Guest Reviews
- Mary (10/5): Comfortable recommend to others - Clean people were friendly Nothing
- Alex (6/5): Nice hotel - risky parking - Large suite - comfortable bed On our 1st night 5 vehicles were broken into. There was no security guard for the parking lot, even though staff was aware that break-ins were a recurring problem. A security vehicle was left parked at the front of the parking lot as a deterrent but obviously had no effect. Two nights later 10 vehicles were broken into.
Impossible to understand how no security was hired when the problem was so well known and currently active.
Parking at owner's risk signage is clearly a dodge of responsibility for a near certainty.

- Lisa (10/5): Excellent - The staff especially… Alison went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was excellent we were travelling with our two grown adult children and their partners for a concert. She made sure that we had everything we needed was attentive and displayed the true meaning of hospitality thank you Allison for your dedication. You make this property excel, and every way possible thank you to the Moore staff in the front desk staff in the cleaning staff that have all done exceptional jobs, and maintaining and exceeding customer expectations!
- David (10/5): Exceptional hotel for the money. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to travel to the location. - The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The facilities were modern and clean and the staff very friendly. We stayed here for just one evening and it was very close to our intended destination. We always check the ratings and reviews on any hotel before we ever book a hotel through booking. This site definitely stood up to that recommendation. The breakfast was wonderful probably the best breakfast we've ever received at a hotel of this caliber. Everything was exceptional with this hotel.
- Fay (10/5): Help in a difficult situation - Loved everything about this Hotel
The staff especially Manager Sean were exceptional helping me of a difficult situation. The staff was all polite and very helpful. This hotel is very clean, bright and new. The breakfast was awesome, wide variety and staff was right there to assist and replenish. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Not a darn thing...

- Sandy (10/5): Excellent! Would recommend!!! - It was clean and the room was large with a fridge/freezer and microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker! The lobby bathroom was small & breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, so we were unable to eat any because we had to be somewhere by 7:15 (gymnastics meet). But we were glad there was a large fridge to store food in.

- Mrs. S Terrell (10/5): A weekend out with my granddaughters. - I loved the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly staff l loved the spacious room and the amenities. The breakfast was good but average. I did not like the rudeness of the other guests while I was in the pool with my granddaughters. But unfortunately you can't control the actions of others.
- Kathryn (10/5): - Breakfast was fantastic, getting to the hotel was not easy
- Amy (10/5): -
- michelle (9/5): -
- Susanne (10/5): - Clean rooms safe location 👌 Nothing.
- Tammy (10/5): - Smelled clean as soon as you walk in. Staff were exceptional. Rooms were extremely clean. Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. No complaints

- Harper (7/5): Good until it wasnt - Our stay was nice, clean, comfortable. Close to downtown. We prepaid for our room through booking.com
When we checked out we were charged almost $400, i called to have this reversed, the front desk person "issued a refund" I looked at my bank account later that day and there was a SECOND $400 charge. So nearly $800 in total. They couldnt do anything until the next day. I called the manager the following day and the staff had made an error twice and charged my card instead of booking.com. They apologized and that was it. I called Hilton to see if they could process the refund through their merchant quicker and they denied this ability. I also asked for points for a free night at any Hilton which they refused.
4 days later and the refund still hasnt processed and my debit account has been overdrawn due to this and they basically said "whoops" nothing they can do.
I will never stay at another Hilton, not only because of the error but the lack of care or trying to make it right with their customer.
- Hines (9/5): i only stayed one night but it was nice and comforting. - the location was nice and comforting wasnt really anything i didnt like... besides no soap in shower had to get my own

- misty (10/5): Amazing - I loved everything we went there for a get away and the people at the front was amazing with helping with great things to do and eat there Too much chlorine in the pool
- Patricia (3/5): -
- Jessica (10/5): I was very impressed and we will definitely be back. Hope pool will be fixed next time. - Henry had such amazing customer service!!! He was so kind, informative, helpful, and made us feel 100% welcome! Loved how he smiled and welcomed us! With me having celiac disease I cant have gluten. It would be nice if there were some gluten free bread or gluten free bagels so we could make breakfast sandwiches too. Or a gluten free pancake/waffle mix.
