• Sanchez Villanueva (7/5): Escaleras terroríficas - La ubicación y que tenía cocina. Todo estaba limpio. Las escaleras!! Hay escaleras para ambas camas. Mi madre se cayó y se hizo un esguince. No recomendable para personas que les cueste subir y bajar escaleras. Además una de las noches no podíamos abrir la puerta y llame al número de teléfono que aparecía y nadie me lo cogió tuvimos que resolver el problema nosotros. También les escribí por mensajes de booking y ninguna respuesta. Personal ausente.

• Lana Markovic (10/5): - Location was great, near the main railway station - Napoli centrale and to all the sights on walking distance. Also, the appartment was very clean with the new furnirure and cosy balcony.

• Declercq (8/5): Pratique et bon rapport qualité prix ! - Chambre très propre. Lit confortable. Mini frigo à disposition, ainsi qu’une machine à café. La personne qui nous a accueillie a été très sympathique. Emplacement pratique, très proche de la gare qui permet donc de rejoindre les différents moyens de transport en commun et d’accéder aux différentes excursions très aisément (ok la rue n’est pas la plus jolie ni la plus safe mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème durant notre séjour). La douche est un peu petite. Les murs sont assez fins (le premier soir nous avons pu entendre les ébats mouvementés de nos voisins, ainsi que le bruit de leur pipi qui coulait dans les toilettes, leurs conversations …). Attention, il faut prévoir un supplément si vous prévoyez d’arriver après 22h (20€ entre 22 et 23h et 30€ entre 23h et 00h30).

• Maria (1/5): Very disappointing stay despite the central location near Napoli Centrale. - The room was not clean upon arrival — the bathroom was poorly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, and the bed linens did not feel fresh. We had requested a double bed but were given two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable, along with a poor-quality mattress and pillows. The air conditioning was not working, the room felt cold, and the shower was extremely small with inconsistent hot water. There were no extra towels or sheets provided, and no wardrobe at all. The area, although central, did not feel safe at night. Overall, not a comfortable or pleasant stay and would not recommend.

• Maristella (7/5): Staff cordiale zona terribile - Lo staff è accogliente, molto gentile la proprietaria anche se l'ho vista giusto due minuti però è stata molto cortese per telefono, la stanza è pulita accogliente con un mini frigo. Zona comoda vicino la stazione La zona è bruttissima piena di extracomunitari pericolosi e sotto l'abitazione c'è un centro scommesse stracolmo di uomini che ti fissano, mi sono sentita a disagio e il secondo giorno addirittura in pericolo perché pensavo avessero visto dove alloggiavo, mi dispiace perché la struttura è bella ma la zona è terrificante sembrava di essere in Africa (sono Italo-marocchina) ma credetemi che quella gente lì e pericolosa.

• Christophe Peron (8/5): Bon emplacement ! - Très bon emplacement : à quelques pas de la place Garibaldi avec la gare et le métro et à 10 mn à pieds de Spaccanapoli et ses restaurants. Pas de bruit Réfrigirateur - Jamais réussi a faire marcher la machine à café mise a disposition dans le hall... 1 seule "dosette" de café fournie gracieusement pour un séjour de 4 nuits - Le quartier, le soir, peut paraitre un peu "mal fréquenté" : mais aucun problème ou insécurité resentie - Pas de personnel sur place : bien s'organiser pour récupérer la clé à l'arrivée.

• Dorde (8/5): Very nice apartment, wish I could say the same for the area - Very nice apartment, seems like it was recently refurbished as it stands out from the rest of the building. Very close to the train station and not too far from the historical city centre. Medium size room that can just fit 2 beds, but it was alright for us. Great balcony, really gives you that extra feel of this city as soon as you get on to it. Our host was great, she was attentive to our needs and provides some useful tips on the area around us, including the best car park options. Not the most pleasant area, it can be quite noisy in the night, and I don't mean typical noise made by the scooters or a crowd of people enjoying themselves. I have utmost respect for hard working immigrants who have occupied this areas, but it does seem to attract as well a lot of vagabonds and people who might be in a need of some sort of help (not necessarily financial one). I know this is something the owner does not have any influence on, but feel it's worth mentioning as it's not ideal place for families with small children.

