- Patrick (7/5): absolutey ok @ Blackpool standards - Checkin with a code which didnt arrive but I got it after calling them .
Room is good , average size clean good comfortable bed and bathroom works fine
For 25 GBP absolutey ok @ Blackpool standards where you cant get decent food anywhere because nobody seems to eat decent food . Wouldnt pay more .

- McDermott (8/5): The room was better than last time. We enjoyed staying in room 4. It was spacious which was good. - Clean & comfy Just needs a couple off things the lack of tea, sugar, coffee,& milk. Had to buy milk a few times which went off. Some hooks for hanging coats behind door. Bathroom needs something for toiletries.

Won’t refund my parking fee after sending several messages and details
Be careful if any body books this property
- Adam (8/5): - Everything about this budget room was fantastic. Just apart from a little problem with the double bed, it dipped in on one side. The double bed dipped in on one side.

- Nicky (9/5): Nice get away - Very comfortable big size room with a view of the tower. Shower was nice and hot. Enough tea and coffee to get you started. Had a really good night sleep. Parking is available on sight , you just need to book your place to be reserved. There's nothing I didnt like. Will be back again ASAP
- McDermott (7/5): Although the room was clean the bed was too close to the wall for the other person to get into. But the bed was comfort - Clean, bed was comfy but hard to get into. Just the bed to close to the wall. Not enough condiments for our stay. More things to put your toiletries. Coat hangers. Need tap sorted in bathroom.
- james (8/5): -
- Matt (10/5): - Good WiFi, comfy bed, Netflix included, Good shower. Could do with a little better cleaning.
- Stephanie (10/5): Great short stay, nice location & facilities was what we needed - The coded doors instead of the usual keys
The decor was up to date
The price for the location was more than reasonable
TV size was good and usable
Check in and out times was fair
- machaela (1/5): Dont risk it! - Nothing Everything. Walked into a dirty room so left and sent pics and asked for refund. My reply i got was rude and unprofessional
- sharon (3/5): - Location was good clean room Internet was aload of rubbish
- Peebles (9/5): -
- Chloe (7/5): -
- Gemma (1/5): Disappointing - Location close to bars and restaurants Hotel/room was very unclean. Our bedroom carpet was filthy and had clearly not been hoovered for a while. On arrival we found toenails on the floor and the room smelt damp. Windows do not close properly and are also dirty. Weird smell on top floor corridor with lots of flys coming through the sky light. My friend also found a crisp in her bed.
- Aaron (9/5): - Everything except netflix wasn't on Netflix wasn't working

- Rachel (9/5): - The location was great, close to the town, and the host was excellent. We had a small issue during our stay, but it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. The view of Blackpool Tower was a lovely bonus and made it especially enjoyable for the kids. They also loved having their own room. Overall, it was fantastic value for money.
- Sarah (10/5): Our stay was great both adults and kids enjoyed the view from our windows and the fact that it is so close to everything - Property was clean and it was in a great location, staff were great at keeping us updated on our booking
- Emma (4/5): great location, but not much else! - We arrived early and the room was available so we could check in early. It was a self service check in with a code which was nice and simple. The location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the tower! Beds were super comfy! We were given new towels (still had the tags on). Has a 2 space car park which is £10 per night to book. The price was cheap. under £200 for 3 rooms for 2 nights. It was my sons 21st and they put balloons and a banner in his room. Hot shower! They advertise 2 car parking spaces. 2 cars would not fit! I was phoned twice to come and move my car over (block the pathway) so the cleaner could get her car in. . Even though i was completely in my space. had a car tried to get in the 2nd space, it would have hit my car or the wall. Maybe back in the day of small cars, but definitely not now when cars are all big. The hotel itself is not cleaned. I think they change the beds and nothing else. The skirting boards were layered with dust. The walls and doors were filthy. It just needs a cloth going over it. The kettle in my daughters room (room 2) was disgusting. It was marked brown inside. The ceiling in my room (room8) looked like it could fall down any minute. Only the artex was holding up. Walls are paper thin. I was woken at 2am with my neighbor screaming at her kids! The bathrooms are tiny!! Anyone of the "larger size" would not fit in the bathroom or shower. When i sat on the toilet my knees touched the wall. And i am not tall! I had to sit on the toilet with the door open and facing sideways. When my toilet flushed (room 8) it made a terrible noise. Like a roar. And it didn't flush anything away. It took 2/3 times to flush properly. When i was in the shower, i had to breathe in to close the shower door. There is only a tiny mirror in the bathroom. None in the bedroom. It was cheap for the 2 nights and i know you get what you pay for nut it doesnt take much to ask the cleaner to take a cloth over the rooms.

