• Sandra (8/5): Angry - Close to town. Warm and cosy Asked for a $300 deposit in addition to advertised cost before they would give entry code but never refunded despite us leaving place immaculate. Therefore, the cost for 2 nights was nearly $1000
• Colin (1/5): Scam - Location and comfortable bed No teaspoons ,Uneven floor held to ransom to pay $300 deposit for keys otherwise no code for lock box holding keys would be given .We're told $300 would be returned in 7 to 14 business days it's been nearly a month and still no deposit returned operator claims they have no record of deposit being made .Do yourself a favour and don't book this property scam
• Robert (1/5): Bad decision to book this property - Nothing didn't sorry couldn't get into property we spent 2hrs out in cold trying to sort out the matter to no avail sort out other accommodation would not recommend and following up the matter with the ombudsman as soon as weekend is over Service or lack thereof .
• Ren (1/5): Scam accomodation - Warning!! Do not book this private property. You will not get your $300 deposit back, the owner will stop corresponding with you. I’m presuming this is a scam accomodation not owed by the person whom you communicate with. Bookings.com needs to remove this property from their platform.

• Julie (3/5): Poor - The bedroom and living room were nicely furnished. The day before we were asked for a $300 deposit and photo ID of each person. This was very short notice. No details of lock box code would be released until this was given. Hard to do when you are both at work. Got the code but no instructions on where the property was and it had a tricky entrance. The grass was over 2ft long and saplings growing up the verandah. It said you had to take the lock box inside but we could remove it. Then we read all the penalties which applied. This included an extra cleaning fee if not left tidy. But, there was no bin liner, toaster had crumbs all over it. We actually spent the weekend worrying about using things because of the penalties we could get. The last straw was a message at 10.00 pm on the night before we were leaving to ask what time we would be out.
• Anthony (4/5): Disappointing - Nice view, walking distance to the township. There were no bowls. Even when I informed the contact, they were not supplied. There was a leak in the toilet. There was only 1 firefighter cube, so I couldn't light a fire the first night. I was charged $150 for cleaning, yet the toaster had crumbs on it from a prior occupant!

• Elouise (1/5): Cottage great, Management terrible - Give this one a miss! - The actual cottage is cute and cosy and as described but the organisation was terrible and very stressful. I could not get in contact with the hosts prior or any of the phone numbers . I had requested an early check in and eventually got an email to say it was fine, Then the morning of when I was already on my way they said that I had not paid and it was a drama trying to get the payment to them although my credit card details were entered. They then changed their mind about the check in time and they would not give me the code. So we then went and found something to do and they eventually they gave us the code. They said that my deposit of $300 would be returned within 72 hours. After 6 messages and 9 days later I finally received it back. I would not stay here again due to these issues its just makes a happy moment very stressful and unnecessary. The management was terrible
• Katherine (10/5): 10/10!! Very aesthetic and cottagecore, with walking distance to the main streets, would love to stay again!! - I loved the aesthetic! And the view was awesome!! We stayed when it was rainy and in winter which was still such a vibe, but could only imagine how stunning this would be in the summer/warmer months with the full trees!! Loved the picnic table about the front so cute!! I loved everything, just when coming in winter with the rain, make sure you bring a car that’s good for mud as it’s a bit of a hill and can get a little muddy, but my small car survived and this shouldn’t effect your stay because it was worth it!!
