• Marios (9/5): - Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή! Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική, στην καρδιά της Παλιάς Πόλης του Ρεθύμνου, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, καφέ και αξιοθέατα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη, με ευγενικούς και πρόθυμους οικοδεσπότες που ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμοι να βοηθήσουν. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και επαγγελματική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος της διαμονής. Ένα ακόμη μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα είναι ότι το κατάλυμα δέχεται κατοικίδια, κάτι που εκτιμούν ιδιαίτερα όσοι ταξιδεύουν με τους τετράποδους φίλους τους. Η διαμονή μας ήταν συνολικά πολύ ευχάριστη, ωστόσο υπάρχουν μερικά μικρά σημεία που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν. Λόγω της τοποθεσίας στην Παλιά Πόλη, η κάλυψη του σήματος κινητής τηλεφωνίας και η σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο δεν ήταν πάντα σταθερές, κάτι που ίσως δυσκολέψει όσους χρειάζονται αξιόπιστη σύνδεση για εργασία ή συχνή χρήση του διαδικτύου.

• PANAGIOTIS (7/5): - Συμπαθητικούτσικο. Η είσοδος ήταν χωρίς συνάντηση με προσωπικό. Ήταν σαφές ότι οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν δείξει πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τη διαμόρφωση των καταλυμάτων. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλαίσθητο και καθαρό. Ήταν στο ισόγειο και δίπλα στην συνολική είσοδο στο κτίριο, οπότε υπήρχε θόρυβος από τον δρόμο αλλά και φασαρία που έκαναν οι νεοεισερχόμενοι. Ως εδώ, κατανοητό και ψιλοαποδεκτό. Είναι μέσα στο ρίσκο της τιμής. Το δύσκολο κομμάτι, όμως, ήταν ότι το μπάνιο (και πολύ λιγότερο και το κυρίως δωμάτιο) ήταν, δυστυχώς, γεμάτο με μυγάκια υπονόμου (αυτά τα μαύρα, αργά, νωθρά, και αηδιαστικά). Όταν το επεσήμανα στους ιδιοκτήτες έσπευσαν να βρουν λύση, αν και δεν πρόλαβαν να την υλοποιήσουν όσο ήμουν εκεί (για ένα βράδυ).
• Gemma (6/5): Love rethymno the town is beautiful the place has a great location - The location was great was close to everything beach, shops, restaurants ect The beds were pretty comfy and the aircon was cold when it decided to go cold The room had a really bad smell kinda like a mouldy smell. Even after turning on the hot water and waiting it still never got hot just was like lukewarm. The wifi didn’t work like the whole stay but we did ask them to see if them can fix it and they were right onto it so that was good. The aircon didn’t turn on when u used the remote then turned on during the night got really cold and wouldn’t turn off then set itself to 24 and wouldn’t turn off. Had trouble getting the access codes to get into the hotel as they sent it to my WhatsApp which I don’t have access to. All other places we have stayed at just send it by email so I could have it ready for the arrival day. But eventually got in :)

• Anna (8/5): Θα το πρότεινα!! - Ηταν σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια μεσα στη παλια πολη. Εχει σε αποσταση το πολυ 5 λεπτων φαγητο, καφε και διαφορα μαγαζια οποτε δεν χρειαζεται αμαξι. Το δωματιο ηταν ανετο και ησυχο και ειχε κλιματισμό. Οι ανθρωποι που μιλησαμε ηταν πολυ ευγενικοι και συνεργασιμοι! Το μονο που του ελειπε ειναι μια κουρτινα στο μπανιο για να μην βγαινουν τα νερα εξω.

• THEONI (5/5): - Το internet ήταν πάρα πολύ κακό. Ταξίδεψα για δουλειά και τελικά πέρασα τον περισσότερο χρόνο εκτός δωματίου σε καφέ για να έχω σύνδεση. Δεν έχει καθόλου φυσικό φως, και καθόλου χώρο να φας ή να κάτσεις να. Η κουζίνα δεν είναι για μαγείρεμα. Γενικά είναι ένα καλό δωμάτιο για να πάει κάποιος διακοπές και να είναι όλη μέρα έξω. Σίγουρα όχι για να περάσει την μέρα του.