- Hayley (10/5): Definitely stay again - For the price it was great room was OK size shower worked great ,bed was comfy, television had netflix etc password on back of door for WiFi and self check in was great also Wasn't kuchen we didn't like to be honest everything was great maybe a quick carpet clean on floor next to bed but other than for the money it was great and would definitely stay again and anyone staying the club over the road is great and cheap we spent a few hours in there .
- Aimee (8/5): Excellent value for money . Would book again - Quiet and peaceful area
. Bed was super comfortable
room was clean Everything was fine no complaints. Highly affordable cheap and cheerful hotel
- Andrea turnbull (10/5): -
- Meryem (8/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent value for money, clean, comfy beds, TVs with free Netflix and access to other online apps (iplayer) was a brilliant touch. We also had a great view of the Tower. If I was to be super critical the carpet could do with an update and the toilet roll was very cheap but this didn’t effect our stay and we will be back
- sharon (10/5): Highly recommend this hotel - Beautiful hotel very clean gave us a early check in free of charge location was brilliant as disabled cant walk far staff very polite highly recommend good for money we will be back in the year Nothing we didnt like

- Ryan (1/5): Avoid! Abusive and unorganised owner. - The owner gave my room code to other people. So at 1am i was woken to 2 strangers walking in my room. After i texted the owner asking for a refund he messaged me 10 times b2b loads of abuse. Called mr the next day calling me a nonce, calling me autistic and told me i was stupid for panicking and should have just assumed a mistske was made instead of waking up scared.
Absolutely avoid at all costs
- David (8/5): -
- Raul (9/5): - Super top! Im vergleich zu anderen Unterkünfte in Blackpool großartig!
- Demi (5/5): -
- Cawley (1/5): Very poor condition of room - Nothing We booked a family room but had a phone call the day of arrival stating that our room had been smashed up so they gave us two rooms, which were both small but as soon as we got there we left, it was suppose to be family friendly hotel but smelt of weed, the bed had hair on the sheets, the ceiling had damp patches everywhere and had a slug in the sink.
We rang the person in charge and wouldn't give as a refund,we had to look for somewhere else to stay after traveling 4.5 hrs to get there.
The pictures are nothing at all like it in real life.
- Gerrard (10/5): A great budget hotel without the low budget feel. - We’ve been a few times and will definitely return. Rooms clean, comfortable and a great price! .
- Andrea turnbull (10/5): - Nice Nice
- Martin (1/5): Unsurprising - The shower
The key codes The TV didn’t work
The room was very cramped
The loud music from outside until 2am
The fire alarm going off and vaping teen responsible told - don’t worry about it.
- GATIS (6/5): -
- Angela (6/5): shame about door but didnt feel safe - i was in 24 reads avenue last tue.thu. ive stayed many times its clean room tiny value for money great location central for town centre i went down stairs for cigarette twice and the door you use to get in was opened second time again opened i thought i was safe but its never happened before and i wont stay again im solo traveller im not sure if there was anyone else in the property
- Poxon (7/5): - Was really cheap and bed was comfortable. Didn't see any staff and the room was extremely small
- Christopher (10/5): - Close to centre and beach room was clean Nothing bad to report
- Stephen (10/5): Straight forward and affordable - Simplicity Nothing
- David (8/5): -
- Katherine (8/5): - Very helpful staff great location for back and forth to winter gardens. Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy Bathroom was a bit small
- Mark (9/5): -
- McDermott (9/5): -
- Sabrina (7/5): -
- Stephanie (7/5): Good - Location Toilet system very loud and not very strong flush
- Angela (10/5): Good - nice and central for everything clean and tidy nice king size bed iv stayed a few times and never had any bother
- JOANNE (8/5): - Great price,, the bed was comfortable and the location was good close to the town centre. Just a little dust thats all nothing that can't be sorted.
- Ross (9/5): - Very close to shops and bars, felt like our belongings were very safe cos of the codes on the door for the entrance and the rooms
- Gerrard (10/5): Perfect location, clean rooms, everything you need for a short stay - Easy process from booking to arriving/leaving
- Paul (8/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Everything we needed, easy, comfortable & convenient! Would stay again! Thank you! - You could check in later with no extra charges. WiFi and you get codes to check in straight to your phone, all keyless entry! Netflix and internet tv, nice room, clean and everything working. Thank you! Nothing, we had everything we needed. Free parking would have been a bonus, we parked on the street as didn’t know how to pay at the property.
- callum (10/5): excellent! - it was very close to the centre town, was a nice peaceful stay, no loud noise.
Was small and cosy, lovely place for a quick getaway stay! nothing bad to say.

- Mouchantaf (10/5): Blackpool best hotel - The location very nice & the prices are acceptables. The muld around the windows & the carpet nice coloe but very old!
- Michael (10/5): Comfort for cheap and brilliant location - Superb location, really comfortable beds and super friendly staff that check on you in the morning, to see if you need anything for the room replacing such as toiletries etc. Only thing I would recommend is some WD40 on the door hinges as they're squeaky haha :)
- Tomas (10/5): - very cousy room,pretty quiet
- Ryan (10/5): Great value for money. Good location, would definitely recommend. -
- Abramovich (1/5): -
- Philippa Regan (9/5): - Near the front, easy access to the hotel ,quiet and clean Needs a bit of a spice up and more than one toilet roll in the bathroom
