• Timo (8/5): Rundum sehr gute Unterkunft für 1-3 Nächte auf der Durchreise. - Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr große, geräumige Einliegerwohnung mit tollem, großen Badezimmer, ausgestattet mit allen nötigen Pflegeprodukten. Allgemein sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zudem waren Snacks und Getränke vorhanden. Gemütliches großes Bett. Zunächst war der Kühlschrank sehr laut, dann jedoch über Nacht leiser. Leider ist es uns nicht gelungen, die Klimaanlage auszustellen, sodass es in der Nacht zu kalt war. Außerdem wacht ein lauter Hund auf dem Grundstück, unmittelbar hinter einem Drahtzaun, der es ängstlichen Gästen nicht leicht macht, die Wohnung zu betreten und zu verlassen.

• turra (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - L’appartement est grand, bien équipé et très propre Les attentions comme les boissons et petites choses à grignoter sont très sympa quand on arrive ! La propriétaire très sympathique et la tranquillité et beauté du quartier est agréable. L’emplacement pour aller sur les Keys est parfait Le chien même derrière son grillage est un peu effrayant (il fait son travail de gardien) mais du coup si on a peur des chiens on ne traîne pas dehors devant la porte.

• Rachael (6/5): Beautiful place but no sleep - The place itself is lovely. Very clean, spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed & good amenities. It was hard to know how to rate this place. It seemed really great until we tried to go to sleep. There are motion activated lights around the outside of the apartment that go on and off every few minutes all night long. The door to the studio apartment and above window (right next to the bed) has frosted glass but no curtain. So everytime the light comes on the room becomes Very bright. The linens & pillows were heavily scented. Which I know somepeople like but I had very bad allergies to how strong it was. Also the dogs on the property started barking early, like 6:30 (I think when the owners left for work) and barked Continuously until we checked out at 10:00. This was our last night of our trip before a long flight back and it was disappointing to be so exhausted. If these things were remedied then it would be a great place to stay.
• Filipe (10/5): Excellent property. Congrats for the owners. - The property was so organized and clean. The rooms are spacious. Location: Once my plans were to visit Miami Beach, the traffic could be awful from the property to Ocean Drive, so you need to plan ahead.

• Li (10/5): Nice quiet neighborhood. The dogs barking didn’t bother us, they were just talking to other neighbors dogs. - Great value for the price, nice and clean, close to the places we wanted to go. Love it!

• Saulo (10/5): Everything is great. Super recommend - Everything is well thought and got everything we need. The bed is a very comfortable king size, with many pillow options - that's priceless for me, as I need particular type of pillow to sleep well. The neighborhood seems to be calm and safe, and close to Miami zoo and reasonable distance to the everglades. The place is cozy and we can feel good. There's a big TV, it's nice to watch something before falling asleep. Everything was very good, but I'll stop here so the text doesn't get too long. We'll return for sure whenever we visit Miami. The location is far from the beach, if that matters to you, but for us it was still a great trade-off for the price. The way to the room has a fence with an intimidating dog, but he stopped barking at us at some point and he can't escape anyway, so it's ok.

• Tricia (7/5): Comfortable & cozy to stay. Will be back in the future. - The apartment was very clean and homey. Everything that we needed like cleaning supplies and household supplies was there. Nice quality place to stay then at a hotel. The a/c didn’t really work properly. And the volume of the tv didn’t work properly to be able to hear anything.

• Robin (8/5): Excellent property for your travel. - The owners are kind, and accommodating. The property is in a nice and quiet area located at the end of the street. The rental unit is located on the side of owner’s property. It is cute and cozy. It is equipped with a queen size bed, nightstand, lamp, small table set, corner chair, bench, remote controlled ceiling fan/light, WiFi, large flatscreen tv, microwave, full size refrigerator, and a large bathroom with a separate shower, tub, vanity sinks, and toilet in it’s own little room. There were snacks, drinks, towels, and toiletries provided at no extra cost. There is a closet with hangers, extra bedding, fan, and even a cot. It was a great place for our first trip to the area. The guard dog (German shepherd) is scary and he almost jumped the fence on the first night entering the rental unit. But he is doing his job. The other dog was a bit more calm. It was a bit warm at night despite the availability of A/C. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

• Stefanie (10/5): Home away from Home - It was a great Apartment with a separate entrance. Everything you needed and very comfortable. When you go to your entrance you go along a fence with some barking dogs. Since the fence separates you and the dogs you are 100 % safe. However people with a phobia of dogs might find that uncomfortable. In that case just speak with the owners. I‘m sure they could bring the dogs inside.

• Douglas (10/5): Very nice facility - The rooms (bath and bed) are very large as is the shower. Easy in and out of the property. Nice touch of snacks, water and soda available in the room. There is wifi available but I didn't see the password until I was leaving. The furnishings and the house are very upscale. The dogs are very protective whuch is good, but were a but intimidating

Owners were great - The owners were nice and It was so easy to communicate with them, they reply back right away to any questions asked related to the property. We appreciate the little things provided like the cold water, cold Softdrinks and snacks really made the difference. We arrived tired and at least didn't have to go out again for the basic things. Wifi was available and good signal. Will definitely stay with them again when we are in the area.

• Peter (9/5): Cozy FL apartment attached to very kind host's home - The side apartment attached to this residential home was very charming and comfortable. It was an incredible stay for one person and the hosts were very kind. Snacks were in the kitchen and fridge. It was a thoughtfully decorated apartment as long as you're comfortable being attached to the corresponding residence and the location works for you, great stay overall. The location is still 35 min from downtown Miami so if your focus is to be in the center of the city this will feel a little out of the way. During my stay I went to the zoo and botanical gardens because south beach was a 45 min drive.

• Leandro (10/5): Very good house to stay in Miami. - The room is very nice. The room and the bathroom are very large. There was a king's bed, which was good to sleep with our cat. The bathroom is also very large, there is a toilet room inside it, there is a bathtub, 2 sinks, and a shower area. There were some sodas in the fridge, and some snacks in the small kitchen area. The location was very good for those who want to visit the Keys, the Miami beach, and downtown. There is no kitchen sink, so we couldn't wash our plates and glasses. It would be a problem if we stayed more than 1 day there. It would be nice to have an air conditioner for the room because it uses the same air conditioner as the main house so we couldn't control the temperature. There is a fan in the ceiling.