• Elena (7/5): - La struttura é rimodernata e dotata di condizionatore nella camera che è fondamentale perchè negli spazi comuni era piuttosto caldo per essere fine settembre. La gentilezza e disponibilità di Susy è stata eccezionale. Check in e check out semplici e veloci. Ho apprezzato anche il bollitore elettrico. Asciugamani in cotone e pulite, così come coperte e lenzuola. Materasso fenomenale, così come i cuscini. Palazzo tranquillo. Bagno spazioso. Ascensore gratuito. Purtroppo gli infissi delle porte erano fatti male e sentivo veramente tutto quello che succedeva nelle altre camere. Per me non è stato un problema ma immagino che a qualcuno possa dare fastidio. Il bagno aveva lo stesso problema di insonorizzazione e purtroppo mi è capitato di sentire gli ospiti affianco fare i loro bisogni e usare la doccia oltre che al rumore impressionante dello sciaquone. Questo non è stato piacevole. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia non era abbastanza per farsi una doccia come si deve e anche il doccino era pieno di calcare e l'acqua schizzava da tutte le parti. Un doccino costa davvero poco, cambiatelo! La struttura è locata in una zona che se non sei del posto capisco possa spaventare ma non succede niente.

• Janet (9/5): Great location, flat has everything you need for a short stay. - Great location, very close to central station. Table on the balcony. Very effective air conditioning. Good lift to flat on third floor and we liked the impressively large entrance area on the ground floor in this old building, which although it needs a paint job felt very authentic Naples. Bed mattress is wearing out, could feel the springs but it’s coming to the end of the season. Could clearly hear the apartment next door using the bathroom but it didn’t really bother us. The area the flat is in is litter strewn, that seems to be a feature of Naples and city living in Italy.

• Silvana (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La stanza é bella e rispecchia le foto pubblicate. Molto pulita e con varie comodità come aria condizionata, phon, armadio, stendino, frigorifero ecc. Purtroppo il palazzo è antico e messo male, la differenza tra dentro e fuori il b&b è abissale. La zona in cui è situato il b&b ,molto vicina alla stazione, é piena di stranieri..sembrava una zona poco racconandabile. La doccia non funzionava benissimo,il getto d'acqua non era dei migliori. Ci aspettavamo che venissero a pulire avendo soggiornato per 2 notti però non è accaduto.

• Matej (4/5): Iskrena i realna recenzija objekta - Svidjela mi se čistina objekta i ljubazna gospođa Susy koja je bila odgovorna za nas, ali...detalji o smještaju i ostalo je bilo razočaravajuće. Prvo i najvažnije, nije bilo tople vode uopće, bila je jako hladna i u najboljem slučaju mlaka, također je falilo i potrepština za obavljanje nuždi. Nije mi se svidjela lokacija (četvrt se čini malo opasna iako su susjedi bili ljubazni), ali iz detalja o objektu se nigdje nije moglo saznati da je to zapravo afrička četvrt, policija i vojska patroliraju cijelu noć i čak su i preko dana parkirani na kolodvoru koji je 2 minute udaljen pješice. "Kuhinja" objekta je samo čajna kuhinja za koju je gospođa rekla da je naša iako je rekla da znaju i ljudi iz drugih soba ulaziti unutra? Sve u svemu, dosta loše.

