• Fanny (7/5): Chambre simple, emplacement parfait ! - - emplacement parfait entre les plages de Passikudah et Kalkudah - environnement très agréable avec bcp de végétation - le monsieur qui nous accueilli était adorable - salle de bain pas très propre - nous avions réservé une chambre familiale pour 4 et nous n’avons eu que 3 lits!

• Loginee (4/5): Good Location, But Poor Property Condition - The location is good, but the property needs major renovation. The toilet has a bad smell, and the fan is very old, so it doesn’t provide proper ventilation. At the very least, they should provide air conditioning without charging extra. The location is good, but the property is not suitable for children or for anyone who prefers a clean environment. The room is large, but the mattress is uncomfortable and the bedsheet feels slightly sticky. The toilet has an unpleasant smell, making it hard to use. The fan is very old and provides little ventilation. It would be much better if they offered WiFi and air conditioning without extra charges. The pictures shown on the website are completely different from what you find when you arrive.
• Lidia (3/5): - El jardín, la terraza y la ubicación. La cama son 3cm de goma espuma, muy dura. El baño olía mal y no estaba limpio, muchas hormigas también. No hay sábanas o papel de baño. El señor al llegar dijo que no tenía habitación cuando la petición estaba aceptada en Booking y fue todo muy confuso, finalmente nos quedamos por el mismo precio de Booking, las mujeres de la habitación de al lado se fueron porque el sitio no estaba limpio y les pedía más dinero por el aire.

Propreté en général ( drap taché par exemple)
• Patrick (1/5): - Absolute Horror Unterkunft wir hatten Angst in dieser Unterkunft, der Gastgeber war von Anfang an unfreundlich, die Unterkunft war komplett verdreckt, alles war voll mit Ameisen, ein paar wären ja ok gewesen aber Badezimmer und Flur waren voll damit, Badetuch und Bettzeug war definitiv nicht gereinigt, es gab kein Toilettenpapier. wir waren bis ca 22:00 unterwegs, als wir bei der Unterkunft angekommen sind war das Tor versperrt und wir mussten über das Tor klettern um zu unserem Zimmer zu kommen. 22:20 ca ist auf einmal der Gastgeber vor unserer Tür gestanden und hat verlangt das wir die Tür öffen welche wir von innen zum Glück versperrt hatten. als er das gemerkt hat hat er versucht sich Eintritt mit einem 2 Schlüssel zu verschaffen und hat verlangt das wir vor unsere hütte treten um "zu reden". nachdem wir in weitere 5 Minuten gesagt haben das er uns in Ruhe lassen soll hat er gemeint unser tuktuk müsse drinnen geparkt werden und draußen sei es unsicher. Darüber haben wir auch mit geschlossener Tür mit ihm diskutieren müssen. nachdem wir ihm sicher 10 min. lauter gesagt haben das er uns in Ruhe lassen soll ist er dann gegangen. die Nacht haben wir kein Auge zu bekommen und sind um 6:30 in der früh abgereist.

• Lior (8/5): Very good - Nice place to stay if you are in Pasikuda. The house keeper takes care of everything and is very kind.
• Lucy (3/5): Perfectly satisfactory until we were rudely shouted at. - It was nice to have 2 double beds for 3 people. And the mosquito nets were helpful The worker locked us out of the site and on return after climbing our way in. Proceeded to shout aggressively at 5 young girls. He wanted us the let him know our every movements in and out of the site. Making us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
• Haris (6/5): The Manager was a very nice personality and was very committed to see our comfort was looked into - I did not have my breakfast at the location It was sufficient for the rate we paid and the purpose in which we travelled.
• Chloe (6/5): If you go, be prepared to pay extra - Good location As soon as we got to the property, we were told to pay extra than what we agreed to on Booking.com. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. Also our room had no ac and we were boiling all night.
• Norbertas (3/5): Place is good, but complicated communication - Clean and calm place. When I came to place host told that booking was cancelled (but I didn’t received any cancellation). Finally host agreed to rent a room, but charged more for the same room than was written on the page. No internet connection. Host don’t trust customer and supervises too much. Not possible to go out of the area after 10PM.

• Yam (6/5): Pleasant - The room was big , location in walking distance to the beach. The area of the town was super weird and didn't feel welcoming..
• Rahel_ (1/5): Bad - We had to pay more than the price we booked on with booking and they overcharged us. The staff member was kind and helpful at times & location is decent. The room was really hot and the fans were not good. You have to pay extra for tea and coffee and made felt bad when you ask it's not included.
• Lisa (8/5): Very nice if you dont like beachressorts and local accomodations - Good place if you dont want to stay in the beachressorts. Easy walk to passikudah beach. You can just pay a bit for sunbeds at five stars hotels. Room has no AC and it gets very hot. Bathroom is basic. Beautiful garden and nice owners No AC and bathroom could be more clean.
• Sujana (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting passikudah, Kalkudah
