• Sharyn (5/5): Great location but needs to be deep cleaned and a new mattress. - The location and view from the balcony was fantastic. It is advertised as air conditioned. The living room only had air conditioning, the bedrooms didn't. A lot of maintenance needs to be done on this apartment, the main bedroom mattress is literally falling apart on the carpet underneath it. It needs a new mattress, very uncomfortable. The sliding door to the ensuite doesn't shut, so the shower water gets onto the carpet in the wardrobe and it is smelly. The kitchen tap is falling off. Also the place needs a good clean, inches of dust on the fans, door frames etc. And it didn't matter how clean the kitchen bench was there were ants on the bench all the time.
• Emma (2/5): Check in experience awful! - Location The check in experience was a nightmare. Did not make it easy at all. We were kept awake both nights because the apartment on top of us was unbelievably noisy to the point we had to knock on their door. Kept our kids up all night. We left belongings accidently and weren't contacted.
• Daniel (9/5): Fantastic stay - I would stay again!! - Location and ocean views. On site parking very handy Hot water ran out very quickly (after only one person showered). Not enough to fill the bath tub. Carpets were quite stained in the living area

• Natasha (6/5): Beautiful place .. best views .. walking distance to everything you would need on a short holiday - Loved the view and the apparent building. Would go back but book through Solnamara themselves. Didn’t like the service from the host Burleigh Letting. Unfortunately there was very little communication between them and us as to anything. No info in the room to assist with garbage disposal, where to leave keys on departure.. aircon didn’t work and although they did send a technician there was no communication after that and nothing resolved..
• A-m (9/5): So good that you won’t want to go home. - The view was amazing. I could watch the waves roll in all day, so relaxing. It’s an older building but tastefully renovated. You’re expected to take out the rubbish and mop and vacuum the floors before you leave which we did because we didn’t want to risk losing our bond. I think that cleaning the floors before you leave is one step too far, particularly for those that have an early plane to catch.