• Marcin (4/5): - Closeness to the old town. 1)Rooms are really small. Not a lot of place to organize your stuff (no cabinets, drawers). Pictures on Booking.com do not reflect this. 2)Often this place was out of hot water (system consist of solar based heater with electric back up owners claim - never the less at multiple time there was no hot water) 3)Supplies delivery (toilet paper etc) on demand, you need to let them know couple days ahead that you are running low. 4)One of our friends ended up with room that had sewage smell...management came up with BS story that its how the property is linked to city sewage system and when it rains it smells...it has not rain Rethymno for weeks ! You get what you paid for. Price is really reasonable for the location just don't expect 5* accommodation.

• Renee Pierre (1/5): - Avoid this property, totally misleading and disappointing If you’re looking for a deluxe studio, keep walking. We stayed here last summer and it was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the noise. Be ready to hear everything from your 15 neighbors. The walls and doors are as thin as paper. No privacy, no intimacy, and don’t expect a good night’s sleep. We were woken up multiple times every night. The room is much smaller than shown in the pictures, and there’s nowhere to store your clothes. It’s advertised as a “deluxe studio” but that’s just not true. It’s one small room in a building with about 10 others. It felt more like a cheap disguised hostel than a private studio. Forget about hot showers at night. After 8pm there’s no hot water left, so we had to take cold showers before bed. The equipment and amenities were a joke. Pillows were as thin as paper, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. If you need more, you have to ask, and they’ll give you just one at a time. When we brought up these issues with the owner, she dismissed our concerns and said we were exaggerating. No solutions were offered. Honestly, avoid this place. There are so many better options in Rethymno. Don’t waste your money here.
• STAVROULA (8/5): - Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή περιοχή του Ρεθύμνου. Αν και μικρό σαν χώρος ήταν εξοπλισμένο με αρκετά πράγματα ώστε να μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις εάν ήθελες. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενέστατο.

• kraptis (8/5): A nice room for a short stay - The location in the old town of Rethymno was convenient and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, even small it was nice. The decor was modern and the atmosphere cozy. The bedroom was too small and was not easy to find a spot to seat, apart from the bed. It was difficult to move around the bed.

Dosta je mračno, jedini prozor nam je gledao na unutrašnje zajedničko dvorište koje je takoðe u senci i zamračeno i prilično je zagušljivo i nema dovoljno prostora za sušenje veša (štrik) Ispod prozora nam je svakodnevno bila starija žena koja glasno razgovara telefonom.

• Marino (7/5): - Posizione meravigliosa a un passo dal centro, camera ben organizzata, pulita e molto carina, ristrutturata da pochissimo con gusto e alimentata a pannelli solari. MA la stanza è però davvero molto piccola - modello studio parigino con lo spazio ottimizzato al 100% - in poco più di 2x4mt ci sono letto, cucinotto e bagno. Pulitissima, funzionale e gradevole ma in due (e avremmo dovuto avere cn noi anche il cane, che per fortuna invece non c'era) bisognava muoversi a turno. La consiglio se si viaggia con poco bagaglio e si suppone di non passarvi più di una notte o due, cucinare ai piedi del letto sarebbe, credo, impossibile. Lo staff via whatsapp è comunque disponibile e veloce e chiaro nelle risposte. La dimensione è francamente troppo risicata, almeno nella stanza al piano di sopra (sotto c'erano altre stanze e, in un piccolo cortile esterno, dei tavolini, ma, per esempio, non era chiaro se potessimo accedervi o se fossero ad uso esclusivo delle stanze di sotto). Se ci fosse stato con noi il cane, come avevamo previsto, non avrebbe potuto stare che sul letto e anche posizionare la ciotola con l'acqua sarebbe stato un problema. Peccato davvero perché la logica sostenibile, l'accessibilità ai pet, la pulizia e la posizione meritano davvero.

• Kimberley (10/5): Fantastic value in the middle of old town - They did a great job with the renovation! Cute, modern, shower was architecturally stunning and they might not even know it :) It's a gem inside an alley that needs some TLC but it's super safe, just needs paint

• AIKATERINI (9/5): Satisfied, Relaxed, Comfortable. - It was really close to the market, to the restaurants and the cafes. Also close to the sights and the local bus station. Beautiful decorated, with small details that make the different, clean and tide, with air condition. Perfect for one person trip, especially for short visit. I would like to have a second hander in the bathroom. The wifi wasn't good. The door and the windows are old wooden and at night you hear the noises from outside.