• Stefania (4/5): - Rivestimenti moderni Vicino la stazione per raggiungere la metro ecc Posto in cui non andrei mai a passeggiare da sola, per le vie c’era il degrado più assoluto, Dopo le 17 era pieno di brutta gente , le nostre uscite erano massimo fino le 22 perché avevamo paura della gente che c’era in giro . ( tossici/ ubriachi) Letto scomodo da far venire il mal di schiena , Lenzuola non molto pulite , ho notato che il mio cuscino era sporco . E anche la stanza non era pulita, nel bidè ho trovato dei peli. La doccia non scarica. Poca privacy , si sentiva ogni cosa dalle stanze vicino. Nonostante il prezzo, c’è scritto che a disposizione c’è il condizionatore. Il condizionatore non andava , batterie scariche del telecomando. Ci dispiace ma se dovessimo tornare a Napoli Probabilmente cercheremo altrove .

• saumu Ali (8/5): Beh - La stutura e facile da aggiungere da centro Proletario quando siamo arrivati nel hotel avevo i miei parenti che mi hanno accompagnato loro vivono a Napoli però proprietari dopo mi ha telefonato sembra mi sta minacciando non deve intrare nessuno o chiamo la polizia io ho telecamera vedo tutto i vostri documenti lo sto controllando non mi ha piaciuto perché io sono una persona onesta se ho detto siamo in 2 è così

• Elfrida (1/5): Bad - Owner was friendly! Small space, beds and pillows were old, thin walls : you can hear everything. The smell of the building was awful. The neighborhood was horrible, not safe, full with africans who were high and doing drugs or drinking. It was dangerous!

Take your money to pay the city tax already changed, lady didn't have change and never gave me back. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows, fridge and aircon very noisy. Neighbourhood very dirty.
• Päivi (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, secure & confortable room( I was in room nr.3) with private bathroom. Loved that you could make a tea with the kettle provided. Very quiet in the night. Siuzy who checked me in was lovely & explained everything. The neighbourhood can seem rough, but I had no issues as a single woman.
• Sassi (1/5): Can I rate the area lower? - The room was fine. The lady who checked is in was nice and friendly. The area was horrendous. It didn't feel safe at all. We have traveled around a few destinations in Italy, and we didn't experience anywhere else like it. It felt very hostile. We could not stay here because we didn't feel safe. We lost all our money and booked elsewhere. Upon arrival, we waited on the street to check-in. We waited about 15 minutes. I was wearing shorts and felt very uncomfortable about the obvious looks I was getting from groups of men. When the lady arrived, we went inside. The building looks morning like the picture of the external that is on the listing. We went in an old run down elevator up to the room. The room itself was nice, but the street was noisy. We didn't wait 5 minutes before booking elsewhere. I requested a refund or partial refund, but it was refused. We lost over £150 for the two nights we had booked. We booked a place in Pompeii instead, which was lovely.
• Cernatbogdan (9/5): Perfect - Great room, it had everything we needed. The persons that manages this booking also gave us a number to a private driver that took us to the airport at 3am for a reasonable price. We really liked this because there were no buses at that hour and we heard that taxi drivers are usually scammers. The area is a little strange, but nothing bad happened. Usually in big cities around train stations the area tends to be like this.

• Rebecca (8/5): Good value - The room was very clean and all our interactions with the owner were friendly and helpful! Check-in was easy and we got an extra pillow upon request which was very nice! Everything worked well in the bathroom and it was a short walk to the train station central as well as underground and bus stops.

I only had coffee on the first day and he changed the towels on the 4th day, after I sent him a message to changes them... the sheets have not been changed in these 5 days, and no cleaning the room
• Man (8/5): A nice room at good price. - The guest house is close to the train station & the room is neat & tidy. The guest house is situated in residential district with all kinds of people hanging around, so it could give you some level of discomfort walking around, but so far, I don't see any safety issue.

