• Irene (8/5): - Clean, comfortable apartment. Great location. Contact with whoever is responsible for the apartment could have been better. As we were arriving in Puerto Del Carmen early I sent two requests via Booking.Com to see if we could could access the property earlier than 4pm. or leave our luggage somewhere safe. Both requests were ignored, the only contact being an automated text in Spanish ( which we understood) giving the access code. We arrived 5 minutes early, a member of staff in the laundry room heard us & came out.She still had to call someone to allow us in. The access code was clearly on a timer to prevent early access. After that everything was fine,no further problems .

• Murray (9/5): Modern, clean apartment in great location. - Apartment was clean, modern, and the kitchen was well equipped, with some handy starter supplies provided. The location was excellent for accessing both the old and new town. We liked the smart entry system, which worked smoothly with either a code or card. The street outside is busy during the day—good for people‑watching—but it was also quiet at night. The shared washing machine wasn't an issue and was generally available when we needed it. We asked if beach towels could be made available and were provided with them which was appreciated. There was a slight smell from the bathroom drain, but keeping the bathroom window open throughout our stay solved it completely. There are no sun loungers directly outside the apartment, so it can feel a bit like you’re taking them from the other guests. We would have preferred dedicated loungers on the balcony, but this didn’t affect our stay overall. These were only minor points and wouldn’t put us off staying again, which we intend doing in future.

Was so quiet at night despite being so close to all the main attractions of PDC strip Powerful shower and hairdryer provided with comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space along with clean cutlery, kitchenette area and a balcony that is an ultimate sun trap perfect to soak up the heat Very clean and great communication with property letter, had all facilities could need for an easy stay Was everything we could’ve asked for in our first stay in Lanzarote

• Hakim (10/5): Séjour parfait - Logement très propre avec balcon comme sur les photos et emplacement idéal au centre de Puerto del Carmen. Dosettes de café, petit gâteau et bouteille d’eau offert dans le logement. Pas de bruit, centre commercial et avenue avec pleins de restaurants et boutiques a proximité. Parfait et super locataire qui répond quand on a besoin. Des petits sucres pour le café lol. Non rien, tout était super.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Relaxing and brilliant time. - The apartments are brilliantly situated, close to all shops and the strip yet quiet in the evening. The apartment has everything you need to have an amazing stay. We have stayed at these apartments 3 times now and will always try to use them if they are available. there is nothing bad to say about the apartments

• Johan (10/5): Excellent accommodation book now! - The apartment was perfect. It has an excellent location in the heart of town for shopping, restaurants, bars & the beach. It was lovely & clean. & included some freshly laundered towels, shampoo & hand-soap. Including a powerful hairdryer which wasn't listed on the website. It had everything you need in the kitchen too. & The air-conditioning in the lounge & bedroom was wonderful as it was a heatwave outside up to 40° when we were there in Sep2025. The young lady who was servicing the apartments was lovely, helpful & friendly when we arrived earlier than expected. There were no negative aspects to write about.

• Dino (10/5): Lovely apartment in Puerto del Carmen - The apartment is amazing, there is everything you need even for a longer stay, quiet bedroom, nice living room and terrace that let you feel the liveliness of the Puerto del Carmen. If you are renting a car, there is a lot of free parking in the streets around the apartment.

Slightly tricky to find (I was looking for the apartment name from the street) but good location close to beach front but relatively quiet. Everything necessary for self catering or restaurants close by. Clean, nice firm bed, cold fridge, air conditioning. I was staying for the Ironman & it was close enough to crawl to after the race then hobble to the beach the next day. Thank you

Sonia however got everything sorted very quickly even though it was Sunday. New boiler installed and we settled down and really enjoyed our stay.

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was modern and very clean, the host was very responsive to any requests I would have like a parasol on the balcony, the balcony gets the sun all day which is great but there is no shade. Check out is 10am and there is no where to leave your bags for the day if your flight is a late one you will have your bags with you all day

Would definitely recommend - Amazing location. 5 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to all shops and restaurants. 1 minute to bus station where you can take a bus to anywhere in the island. 5 minutes walk to a hyper market. Amazing host. Very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and approachable. 2 minutes away from car hire company Elizabeth. Amazing facilities. Everything you need right I. A very central location. Very clean and modern. Towels and linen included. Nothing.

The property was so clean and very well maintained. Very smooth arrival and departure. It’s a little bit more on the expensive side for an apartment.

• Moira (6/5): Pleasant - Location was ideal...Air con was perfect Altho it is lovely shiny and new we felt it needed bit more thought...in bedroom as we were first apt the steps went past our bedroom window so you could see straight in so curtains remained closed....in bathroom the towel rail is connected to front of sink so you had to lean into it to use sink properly....in shower altho fab shower size n space there was no where to sit your shower gel shampoo etc all had to sit on shower base...on terrace altho great size and perfect space to people watch ....no shade provided on the hottest parts of the day and as it all glass panels and large glass patio doors sun feels even more intense as sun reflects off all the glass...felt we couldnt use terrace like we wanted too like we are used to doing on our holidays.

We didn’t use the sofa because I’m pretty sensitive / allergic to dust. Every time I approach the sofa, I have an allergic reaction. Maybe consider washing the sofa’s cover.

Super comfy bed. It was my partners 50th birthday and they arranged for bubbles, balloons, beers and cake, which made it extra special- absolutely fantastic 😍 Only feedback is that towels could be bigger but that is just minor feedback
