• Milagros (6/5): - Que nos esperaba una persona para Mostrar todo y que tuvimos un problema con la llave y solucionaron enseguida. Tuvimos dos problemas, uno que en la Publicación de booking decía un precio, y al pagar nos cobraron €190 más en concepto de limpieza. No lo habíamos solicitado y nadie de hizo cargo de eso. Ni booking ni la empresa que administraba. El otro que la publicación decía piscina privada y no lo tenía. Tampoco nadie se hizo cargo. Mi valoración es 7 por estos motivos. Pero el alojamiento es excelente

• Philip (10/5): Lovely - The property was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. Upstairs was a nice space in the late evenings. Access to the pool was perfect. The parking was a bit tight but much like most places.
• Hycinth (9/5): We had a lovely time at Casa Maddie! The rooftop is amazing to relax, enjoy the sun or have dinner. - We got a short introduction in the apartment after showing us the parking spot in the parking garage downstairs.
• Mercedes (6/5): Not worth the money - The woman that met me to give me the keys was v nice and helpful The parking garage was a nightmare unless you’ve rented a very small car. After various attempts to connect to WiFi I gave up. The thermostat is very modern and after attempting almost everything I could think of I still couldn’t adjust it. There were long black hairs in the tub
• Ramsay (9/5): Excellent accommodation, very comfortable beds and all the facilities you need - Accommodation was excellent with all the facilities you need A bit of a walk into town, about 15minutes
• Niall (8/5): Great Xmas stay for our gathered family, but South facing next time! - Overall its a lovely modern property. Short walk into town and the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, seemed safe neighbourhood. Great wi-fi and modern smart TV's made casting and streaming easy. Property management responded to heating issues we had promptly. Note this review is subjective and based on a winter stay (December).... a summer renting may be completely different. The apartment has lovely balconies but they are north facing so zero sun hitting them. The sun terrace on the roof gets about 2-3 hrs sun in one particular spot so again we could make little use of it. A lot of noise in the area from the A7 motorway, local roads and the school across the road. Not a problem inside the apartment but very loud while on balcony or roof terrace. The apartment we rented for the following week was south facing, this made us realise how important orientation is for a winter rent. So based on these items we would not rent this apartment again.
• Karen (10/5): Perfect for 3 friends with our own rooms - Very clean, everything you needed for an apartment holiday was there. We didn’t use the pool as it was out of season but it’s sad that there’s no where to sit no chairs aloud or towels to sit. I guess it’s a pool to exercise do your lengths get out & leave. Not for fun.
• Michał (9/5): Amazing !!! - The apartament is very well equipped and comfortable. It has a roof top terrace which is an amazing spot for chill out. The host agency takes care of you and is very helpful and collaborative. Everything is perfect! The proximity to the school may be inconvenient during time outside the summer season.
• David (10/5): Amazing relaxing holiday - The apartment is fantastic, had lots of areas for everyone to go to as you want. There were lots of extra towels and everything else you may need. Everyone was really happy with the apartment and the location was 5 minutes walk from the main centre of Estepona. The pool was big and the kids loved it, if a little too salty. Nothing
• Kaidi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is completely new and very clean. Beautifully furnished in Scandinavian style in light colors. The apartment has 2 balconies and a large private roof terrace, where you can also spend time in the evening. The apartment has nice view of the surroundings and the mountains. Location is good - shops, restaurants, beautiful old town and beach all in walking distance. There is a private parking places under the house and a community pool. In the kitchen could have more dishes, i.e. plates and a bigger pot for cooking. The pool area was crowded at evenings and weekends.
