• Torsten (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Alessandro ist ein perfekter Gastgeber . Er hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen. Uns wertvolle Informationen zur Umgebung gegeben und uns im Restaurant Tische bestellt. Was immer wir an Informationen brauchen er hat sich sofort gemeldet und darum gekümmert. Die Fewo ist perfekt für 4 Personen , großzügig und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gab frische Kräuter , Basics wie Salz , Pfeffer , Öl , Tee und Kaffee waren ebenfalls vorhanden . Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit Blumen und Pflanzen und vielen Kleinigkeiten die es wohnlich gemacht haben. Eine schöne Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick . Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig .
• marzia (10/5): - La struttura era pulitissima, arredata con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. La vista molto molto carina, come da foto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto silenzioso e a pochi minuti di machina dalla cittadina. Alessandro, il proprietario, è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, ci ha dato anche alcuni consigli su servizi che potevano esserci utili. Consigliatissimo!
• Marianne Roorda (10/5): Fijne accommodatie iets buiten Chiavari - La Casa Col Portico is een heel aangenaam verblijf met alles erop en eraan. Als gast voel je je gewaardeerd en word je verwend met allerlei extra's. Een cafetière met capsules, bonbons, wijn, bier, appels, kruiden en overheerlijke citroenen uit de tuin van de ouders van onze gastheer Alessandro. Het huis is brandschoon en er zijn voldoende schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig. Zelfs vaatwastabletten ontbraken niet. Alessandro is een uiterst betrokken en heel vriendelijke gastheer. Niets is hem teveel. Hij geeft tips, zoekt eventueel iets op op internet en mocht er iets niet in orde zijn dan spant hij zich in om dat op te lossen. Wij kijken terug op een fijne tijd 🌺
• Kucuk (10/5): A must stay place! - Great place to stay with your family. It's fully prepared with its lovely furniture, utensils and bathings. Great sea view, lovely neighborhood, etc. The host is a real gentleman and of great help to his guests. absolute nothing!
• Badzioch (10/5): - Wszystko jak w ogłoszeniu, mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko, właściciel przemiły i pomocny także bardzo polecamy a widoki jak z bajki.
• Susanne (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt wird mit wunderbarer Aussicht belohnt.
• Dugain (10/5): - Alessandro est très attentionné et disponible. La maison est très belle avec une vue magnifique ! J'ai passé un très bon séjour, c'était parfait. (Mention spéciale pour le chat qui adore recevoir de l'attention)
• Sander (10/5): Mooie plek met nog mooier uitzicht - Erg genoten van deze prachtige locatie. Een mooie rustige plek met fantastisch uitzicht over zee. Het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarnaast genoten van het verse fruit en de drankjes bij aankomst. Alessandro is een erg vriendelijke host en had verschilde tips over de omgeving. Niets viel tegen aan deze locatie.
• Sołtysiak (10/5): - Obiekt z przepięknym widokiem na Chiavari, bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne w domu , dostępne były kawa, herbata, przyprawy, świeże zioła prosto z ogrodu, oliwa z oliwek, powitalna butelka proseco i kosz owoców.... Czuliśmy się tam jak w domu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z przesympatycznym, uśmiechniętym właścicielem, który służył radą i pomocą. Spędziliśmy tam cudowne chwile. Polecamy z całego serca. Izabela ze znajomymi.

• Aistė (10/5): Awesome place with superb Host - The apartment was perfect in every way, spotless clean, lots of extra things which we didn't find in any other place we stayed (for example grated coffee as well as capsules, sugar, tea, olive oil, two types of salt, dishwasher tabs, etc.). It really makes you feel like at home. The kitchen is absolutely perfect with everything you need to cook anything you want. The view from terrace is breathtaking. But that's not all. There are no words to say enough about Alessandro. We were late to pick up the keys to check in, but there was no problem. The host was so warm and friendly, I didn't want him to leave :-D Just wanted to sit with him, drink wine and talk about Italy and Lego :-D Alessandro left us totally speechless with his surprises (welcoming gifts). It was just wow. And any question we had - we could write to him and get help or advice that we need. Can't wait to come back someday :-) A bigger/wider couch in living room would be perfection, but it's very small and subjective issue, only from our point of view.
• Claudiu (10/5): Perfect house with sensational view - A perfect house for relaxation with a sensational view. The cleanliness is impeccable. The host, Alessandro, is a particularly kind and friendly man. He welcomed us with a very pleasant surprise (I won't reveal it so it remains a surprise for other lucky customers). The place is ideal for visiting Genoa, Portofino and Cinque Terre by train from Chiavari, but I recommend visiting this cute little town Chiavari, which has restaurants for all tastes, but also a decent beach. We felt extremely comfortable and safe in Alessandro's house and in this wonderful little town.

• Barbara (10/5): Perfect quiet Italien get away with a great host ! - Alessandro is such an amazing and kind host ! He accommodated our later checkin and was very helpful with advice . He left us fresh herbs and bio lemons from his garden and Prosecco for a welcome . The property is very private, spacious and clean . Pictures don’t do it justice , looks much better in real. It’s perfect for a couple or family get away . There is a very beautiful view at the valley and sea . The kitchen has all what’s needed for good cooking and it’s well ventilated . It’s quiet at night and we’ve had a good sleep . There is a designated parking space in front of the property suitable even for a bigger car . Overall we very much enjoyed our stay .

• Līva (10/5): A wonderful and unforgettable experience! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart! - First of all, this accommodation is run by a wonderful host, Alessandro. You don't come across such a very careful, friendly and caring landlord so often. Apartment on two floors, spacious, very well-kept and very clean. It seems a very authentic Italian atmosphere. You can see that thought has been given to the smallest details, including the fact that the host prepared a fruit basket, herbs from his own garden, and we were even left with home-grown lemons. Indescribably charming view from the accommodation to the mountains, valley and sea. Unforgettable! Nothing was missing either for living or for cooking, besides, Alessandro repeatedly offered to provide something if we suddenly needed something. I won't be lying if I say that it was the best booking experience that my family and I have ever had. We want to come back and we definitely will! Thanks for everything, Alessandro! We cannot find any flaws here. Access is via a narrow mountain road, but driving it is a very interesting experience and definitely worth the great welcome and amazing view.
