• Myriam (9/5): sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand und nah am Flughafen - Frederica ist super - in der Kommunikation und sie hat uns Taxi und Abholung organisiert, wir durften früher rein. Wirklich ganz hervorragend. Direkt gegenüber Strände und jede Menge kleine Restaurants und Bars. Echt spitze die Lage. Nah am Flughafen, fußläufig zum Zentrum. Sogar Klimaanlage war da. Für eine längeren Aufenthalt hätte mir ein Schrank gefehlt und was zum aufhängen. Sonst super.
• Noël Hoedemaekers (10/5): Geweldig appartement! Fantastisch. - Alles was schoon en goed. Het is een heel mooi en gezellig appartement met een schitterend uitzicht. De buurt is ook heel aangenaam. Daarnaast waren Federica en Alexandro geweldige hosts. Als ik een klein minpuntje moet benoemen, is dat het licht automatisch aangaat op een van de toiletten. Overdag is dat erg fijn, 's nachts is dat minder fijn omdat je dan meteen wakker bent. Maar ik zou dit appartement meteen weer boeken om al de positieve dingen. Het is echt geweldig. Top!

Klimatizace, dvě sprchy, 3ložnice, netflix, youtube, vybavení kuchyně, terase a posezení, slunečník na pláž zdarma Malá lednička bez mrazáku. Ulice je díky barům hlučnější, ale nic co by nezpravila zavřena okna.

• Stella (10/5): Our charming Casa Mira stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back! - Amazing location in heart of Fiumicino beach. The town has a laid back family friendly beach vibe with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. Communication with Federica was great. Upon arrival she welcomed us into her charming apt with a large bottled water, gave a quick tour of the place, recommended some restaurants, and even helped book a shuttle to the airport for the next morning. The coffee machine with little breakfast snacks were a plus and the sunset view from the balcony made for a perfect end to our trip. We wished we could’ve stayed longer at this Fiumicino Beach gem.

• Alicia (6/5): Disappointing and not what was advertised - No dishwasher. Fly screens in poor condition and as a result there were mosquitoes everywhere. One of the remotes didn’t work and a very uncomfortable lounge. There was no cutlery drawer and every cupboard door scraped on the floor. The smaller bathroom was not usable as the water from the shower sprayed all over the toilet. Virtually no proper bath towels. It was OK for an overnight stay and close to the airport.

Federica was such a big help from finding transportation, restaurants close by, and all the way down to allowing us to borrow her charger due to not having the correct plug-in for the outlet. I wouldn't rent from anyone else if we returned.

• Bart (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay in Casa Mira! The appartement is amazing, a lot of space, very clean and the terrace with sea view is lovely! It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars. Also a big must: the supermarket is only 10 minutes away. Federica arranged the taxi to Rome (only a 30 minute drive) and from and to the airport for a very very good price (thank you Roberto😉)! We could ask her anything. She even gave us a bottle of wine, an umbrella for the rain, snacks when we arrived,... ! We had a lovely holiday, thank you Federica !
