Αρχικά ζητήθηκε από εμάς αν ήταν εφικτό να μπουμε 1 ώρα νωρίτερα στο διαμέρισμά αλλά δεν λάβαμε ποτε θετική ή αρνητική απάντηση. Το διαμέρισμα κατά την αφιξή μας ήταν βρώμικο και μυριζε άσχημα καθώς δεν είχε καθαριστεί από τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους. Αν και επιλύθηκε το πρόβλημα αυτό επηρρέασε αρνητικά τις διακοπές μας στη Σόφια.

• Svetlana (10/5): - Транспортная доступность. метров 250 до метро, которое в Софии может доставить вас прямо в аэропорт!!! очень просторно в квартире, если вас не напрягает интенсивный запах нафталина как у моей бабушки в старой хрущевке. Отдельная кухня со всем необходимым. Удобный душ, хорошая сантехника в прекрасном гигиеническом состоянии. Очень оригинальный дизайн (березки, арт объекты и т.п.). Очень тихо ночью. Транспорта не слышно, как и соседей. Запах нафталина в квартире, 4-й этаж без лифта с узковатой лестницей. (подниматься с чемоданами сложновато). Исходно было прохладно в холодное время года (осень) мы включали кондиционер на обогрев, но наверное можно было просто прибавить бы батареи центрального отопления, но мы не догадались это сделать. С кондеем стало тепло. Ремонт не новый, но очень уютно!!! Рекомендую!

• Турист Алексей (7/5): Хороший вариант. Рекомендую. - Расположение удобно со всех точек зрения (транспорт, магазины, достопримечательности).Квартира соответствует описанию. Кухня хорошо оборудована, за исключением микроволновки. Отсутствие современного ремонта учтено в цене. Трудно найти ящик для ключей. Во дворе темно, свет в подъезде включается на улице, не очевидно где, нужны доп.инструкции. В квартире довольно холодно в октябре, кондиционер помогает, но не очень. Холодный полотенцесушитель в ванной, приходится сушить на балконе, в дождливую погоду не очень эффективно. Не работает телевизор. Очень желательна микроволновка на кухню. Четвёртый этаж без лифта. Получилось много замечаний, но это конструктивная критика для улучшения сервиса. Уже сейчас хорошего больше, чем плохого.

• Polly (10/5): Really lovely comfortable and clean apartment on quiet street but still very central. - A really lovely apartment. Very comfortable and spacious, and with everything you could want in it, from a hairdryer to kitchen utensils, and even oil and salt etc for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and warm. The whole place was very clean. The area was really nice. Very quiet but also very close to the centre, metro stations, shops, restaurants etc. It felt safe to come back to at night. It was very easy to find and collect the keys when I arrived, thanks to excellent instructions from the host that were sent a few days in advance. She also provided useful instructions about how to work the appliances in the apartment, and also recommendations for local amenities. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay! Everything was excellent.
• Raul (9/5): Nice, comfortable and well located apartment - Comfortable apartment with good location and good amenities. Safe neighbourhood with good option of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc. The building looks old and lack of maintenance, but apartment is renewed and comfortable.

• Anel (10/5): Perfect for a short comfortable stay. - It was a full apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very spacious. Really close from the center of Sofia, and it was very clean. The towels can use an upgrade.