• Pirooz (10/5): Exceptional - Susy, the women, who cleaned up the room, did a terrific job. It would only be fair to give her some tip. The room has a ref which is bigger than average. The location is great, very near to Napoli Centrale/Piazza Garibaldi.
• Nikola (1/5): Bad - 1. The lady who accommodated me wanted to pay the city tax RIGHT NOW. I have no money at this time and asked for card payment - she said - no,no,no - cash NOW rising her voice. 2. The wall between my bathroom and the other bathroom was half brick half wood so I hear everything from their bathroom even when they fart. 3. When I do check out I left my baggage in the tailor atelier in the building where the lady from the check in working. When I went to take it - said thank you and bye bye. She rise up her voice again telling me that I need to pay 5€ for that. Burglar! 4. The street is full of immigrants that sleep on the street all day and night long. It's not really safe. But yes, in general very rude lady!
• Olha (7/5): Good - It’s a clean room next to the main station. You need to be careful from the outside as it looks dangerous, however we didn’t have any problems. The shower head is not convenient and the walls are quite thin (we could hear the neighbors so well).

Only 5mins walk to Napoli Centrale and metro station. - Easy access to the central station, Cleanliness, Communication, Amenities, Security system, Easy check in/ Check out. The size of the shower area (not ideal for someone 6+ feet) Not the bestest neighbourhood in the city.
• Timothy (10/5): Great location - Property was very clean and perfectly relaxing. I had no trouble checking in. Close enough to the train station it made travel easy. I don’t spend much time flipping through television channels. But it would have been nice if the television had access to Netflix.

The noise within the other guest past midnight. The neighborhood was creepy. Nothing happened, but we didn't feel safe. Bed wasn't comfortable.

• Katja-p (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is new and clean. We also had a small kitchen equipped with pots and pans for cooking. The building has an old elevator, but at least you don't have to walk up the stairs. I never felt unsafe walking through the neighborhood. The toilet was quite loud when flushing, so not the best for using when the other person is sleeping.

• Kitti (9/5): Superb - The room was clean and comfortable and very stylish. It was close to the train station and the airport bus stop so it was very convenient for travel. The owner and the lady who let us in were really helpful. They also had a kettle, water, tea and coffee which is appreciated. The only not so good thing was the street itself. Even though we didn't have any problems, it didn't feel safe but that probably applies to the surroundings of the train station, not just this street. I wouldn't recommend it for solo female travellers but otherwise it was fine.
• Marta (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect to make it a base camp as it's 5 min from the main station. The beds were comfortable and the begging clean. The flat was for 3 people therefore I don't understand why would there only be 1 glass and 1 mug available. Should we be drinking tea one after the other? Plus no spoon or anything to stir. There was only 2 toilet rolls left for 3 people for 4 days. The pillows are awful, hard and very uncomfortable to sleep. One bed lamp was broken and so was the socket right next to the bed.

• Krisztina (10/5): Perfect apartment, convenient location - Susy was hands on with everything. The room exceeded our expectations. WiFi superb. Coffee delicious. Location is very convenient for visiting Pompei, Vesuvius, Sorrento and Amalfi via public transport (Circumsvesuviana and SITA). Initially we were worried about the area and the local immigrants in the immediate areas, but had absolutely no problems whatsoever during the 5 days we spent there. Security and police has great presence on the square making you feel safe. Although the side of the Garibaldi Square where the apartment is, look more rough than the other side, all restaurants, bars, takeaways and small grocery shops welcomed us, all were great value for money and waiters/people were much nicer than the other side. So, don’t judge a book by its cover :)
• Rafal (7/5): Good price, bad neighborhood - The price is good, the bed is comfortable, there was a fridge in my room and the staff is very nice. The bathroom was not clean and the neighborhood was pretty bad, I was a little bit scared of coming back in the dark.

