• Maud (10/5): Highly recommended - The place is beautiful and very quiet. Nicely located near the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores. Luna the host is extremely friendly and welcoming. She actually gave us tons of recommendations and organized our scooters rentals. We travelled with our 4 and 6 year old and were very comfortable.

Booking an activity or receiving information is possible within minutes from your host Luna and her colleagues. The hostel is social, cosy, natural and has so much to give. We will never hesitate to come back to this hostel when we visit Hoi An again.

Entouré de verdure, à 5min à pieds de la plage, les dortoirs spatieux et lits confortables, sans parler de la gentillesse des hôtes qui sont à disposition pour tout et n'importe quoi. Le petit déjeuner est inclu, et en prime on a droit à des chaises longues gratuites dans un des restaurants en bord de plage. Bref, je ne peux que recommander !

• Erik (10/5): My best experience as a solotraveler in Vietnam - The ambiance is amazing, the staf is extremely friendly and helpful, the place is clean and unique, quietly located, walking distance from the beach, many restaurants nearby, 10-15 min with a scooter from Hoi An, a perfect place to stay for visiting Hoi An and enjoying life at the beach. I stayed for four nights but could have stayed much longer. Fortunately I could book one of the private rooms. That was for me one of the reasons to feel at home. Luna and her “sister” can be proud to run this place Thank you! Nothing
• Pamela (10/5): Enjoyable stay - Wow! This place is tucked away from the Main Street and it feels as if you’re living in nature! Luna was amazing, she sits everyone down on check-in, you get a complimentary drink and she introduces you to the area, her tips and tricks for the area. Breakfast was good and included but you head to a nearby restaurant which I didn’t mind at all. While I was here, I rented a bicycle and got laundry done aswell, all affordable prices and easy organisation. Under the coconut was really nice and I would stay again but just for your information, only the bottom bunks have curtains, the tops do not and after realising this, I messaged Luna and she arranged for me to be on the bottom. If you are afraid of bugs and creatures, do not book here! like I said, it’s in nature and that means the creepy crawlers that live in nature! The general space was really clean however in my bunk, I dropped something down the side of the bed, contemplated grabbing it but there was years of junk in the crease and didn’t feel like digging around in it.

Paying for a full extra night because I had flight trouble and could only check in the morning after originally intended, despite trying my best to inform them of this mishap asap, so they could replace my booking, but it was not met with any let off or discount. Paying extra on a tight budget is tough.

They also have 2 adorable kittens. Facilities are good esp for the price and free filtered water available. Nothing

• Nora (10/5): A nature homestay - It was such a nice and calm property, truly in touch with nature. There are no air conditioners in the hostel rooms, the fan is good but sometimes not enough during the day.
• Rosalind (9/5): Do yourself a favour and stay in this aesthetically pleasing gem of a property! - I initially stayed two nights in a private room, and so enjoyed being there that I wanted to extend, however a private room wasn't available, so I opted for a shared dorm room for the extra night. This was very comfortable and with a curtain around each bed, offered privacy. On arrival when Luna welcomes one, she emphasises the old traditional nature of the property with thin walls and the need for quiet to respect all guests. So everyone respects this and the property is wonderfully peaceful. The shared bathroom facilities are kept clean.

Luna is a magnificent host, greeting, assisting and sending all her guests off with such ease. Was such a haven and joy to find! Although I wasn’t bothered or affected, there are mosquitoes which Luna warned me about and they do burn natural incense to keep them away. Just mentioned for ‘heads up’.

The decor is at one with nature and a lovely bohemian vibe throughout. I couldn't find some switches for lights( which was really obvious and all my oversight) and I no sooner put my phone down asking for help that there was a knock on my door offering help... now that's what I call service. There is a lovely communal area for guests where we felt at home and at ease with other guests and staff. My favourite place so far on our tour of Vietnam. Personal war kmmer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Die Häuser (private-rooms) war undicht. Weshalb auch viele Tiere reinkamen, war nicht wirklich schlimm, aber doch nicht seht angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte keinen direkten Lichteinfall, was schade war. Nach meinem Geschmack, war es zu touristisch - wir schätzen eher die Ruhe und die Nähe zu den Locals.

