The host is very hostile and diligent; you‘ll find everything you need in this flat, and there‘s even a big balcony that faces the ocean and Etna. The room is very clean and the bed and pillow are comfortable. Also we may place our luggages after checking out, it‘s really kind of the host. It‘s worth it.

• heidi (8/5): Comfy and safe B&B close to everything. - The large terrace has a view of sunrise and sunset. There is a bus stop very close and Ortigia is a quick walk past many good restaurants . Beds and pillows very comfortable . Coffee maker in the comunal area . Nino , our host , explained everything and had many suggestions pertaining to the neighborhood . All good

• Jan (10/5): 10/10 - - wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon - Im Eingangsbereich gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt und das noch zu einem tollen Preis (Kaffee, kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank, Snacks, etc.) - hinzu kommt, dass diese Unterkunft mit Herz geführt wird und man merkt, dass sich richtig Mühe gegeben wird - einen Tag vor dem Check-In erhält man ein Dokument mit allen hilfreichen Informationen (Beste Restaurants, Bäckereien, Cafés, sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten)

• Chessa (7/5): - Struttura molto pulita, gentilezza da parte dell’Host. Posizione strategica. Stabile esternamente poco curato, e mal frequentato. C’era un barbone che dormiva vicino all’ingresso del condominio.

He gave clear instructions to access the rooms and was very polite in his interactions. Air conditioning and wifi were good. Easy walk to main area of town and on to Ortigia. A kettle in the room would be lovely instead of having to use the centralised one.

• Carol (9/5): Great place to stay. Walking distance to everything including cafes, supermarkets and tourist spots. Nic made sure we we - Very clean and comfortable. Good size room. Nice balcony to sit out and enjoy the view A bit of traffic noise at times.

Personel bardzo uprzejmy, mogliśmy zostawić bagaże przed godziną zameldowania. Wygodne łóżko. Klimatyzacja centralna, trudna w konfiguracji (może pomocne byłoby umieszczenie w pokoju instrukcji obsługi?), dość głośna, pomimo dużych rozmiarów chłodzi bardzo powoli. W praktyce trzeba było decydować czy w nocy ma być duszno czy głośno. Było to niekomfortowe. Chłodziarka bardzo słabo chłodzi, efekt chłodzenia niemal znikomy. Chłodziarka bardzo mała, nie wchodzi 1,5 l wody.

• Christian W. (10/5): Toller Ausblick in guter Lage - sauber, modern und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - Zimmer mit großem Balkon und super Ausblick auf die Stadt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem normalen Wohnhochhaus und kann vom Bahnhof zu Fuß erreicht werden.

• Ronald (10/5): A great apartment in a beautiful area. - The host was gracious and accommodating. The apartment was clean, with a beautiful balcony and view of the city. It is close to Ortigia and all of the local sites. I wished I had allowed a few more days to stay at this location.
• Magdalena (9/5): Friendly and good location - Very clean, big terrace with the view on the city and sea, located 15’ walking from the main attractions and right next to the bus station with the bus to the airport. Very friendly host. We could left the backpacks before and after checking. A bit noisy but I think that’s the whole city… The sewage system sometimes smells bad

I will be recommending this hotel to anyone that is going to siracuse 👌❤️

• Angeliki (10/5): Nice stay in Syracusa - Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Shower cabin with a seat. Friendly owners that helped with everything we needed. Easy to get in and out with the password. Easy to park around. The apartments are very centrally located and although on the 9th floor, it was not so quiet, but you know it from the start when you book an apartment on the main road. Earplugs help, if you can't sleep easily. Doors are making noise (and so is the central door of the main entrance of the building), so you must keep them a bit until they close and respect others that may be sleeping.
• Kliment (10/5): One of the best BnB we have ever been in! - Everything. From the location, the friendly staff, comfortable beds, cleanliness of the room, amazing view, attention to detail regarding facilities you may need (ex. you can rent a towel/sun umbrella for 1€ per day so you dont need to buy one, you can buy additional breakfast, water, coffee etc.) They also let us leave our luggage for couple of hours, so we can wander around Siracusa. Basically perfect!
