• Siegfried (10/5): Super gepflegtes und doch günstiges Zimmer in Ruhelage - Wir waren auf der Reise nach Cagliari und haben nur eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist nur ein paar km neben der Autobahn in einem kleinen Städtchen. Das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt und hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Wir waren dort sehr zufrieden.

• Silvia (5/5): Idea carina ma migliorabile - La posizione è ottima. L'idea del trasformare una casa antica in stanze da affittare è carina. Bagno pulito. La stanza, le cui foto non sono sull'annuncio di booking, aveva una buona parte delle mattonelle che ballavano, durante la notte si è sentito l'odore di fumo in stanza, per entrarci si passa su un pavimento di legno, probabilmente con qualche asse danneggiata coperta da un tappeto, ho toccato un mobile e un pomello non era fissato, tutto questo ha dato un senso di instabilità e poca sicurezza. Letto molto morbido, piccolo problema con l'allergia agli acari al risveglio. L'acqua calda ci mette un po' ad arrivare. Mi sembra una struttura che ha iniziato da poco, penso che con qualche lavoro si possa migliorare senza stravolgere l'anima della casa, magari proprio la stanza dove siamo stati è un work in progress. Prezzo un po' alto per una stanza ancora da ristrutturare.

• mattia (6/5): Abbastanza bene - La posizione e il prezzo non troppo alto Il letto l'ho trovato un po' scomodo, il cuscino inutilizzabile. La cosa più fastidiosa è stata un persistenza aroma di fogna, lo abbiamo notato quando abbiamo scaricato l'acqua del wc, forse c'è qualche problema con le fognature. Mi dispiace per i padroni di casa, sicuramente non dipende da loro, ma spero che risolvano perché è abbastanza fastidioso.
• chiara (9/5): - Tipica casa d'epoca, curata nei dettagli; camera confortevole, bagno piccolino ma funzionale; ho apprezzato molto la presenza di ganci per gli asciugamani. Proprietario disponibile, anche nell' accoglierci molto tardi.

• Walter (1/5): - Struttura sporca e poco curata, muri con evidenti crepe, fili elettrici esposti, forte odore di chiuso e fuliggine del camino, televisione in camera non funzionante e cosa più assurda non esiste nella camera né vasca idromassaggio e neppure sauna come durante il check-in fa scegliere. Altamente sconsigliato

• Maria josè (8/5): - Bella la struttura con la corte, tipica delle abitazioni di un tempo. Anche la posizione è ottima con parcheggio adiacente. Poco curata l' accoglienza, neanche un bottiglietta d' acqua in frigo. La mattina siamo andati via, ma nessuno si è fatto vedere per salutarci o per chiedere com'era andato il soggiorno.

• Matteo (7/5): - La posizione e la cortesia e ospitalità del proprietario La camera che ho prenotato su Booking era una camera da 20m2 con idromassaggio e invece ho trovato una camera da 16m2 con un bagno piccolo. Dopo averlo fatto notare al proprietario mi ha risposto che ha fatto presente la permanente indisponibilità di quella camera a Booking.com e che non fosse colpa sua se era ancora presente. Toglietela dal sito perché io ho prenotato lí solo per le caratteristiche offerte

• Andrea (10/5): Lo consiglio ha chi vuole spendere poco per dormire e godersi la Sardegna e tutte le sue spiagge - Perfetto per la nostra vacanza in posizione tattica perché vicino a tante belle spiagge Niente per me andava tutto bene
• Abe (7/5): Prima verblijf voor een nacht als tussenstop - De kamer heeft een comfortabel bed en een prettig toilet. De ventilator aan het plafond beweegt flink heen en weer als deze aan staat en maakt vrij veel geluid. Van het seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad hebben we niets gezien.

• Silvia (4/5): Good but ants in the room. - Location was great, had parking spots right in front of the structure. Host was kind and showed us around the shared rooms like the beautiful garden, the kitchen and the living room. I liked the little private patio where you can enjoy some fresh air and if you want there is a sauna and jacuzzi for an extra cost. We woke up with our luggages FULL of hundreds of little ants. We spent three hours going through our clothes outside and removing as many as we could. It was an absolute nightmare. I saw other reviews with the same problem but didn't read them before.