The place was clean , tha location perfect ( it is very near to the Piazza Garibaldi central station from where you can move to everywhere easily . The owner was answering fast . The neighbourhood was little cripy and I don't recommend it if you are a woman that will travel solo , I didn't had any problem to be honest .
• Toni (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed the location of the property and the comfort. It was easily accessible, the location is great to get to places I wanted to see and the property is clean and comfortable. The host was very understanding and helped us with any queries we had.
• Ziemkos (8/5): A Week in Naples - Conveniently located right next to Garibaldi, a short walk from the Old Town, direct buses from and to the airport. Shops and restaurants nearby with international cuisine including African, Asian and local. 3rd floor but with a lift. Room large enough for two with a balcony, a clean bathroom and a kitchenette. It is possible to black out the room completely and sleep well. Quick and easy check-in and check-out, helpful staff. Terrible Internet - low wifi signal, breaking connections. If you plan to do some work and need the net this is not a place for you. The room is part of a flat with several other rooms around and above and if you get noisy neighbours, like we did, you will need earplugs. There's a well enough equipped small kitchen next to the room but with no place to sit, and in the room itself there's a desk rather than a table so eating a meal isn't that easy.
• Ivan (7/5): Good stay - Very very clean! Room is renovated. Very close to train station and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Huge bathroom. Good security in the building. Good price. The beds were not very comfortable. The TV was unreliable. Fridge wasn't strong enough. Area doesn't feel safe at night.
• Márk (10/5): Good quality for a good price - The apartment is located ca. 5 minutes walk from the Garibaldi central station so it is easily accessible from the AirPort using AliBus. From the Garibaldi station a lot of public transportation is available. Based on the location you can easily visit Naples on foot. Santa Chiara, Gesú Nuovo, Duomo, Spaccanapoli are ca. 15-25 mins walk away. The apartment is easily accesible from the street. It is located on the 3th floor (there is a lift in the building).The apartment is fully renovated, everything is new, nice and clean, there was a caffe machine, kettle and fridge in the room. The host is kind. In my opinion some cutlery would be great. 😊

• Fran (7/5): Because of the vacinity to the main train station, if you plan to visit other stuff in close by to Naples (amalfi, capri - The location is close to the central train station (and the two metro lines) which is great The host was very helpful, and she promptly helped us when we had an issue (when our entrance key to the building broke) The room had a high ceiling which was cool The room was adaquate in size The neighborhood didn’t appear the safest (there were a lot of people probably immigrants that were sleeping on the street in the nearby) There was a non seethrough window in the top of the bathroom, it was a little weird because it was connected to another window in the property (we could hear other guests showering), you can’t see anything through it because it is high and nonseethrough but still a weird feature The sound isolation between the room and the hallways between them could be better

• Noel (10/5): Exceptional - Nice host, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Nice location, don't get scared about the safety comments. It's close to the train station, bus, metro stops. We walked in late at night and we never felt unsafe. Generally very good experience.
• Tabea (10/5): Exceptional - sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lifestyle of Napoli ~5 minutes walk to the central station, where you also have a big supermarket ~15 minutes walk in the center clean private bathroom and kitchen fridge in the room road in front of the window is not busy at nighttime Just to mention if it's important to anyone out there, didn't make our stay less comfortable: kitchen is not so well equipped (no microwave, no toaster) and very small cold lightning in the room
• Maciej (9/5): Nice place near main station - Clean and modern apartment, friendly staff and good location in terms of travelling. Neighbourhood is a dirty and relatively unsafe place for solo travellers. But that's not a fault of the hosts.
• Jerzy (8/5): Very good - We could leave luggage before check-in in the room, what was very comfortable to us. Room was clean and fresh. Nothing to complain about. Would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room or in a hall :) Close to main railway station is an asset. Surrounding immigrants were in contrast to comfortable room but no harm to us - seems they are use to many tourists. I liked stays in The Center Rooms. Would be nice to have electric kettle :)
• Paulina (9/5): A great starting point to discover Naples - Apartment is beautiful, looks exactly like photos. We experienced very good contact with the host, even had been able to have check-in 2 hours earlier. We’ve also found the binder which was created by host and contained a lot of useful info. Very close to train station. Suspicious area, wouldn’t recommend for single female travelers.