• Anne (10/5): Affordable Oasis Near the Beach & Rice Paddies - Hospitality is #1 here. Luna, the host, is a local who is informative and proactive. I was so heart-warmed by how much she was open to helping other guests and me with tours, transportation, tailoring, meals, and any service at all. She was so friendly and involved, and engaged in promoting the local community and small businesses. I was also pleasantly surprised at how convenient, considerate, and clean this hostel was. For being outside and near the beach, the facilities were always clean, and the rooms were aired out with incense every day. Great location close to the beach. All guests were pretty respectful of quiet hours, and the space too, and it's easy to meet other backpackers.
• Nicole (4/5): - The only positive thing about this accommodation is the good location. Unfortunately, the staff experience was very disappointing. When I checked in, they only showed me my room and didn’t provide any information at all....not even where or when breakfast is served. In the morning, the cleaners took my towel, and when I asked for a clean one so I could take a shower, they simply took a random towel out of a dirty laundry bag and gave it to me. That was really unacceptable.... The mattresses are also very thin and worn out, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the staff and the service. I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews.
• Sarah (8/5): - Der Ort ist wie eine Oase. Er ist liebevoll mit Pflanzen und Kunst gestaltet und lädt mit seinen vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen ein. Bad und Toiletten sind sauber. Das Personal ist großartig und freundschaftlich aufgeschlossen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Mein Dorm-Bett war ein Stockbett in einer Art 'Vorraum' vor dem eigentlichen Dorm-Raum. Ich fühlte mich nicht besonders wohl und konnte schlecht schlafen. Es war nicht ganz dunkel und es war wie im Durchgang von anderen Gästen sein. Das Moskitonetz war effektiv, hat aber stark nach Schweiß gerochen. Ich fand den Ort wirklich toll aber das Schlafen so unerholsam, sodsss ich den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt finde.

• Katrin (9/5): - Ich wurde sehr herzlich begrüßt und gleich zum family lunch eingeladen. Der pick up service von Da Nang hat super geklappt. Die Lage zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Es ist ruhig und nicht direkt an der Straße. Zum Frühstück geht man in ein vegetarisches Lokal um die Ecke und darf auswählen. Man bekommt viele Tipps und kann Touren buchen. Bisher mein gemütlichstes Hostel- überall kann man sich erholen und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Es ist bunt dort, viele Pflanzen zwischen den Bungalows. Die sanitären Anlagen sind zahlreich und sauber. Die Entstehungsgeschichte hat mich beeindruckt. Die dorms waren etwas eng.

Sarà che quando ci troviamo al mare, da isolani ci sentiamo subito a casa, o forse perché il fascino delle capanne ci rapisce sempre… Qui noi, bimbo di tre anni incluso, abbiamo riposato da dio. Silenzio, buone vibrazioni, gentilezza e accoglienza, possono bastare per renderlo un luogo magico? Se preferite i muri di mattoni, le camere sigillate dall’esterno e spazi assetici: passate oltre. Ma se apprezzate ciò che vi ho raccontato: questa è la scelta per voi. Se la colazione fosse in loco sarebbe la perfezione assoluta! Ma parliamo di veramente pochi passi di distanza. Non fatevi fermare da questo piccolo dettaglio. Grazie Luna!

Auf dem Nachbargrundstück war vor allem frühmorgens sehr viel Lärm, dadurch war die Nacht leider schnell vorbei. Zu viele Räucherstäbchen im Zimmer. Werden tagsüber erneuert, wenn man nicht da ist. Nicht jeder mag den Geruch.

This place is as special as it is beautiful and offers the most relaxing refuge from the beautiful but busy streets of Hoi An. Located directly at the beach, its natural setting comes with outdoors showers and a cute little common area as well as an incredible friendly staff. Yes you’ll constantly have sand on your feet but that’s the beauty of it and having been there during less fortunate weather, I can attest that it is just as beautiful in the rain. What’s not to like?

