where pork is marinated in wine for 8 hours. It's a must try.
