• Giulia (3/5): Male - Posizione centrale vicino Chinatown Struttura poco pulita, piena di polvere anche nel letto. Materasso indecente, finestre quasi inesistenti non siamo riusciti a dormire per i rumori. Per non parlare della mia allergia alla polvere , mai capitato di dover comprare un antistaminico in viaggio… dove aprirvi c’era sporco, anche negli angoli delle stanze meglio non guardare. Carissima per la condizione della struttura.
• Preslava (9/5): Amazing! - The apartment is very spacious, light, modern and beautiful. The location is really good - a 30minute walk to the Duomo, but it’s nice and beautiful. If you want to use the city transport, there are plenty of options. Pizza place, Carrefour, Breakfast spot, Pharmacy and a restaurant are just next to the apartment - very convenient. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to stay here another time! The only thing that made me give 9/10 was that the toilet was clogged and we had to spend time clearing the blockage.

Indication claire, facile à trouver. Draps sales, des poussières et des cheveux/poils dans les deux lits Appartement mal isolé

• Julia (9/5): A beautiful old apartment with wonderful views over the city - A lovely, old apartment with good facilities and in a great location. Just north of China Town and within walking distance of the centre. Air conditioning in the main bedroom was welcome but would have been good in other rooms in the apartment, though I appreciate this is difficult in an older building.
• Marlies (8/5): Fijne plek in hartje Milaan! - Het is een prachtig appartement in een statig gebouw. Er was enorm veel straatlawaai.
• Bram (4/5): Waardeloos. - Het appartement ziet er netjes uit zoals op de foto’s. Helaas is het erg gehorig waardoor slapen bijna onmogelijk is. Daarnaast is de douche verschrikkelijk het ziet er mooi uit op de foto, maar er is een rioollucht en het water gaat steeds van koud naar warm. Ook de airco werkt niet goed wat erg vervelend is met 30 graden +. Je gaat toch uit van een fijn en goed appartement, wij komen iniedergeval niet meer terug!

• Weronika (7/5): Good - Overall, the place was nice and spacious. However, there was an unpleasant odor, particularly in the bathroom, which impacted our comfort. Additionally, noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially during early morning.

• Olga (7/5): Good - Very good location, supermarket is 50 meters distance, tram station is nearby the house. The apartment itselve is very nice, big and clean. it has 2 bedrooms, separate living room, bathroom and kitchen. Big terrace. Kitchen is well-equipped, you can find everything for cooking. Washing anf dishwashing machines works fine. There is only one air conditiomer in one of bedromes and the apartment is located on south side. So it was very hot it it. In the night we tried to open windows, but it was extremely noisy due to tram line near the house. It is defenetly neede to have second conditioner. The water pressure was very weak, so the gas heater did not always turn on. This is a known problem in older homes for upper floors.

• Sara (9/5): Superb - The apartment was on a good location as trams stop is right in front of the building and one can also walk around 30mins to the city center. The place is very spacious and nicely decorated. Communication with the host was smooth and all details were communicated in a timely manner. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. Terrace is very big and great for chilling. Also, the heating was working great. It would be good if the toilet has more toilet paper and also from time to time water in the shower gets cold and then goes back to hot again. One of the beds in one of the rooms is small for tall people and has a wooden "fence" which makes it trickier to sleep there. Would be nice to have a socket closer to bed or to have extension cord added to the room as there's only one socket. Pillows can also be changed to be more fluffy and comfortable.
• Marco (6/5): I liked the place. I would not go back in winter. - It is a beautiful apartment. The early 20th-century floors are wonderful. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. The location is very convenient. the owner was very responsive and communication was easy. As the beautiful floors, also heating, and windows are from the early 20th century. The heating is undersized, and the windows are old and don't keep the cold out. The apartment was, therefore quite cold. The shower water was either sizzling hot or freezing cold. Some furniture is stained.
