• Sorin (7/5): - Really close to the beach and other points of interest. We arrived earlier than expected in Las Palmas and we were checked in earlier, after the cleaning was finished after the previous guests. It was mentioned in the apartment facilities that there would be free parking. But the reality is that there wasn't anything like that. We had to find ourselves parking at a reasonable price, as they were proposing a parking with 16euro/day. When discussing with staff, to see if we can check-in earlier, I got replies in Spanish. I wrote in English, but got replies in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. There are a lot of (most probably) automatic messages with a long list of rules, which make me feel like I was booking the apartment on Airbnb. And I dislike Airbnb exactly of this reason. Like, I'm not going to throw the trash when I'll leave the location. I pay for cleaning services, so don't ask that.

• Ls83 (4/5): It was all good... untill we locked ourselves out - It is a very good apartment, everything exactly as described. The apartment feels a little bit smaller than in the pictures but it's still ok for 3. It is very comfortable and pretty well equipped, AC in the living room and every bedroom which should come in handy during summer. The location is very good, supermarket 10m away, and the beach is 2 blocks away. We had issues with the front door app, it didn't work at all and we had to wait for someone to get out of the building so we could get in and take the proper keys with tokens in a safe by the door; after that it was ok. Hot water was produced and stored in a special heater in the bathroom, it took us a while to understand what it was and why after multiple showers in sequence the hot water would run out; this probably should have been explained somewhere. Up until this point this would have been a 9 out of 10 stay, but what ruined it for us was when we got locked out of the apartment. The door knob does not turn on the outside, and if you happen to leave the key in the lock on the inside, you can't open it with keys on the outside. Some locks are like that. This happened to us, we had to ask for help and pay 80 euros for a locksmith. That would have been maybe acceptable if not for the fact that this seems to be a recurring problem! This risk of being locked out is stated as an automated message sent on Booking, warning the guest would need to pay for the locksmith. And the host that came to our assistance even said this also happened in one of their other properties the day before! This all means that they have a situation where guests regularly get locked out, enough to warrant a warning about it and the associated costs for guests, but they don't do anything in their power to just fix it and avoid making people locked out of their apartments having to incur extra costs? If they just made the outside knob functional, people could just open the door and pick the inside keys, done! Or replace with locks that work with keys on both sides! It also would force people to actually lock with the key when leaving instead of just slamming the door and walking away. The locksmith opened it in 15 seconds with a plastic sheet, so much easier for burglars. A properly locked door would need picking, not as easy.
• Lucia (9/5): Comfy and good location with a lot of details - It was very clean and with a lot of details that make your stay even better, such as a blender, clips for food bags, an Italian coffee percolator, parasol for the beach, little trolley for groceries…. The air conditioning was super silent and available in every room. Also the extra bedroom makes it very convenient if you want to use it as a dressing room or if you have an ocasional visit. The location is that perfect if you wanna enjoy Las Canteras beach and also be close to the center of the city. The bed was a bit too small for us (we are used to at least 160cm bed) and a little too hard for my taste. The drying line for the clothes is too high so I didn’t feel comfortable (or brave enough) to hang the laundry there. A metal rack would be a good solution.

• Zoran (9/5): Superb - Great and very easy smooth communication with the owners, they let us check in much earlier, probably late check out was possible but we didn't need it. The place was clean with plenty of amenities. The place looks smaller than in photos but it is a 2 bedroom apartment. 3 air conditioners, 3 smart TVs, everything is new. No view, no balcony, no dishwasher. Not much natural light, but it is the last floor so it gets some sunlight early in the morning. A room with a double bed is next to the elevator shaft so it can be noisy, but usually from 23h to 6h is very quiet.
