• Nataliia (6/5): Хозяину нужно отреагировать на замечания которые пишут клиенты не первый год - Отличное месторасположение 15 минут от вокзала, 3 минуты от набережной. Квартира большая и светлая. Быстрая и удобная передача ключей. Быстрые ответы хозяина. На кухне всего 1 огромная кастрюля и 1 сковородка и обе без крышек. на газовой печке работает только одна канфорка и хорошо было бы предупредить что остальные не работают, т.к. что бы их поджечь я тратила каждый день на каждую 5 минут и все безрезультатно, огонь тухнет. Ночью в квартире очень светло, фонанарь рядом с окном и роллет не работает, об этом все давно пишут, но хозяин не реагирует. Еще в квартире есть неприятный запах. На фото изображена заградка, но она непригодна, ее нужно убрать и помыть, или убрать ее фото чтобы не обманывать ожидания людей.

• Liliana (9/5): Check in - Muy lindo departamento, bien ubicado, amplio, luminoso, bien equipado y limpio. Tuve un inconveniente al ingreso ya que para enviarme la clave del auto check in era necesario pagar on line la tasa turistica por un total de 6 euros. Mi banco rechazaba el pago en esa página por lo que fue bastante estresante solucionar el problema mientras viajabamos al destino. Sugiero que lo incluyan en el precio total.

• Craig (3/5): Disappointing with no action from the owner. Property should be removed from the platform until suitable to occupy. - Close to station and city centre Black mould in bathroom. Outdoor shutter not working so room flooded with light all night. No adequate curtains to stop the light. Impossible to sleep. Bedding smells like cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn holes in the blanket. Oven is filthy so cannot be used.

• Alexandra (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, in a great and serene location (5-10min walk to the main dock). It had all the necessary appliances and utensils in case you want to make your meals at home. The host was very nice and quick to answer! I would reccomend the apartment to anyone if you want good quality/fair price. The apartment is close to the train line so you will hear the train from time to time as well as a church bell but nothing too bad, the doors and windows are well isolated :)

• Tamás (7/5): - Könnyű megtalálni és a szállásadó kedves és segítőkész volt. A tópart kb 2 perc séta. Az ágyban mindketten vakaróztunk, de kiütés nem lett rajtunk. A törülközők és ágynemű frissen mosott volt, de javaslom a matrac cseréjét. A feleségem nem mert az ágyban aludni 😂. Én 15 percenként felkeltem, a matrac nekem kényelmetlen volt. Illetve a kádban fura barna pöttyök voltak, ezt előzetesen nem láttam a képeken.
• Chaze (7/5): Nice apartment near the city centre - Nice apartment, relatively spacious, owner was very friendly, flexible and responsive. Bed was very comfortable and a great size. The lack of fixing the shutter despite multiple reviews since last year mentioning that it is broken is a real shame. It makes it quite hard to fall asleep as there is constantly light entering the apartment and especially hard to sleep in in the morning where it is especially bright.
• Yolanda (3/5): - El suelo de la bañera estaba muy sucio, en general estaba todo muy sucio. La placa de gas funcionaba muy mal, tuvo que ayudarnos un vecino ( el cual también le costó encernderla). Cuando fuimos a cocinar en el horno tampoco funcionaba y no pudimos usarlo.
• Tetsuya (5/5): Passable - The apartment was well located, 15 minutes away from the city center on foot. The host was very reactive in asking about potential questions. There is a problem with hygiene: dirty dishes (a wine glass with red wine, a jar with coffee), a drawer in the kitchen with old seasoning that seemed expired and sticky, and dirty curtains. A shutter seemed broken so we asked the host how to use it. He told us that he ordered the new one but the delivery was one week delayed. When we read another comments in the past, we found 2 others same issue months ago. So the host doesn't take any action since October 2024. As there is a street light just next to this window, we couldn't sleep well for three nights…
• Evgeniia (9/5): Superb - Tidy clean room, quite close to the railway station. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Location is nice, walkable distance to the historical centre. Very close to the lake, so it's easy to enjoy morning or evening walk.

• Sweetlady1234 (10/5): Great location for exploring Como and the lake. - Location was excellent. Room was spacious and had all we needed. Quiet and unique being part of a complex with a tower. Great value for money. One of the blinds didn’t work but not the owners fault and I am sure this will be fixed. Nothing else. We loved our stay here.

This would be the perfect place, however the mattress is very old and uncomfortable, and needs to be replaced immediately. The sheets are old too and unfortunately the overall the sleeping experience is very bad.

Only a stone’s throw away from Milan. everything was at my fingertips especially pizza and grate restaurants , views are spectacular around the place. wish I had more time to see more ,people who owned the accommodation were especially nice and informative will definitely be back when I can and rebook this place 10 out of 10 for me 👍🏻👍🏻 Could not fault this accommodation had all the appliances you could possibly need

• Pérez (5/5): Passable - Well distributed and very well located apartment.There was no problem leaving our suitcases at the apartment a few hours after checkout The entrance to the apartment was chaotic, they did not answer the contact phone and we found out where the key was and the apartment it was with the help of a neighbor. The television remote control did not work and we had to change the batteries in the thermostat to be able to turn on the heating. There were some segments of wall blackened by moisture. Kitchen utensils need a change

The instructions to retrieve the keys were very clear, with lots of picture references. The location is great, a 10 minute walk from the station. From the apartment, you're 5 minutes from the lakeside, and around 10 from the main square. The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a couple. It offers the best price/quality for Como. It came stocked with kitchen staples, coffee, and tea. The bathroom was clean and equiped.

It's a block or so away from the lake, so it's easy to get back and forth to the main features of the area. The apartment itself was pretty decent, and the patio area was particularly attractive. There's no air conditioning. The apartment was never less than 30*C/86*F day or night. The apartment is ground floor, so leaving all the doors open to the patio means that every neighbor's conversation, barking dog, and passing car is very loud all night--and it still didn't cool off the apartment, in any case. I would not recommend staying here in any summer month. By the time I realized the apartment didn't have AC, I'd already passed the time to change the booking. But I was pretty miserable for three days. The bathroom is in direct sunlight and heats up very quickly.