- Annette (10/5): My grandson enjoyed his birthday -
- svetlana (1/5): -
- Gary (10/5): - Very nice facility close to Columbus Airport. Will definitely stay here again. No issues
- Carlos (10/5): Excelente en todos los aspectos - El hotel estaba muy limpio, cómodo, bonito todo era nuevo. Muy buena ubicación. Excelente desayuno! Nada!
- Paul “Andy” (10/5): -
- Josh (10/5): - The room was very beautiful and there was more in it and set up perfectly. It was more than I expected. There was some partying and smoking weed inside and outside the building.
- Morgan (10/5): -
- Kardiata (7/5): It was a nice stay! - Place was nice and clean, the man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool! The breakfast needs more variety, more fruits, more vegetables, add a variety of eggs(scrambled, fried, vegetarian omelette), different types of potatoes, different types of bread, etc. The food was running out fast. Have a friendly staff member available to help and to explain how to use the waffle machine.
- Darrion (10/5): -
- Ronald (10/5): - Everything was excellent
- Kiersten (7/5): - Size of room We got a noise complaint called on us at 11:45am… for playing a game with our small family of 4. Not exactly quiet hours..
- melissa (10/5): We had a nice room that was clean and comfortable with extra pillows upon request. - Breakfast was good and fresh. We liked that the eggs were real! The beds were hard, but you can't please everyone. 🙂
- Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Ada (9/5): - Breakfast didn’t work for me. I am diabetic and not enough choices. Monday when I came down there was nothing except sweets available, no fruit, no eggs, no sausage…this was my only disappointment.
- Jakiyah (1/5): So glad I got better lodging everything happens for a reason - There were two gentleman that were polite and nice Sean and a long haired man. The rest were very dismissive. not easily accessible. The managers were rude when asked about why the handicap parking was closed off they were completely dismissed. They do not know how to deal with handicap or special needs. Most of the cleaning staff did not speak English and were rude. The paper towels and toilet paper were extremely cheap
- Kiersten (8/5): - Great room size, great location. Friendly staff. Pool was closed, one way in and out
- Alcibiades (9/5): -
- Mary (9/5): The front desk young lady at Forrest City, AK was very friendly. Had same average hot food selection and slow to keep su - The entry/dining area and room were beautiful and modern. Liked the addition of the small nightlight in the bathroom. Really liked the full size refrigerator to keep insulin cooled properly. Much better than the small refrigerator with no freezer in typical hotels. Those don’t get cold enough for insulin. Really liked the lower wooden luggage rack/shelf with coat hooks above. The door to the room is ridiculously heavy! Very difficult to get luggage in, takes one person to hold door while another person squeezes through with luggage. Threshold was too high for luggage cart to roll over. Plus, every time we entered the room, we struggled with the door since it was so heavy. Except for Sean, he was as great, the front desk staff was not very friendly, did not greet guests as they came by, and had their heads buried in their cell phones. The breakfast hot food selection was average and slow to keep supplied. The Hampton Inn had a much better hot food selection and kept supplied.
- Angela (5/5): - Bed Staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Breakfast was not very good
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Kailey (10/5): -
- Eva (7/5): -
- Deanna (10/5): Comfortable just like we’re staying at home. - Henry checked us in, and he was amazing! He was personable, had us laughing, and was absolutely the right person to have at your front desk. Henry really was the difference between a good customer experience and a great one when checking in. No issues
- Tyra (10/5): New, clean, & kept hotel - Location
- Bikram (8/5): -
- Angela (10/5): -
- Vaughan (10/5): Overall great place to stay. Breakfast was the only thing disappointing. - Location was fine. Waffles were good. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. Food choices were odd and just not appealing.