Le centre est à seulement 10 minutes en Grab, ce qui est idéal. Nous avons séjourné dans le bungalow privé, c’était parfait. Chaque jour, ils venaient faire notre lit, remplacer les serviettes de bain et allumer un encens à la citronnelle, ce qui rendait l’ambiance très agréable. Le lit est extrêmement confortable. Toute l’équipe est adorable et très efficace. Je voudrais remercier tout particulièrement Luna, la manager de l’hostel, qui est une personne incroyable. Elle nous a donné plein de super adresses, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons créé une belle amitié et nous reviendrons, c’est sûr. Tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup ! ❤️

• James (9/5): A lovely good value (lower budget end) for exploring Hoi An and An Bang - This is a good value, lower budget end option in a good location with friendly staff (thanks Tien and Sam). The atmosphere is very relaxed and tranquil. Nothing to complain about.
• Mia (7/5): - Very nice staff, sweet rooms in bungalow style, many toilets and showers, close to the beach, breakfast included Unfortunately, no curtains at the bed, the room is also very noisy. The bed was a bit hard, but no problem. However, the cleaners came to the beds every day, sat on them and made them and put everything that was on it together or aside. I found that a bit unpleasant. The showers are cold - is refreshing in hot temperatures, but you should know. It is also quite far outside of hoi an, which you can already recognise when booking. What the hostel/homestay can’t do anything about, but what I still want to note: many digital nomads in the hostel, rather less the backpacker vibe
• Regina (10/5): - It's an amazing place, so beautifully done! We had a wonderful spacious room, and a big yellow bath! And the staff welcomed us with a tasty tea, well, everything was perfect! I wish we could stay longer!
• werner66 (9/5): Grandios - In der Unterkunft hat mein altes Backpacker Herz höher geschlagen. Die Einrichtung ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Der abholservice vom Flughafen hat super geklappt, der Empfang war sehr sehr freundlich und es gab sehr umfangreiche Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen, sowie essen und Massage. Würde wieder kommen.
• Liliane (8/5): - Bij aankomst was het hotel volgeboekt. De eigenaresse gaf ons gelijk een kop thee en pakte de telefoon. We werden naar een ander verblijf van haar gebracht wat super dichtbij was. Uitstekend geholpen maar zaten dus niet in dit verblijf.

• Αντωνης (10/5): - Το hostel ηταν κάτι ιδιαίτερο το οποίο προσφέρει μία πολυ ομορφη εμπειρία. Είναι σαν να βρίσκεσαι σε ζουγκλα το οποίο σου προσφέρει μια μοναδική αίσθηση ελευθερίας. Η φιλοξενία ηταν υπέροχη και η Tiny ηταν πάντα πρόθυμη με χαμόγελό να βοηθήσει. Ευχαριστώ Under the Coconat tree για την φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστώ Hoi an🙏🌞♥️

• janneke (8/5): One of the greatest and chill places I ve stayed in in Vietnam! - I really liked the location and the chill vibe..big rooms with good facilities...breakfast..every day someone made the beds and made sure the room smelled fresh..loads of chill spots. The only part I disliked was that people could smoke everywhere, since a lot of customers were smoking ( which the facility can t do anything about of course). But it would be nice if there was a special smoking area. Cause now it was kinda hard to have breakfast or to sometimes sit somewhere without the smell of smoke.
• Giuseppina (10/5): - Il luogo è un paradiso, sia perché è immerso nel verde che per il personale, sempre gentile, disponibile. L'atmosfera che si respira è rilassata e familiare! Io ho prenotato un letto in dormitorio ma la struttura è fornita anche di bungalow.
• Philippa (10/5): Very tropical, relaxed chill vibe. If you’re wanting to take it slow, this is the place. And if you’re wanting beach, re - The location was perfection, so easy to walk out to my morning coffee and pastry. So peaceful yet so much to do. I had a private room with lots of space, it was really nice.