- Brian (9/5): -
- Scott (6/5): - The key cards were deactivated an hour and a half before checkout so we couldn’t get back in our room to get the rest of our luggage.
It was also hard getting in and out of the property from the road
- Hernandez (1/5): -
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Gallup (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Perfect location for our stay
- Mark (10/5): -
- Charisse (10/5): -
- Jason (8/5): -
- Robin (10/5): My granddaughter and I had a great time. - I loved the pool and the outdoor spaces available to use. You can’t make a left hand turn coming out of the property. You have to turn right then turn around somewhere.
- Siobhan (7/5): - Loved the bathroom ( had a shower instead of a tub) and the apartment-like setup. For a new hotel the air conditioner was incredibly loud and woke both my husband and I overnight. Breakfast also went until 10 and when we came out at 9:15 there was no bread, no juice and no fruit. We have had MUCH better breakfasts at other Home 2 Suites. Also very odd that the room diver curtains only go 2 feet into the room?
- Tina (10/5): Hidden Gem - The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely stay here again! It’s right between Easton & the airport!
- nhan (10/5): - The facility is new, clean, staff friendly. Only minor thing is when we found small pieces of brownie on the floor right at the edge of the sofa
- Kim (8/5): - Everything was good. The only annoying part was when we had to wait for our breakfast. While the employees got there breakfast
- Joanne (10/5): - It was a nice clean room with kitchen amenities and provided for a lovely weekend in Columbus
- Monica (10/5): - I absolutely loved it here . Will definitely be back! Upon check in the staff was super nice and helpful. Although there was no pack and play . ( not to the fault of the hotel just the people that stay ) they went above and beyond . The hotel was beautiful and having a fridge microwave and A DISHWASHER 10/10 .i will def be looking for home2 suites more often . The breakfast as well was very good and not your average wack breakfast . Finally so I can stop typing, it is in the middle of a field but the shops are only conveniently 1 mile away so an uber or Lyft would be cheap!!!
- Tyler (10/5): - Nice stay, clean rooms.
- JAMES (10/5): - clean, large space, easy access
- William (4/5): No a safe place to stay - I would never stay here again. The hotel itself is clean and new looking but there was no security on duty on a Saturday night with Ohio State football playing. The result of this was at least 10 cars windows smashed and broken into including ours which was parked close to the entrance and “security car”.The staff did not care and offered no help except to take a shop vac and start cleaning up the glass at people’s car and around when the owners of the cars didn’t even know yet their car was broken into.I asked them not to touch our vehicle and when came back with husband they were at our car cleaning up.Nobody offered any help or a manager was not called just to check on your customers even. This obviously was not the first for this and is very negligent on their part not to have security on duty to prohibit this from happening.A false sense of security with having a security car parked out front with no one on duty on a busy weekend.I will never stay here again or recommend. It is not safe and cost many people quite a bit of money and time and emotional anguish. Also the fire alarm went off late at night and then again early
In Morning again with no communication of what was going on.
- Chrishawn (1/5): - Fire alarm going off my car got broken into. Room wasn’t clean hair was in the shower It was new.
- Little (1/5): My stay was VERY unpleasant! - The Fire alarm constantly went off from 7am until the end of breakfast my whole stay. I was also charged for two extra days unknowingly. And my vehicle was vandalized and items were stolen and the staff was very nonchalant about it when I informed them it happened.
- Bryan (10/5): Best hotel - Our stay was way better than expected, hotel was not even a year old and the entire facility was by far the best place we have ever stayed...Staff was so courteous and helpful..Everything but the 7am false fire alarm was outstanding!
- Barbara (10/5): Parking - The hotel was clean and the employees were friendly.
A number of vehicles had windows busted overnight in the back parking lot. Security cameras may be needed.
Park in the front of the building.
- Nicole (6/5): New, spacious - The hotel is new so the room was in great shape, very spacious. The fire alarm went off twice during our one night stay which was loud and annoying. The breakfast area was chaotic. It was very messy and out of a lot as they didn’t seem to have anyone tending to it. There were also multiple guests at breakfast and the gym on their bare feet which was weird. During the night over a dozen cars had their windows busted out and were robbed. The staff was busy dealing with this literal and figurative mess so maybe that is why the breakfast was so terrible…
- Doug (2/5): - Our vehicle was broken into through the drivers side window and vehicle was torn apart in the inside
Staff was great
Room was great and clean
Only issue inside was the constant fire alarm going off throughout the weekend We was there from Thursday through Sunday and was woken up, disturbed through the day when it would just start going off for no reaso
- Ross (9/5): -
- BilleeJean (8/5): Went for OSU vs Texas game for weekend was perfect area and was able to avoid a lot of traffic - Clean and spacious rooms and staff was friendly Told them I was already charged for the room they didn't believe me then told me I was only putting my debit card in for incidentals for a 25$ charge per room that they do to hold card and I was charged for both rooms again and they came out of my checking today and on my apple credit card from booking.com on 8/22 so I was charged double and now i'm waiting for them to prove I was charged from booking.com
- Shobha (2/5): - The front desk staff who was there on 09/01/2025 morning during breakfast time was rude.
Shower gel was not filled and clean towels were not replaced even after asking for it.
Food quality was below average and did not properly organized. Refills were not provided on time, same menu was repeated 3 days .
I would NEVER go back to Home2suites in Easton OH
- Kevin (10/5): -
- Angela (8/5): - …
- liora benyechiel (9/5): -
- Alison (10/5): Great breakfast, service and very clean! - Very clean rooms, the guy at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and interacted with my kiddos! The free Breakfast that was included was really good as well. Would deff stay again if I was in the area. Very nice outside seating as well as a good clean indoor pool! 10/10 recommend Everything was excellent
- Kara (10/5): - Staff was very happy and such a good time! Facility is brand new, kept very clean and nice. Loved it here
- Carin (9/5): -
- Ricardo (10/5): - Very good
- Cynthia (8/5): - We had the king's suite with the kitchenet. The room was nice and clean. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the ac was awesome. The swimming pool was nice a little on the cold side. We did have access to the electric girls on the patio, which was nice because we did have a little cook out .And they have utensils that you can check out. Did not like the fact that ohio is a legal state for recreational marijuana use... Open to air, we were outside, enjoying some flower and we were rudely interrupted and told to move off an empty patio to the parking lot. My understanding that the patio is where you smoke, because it's open to air.Mind you again, nobody was around us, and there were no NO SMOKING SIGNS.ANYWHERE.
- Emily (10/5): Home2 Suites is my favorite - Amazing room. Very clean. We’ve had good experiences with Home2 Suites before, and now I think we’ll just plan our trips around finding Home2 Suites locations
- Keith (10/5): - It was clear that this is a new hotel - so nice. Such good service, though it did take a while to get a key for our room. That seems to be an issued in Home2.
The pool was great, though cold. Breakfast was wonderful.
- Ivan (10/5): - My daughter said 10,000 stars
- Leonard (10/5): -
- Tammy (10/5): I would stay here again. - Everything. Clean, comfortable, kitchen if needed in the room.
- Gwyn (10/5): - Food options and close proximity to the mall.
- Jason (8/5): - Too much construction going on in front of property making it hard to get in and out. Also even more construction going on I. The street making it very noisy and backed up with traffic
- Leah (10/5): Great stay - Rooms and common spaces were clean and updated. Breakfast was better than most with lots of variety and options for different dietary needs.
- Mark (10/5): - Property was nice it is fairly new. The only issue was getting in to property the way it is situated with the road.
- Mary (10/5): - Location perfect and surprised by the spaciousness of the room and it felt more like a home than a hotel room
