• Angela (9/5): Top appartement voor een citytrip - Leuke plek, op loopafstand van het centrum en dichtbij een treinstation. Fijn appartement met prima bedden, twee badkamers en voldoende ruimte om een paar dagen te verblijven voor een citytrip. De parkeerplaats is een dikke plus. Super handig: er lag in de keuken van alles aan zout, peper, kruiden, koffie, etc. Geen last gehad van de naastgelegen pub, hooguit wat gezellig geroezemoes op de achtergrond. Vlak achter het appartement zijn ze aan het bouwen. In het weekend sowieso geen last van gehad en tijdens werkdagen viel ook die ‘overlast’ heel erg mee. Fijn contact met de verhuurder en de borg werd ook netjes en snel vrijgegeven. Kortom: aanrader! Wij zouden weer boeken. Paar kleine details die misschien opgeknapt kunnen worden zoals een losse la, een likje verf of de lamellen die aan vervanging toezijn. Maar absoluut geen nadeel. Prijs-kwaliteit zijn in verhouding.

• Belinda (9/5): Perfect location for a relaxing city break. - It had everything we needed for a lovely city break. The furnishings were modern and everything was comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very efficient, even though we booked very last minute. The parking was a big bonus as the apartment was within walking distance of the city centre.

There are lots of shops and restaurants around the corner to get whatever you need. I will definitely book again when next am coming to manchester. Nothing

• Linda (10/5): Great place, with parking for 2 vehicles. - The apartment was clean. Extras were included, i.e., spices for cooking and cooking oil. The parking allowed for 2 vehicles, one of which was a van. The beds were comfy. The salford Museum 15 minutes walk away is a great place to visit. There was some noise from other apartments that woke my partner early, but I used ear plugs, so I didn't hear anything.

• Joyson (10/5): Warm, comfortable and fulfilling - The property was one of the best I have stayed, it’s give a warm cozy feel with the rooms and you have everything you need, from toiletries to bath towels to pots and pans, everything you want. We could tell there was a lot of effort went in to making the block of concrete walls into a home. My only concern will to fix the wifi router wires in the corridor as they could be potentially a trip hazard. But this is an easy fix.

• Mario Antonio (9/5): Perfecto para 5 personas, con parking gratis - Buen espacio en las habitaciones, bien ubicado lejos del caos del centro, transporte público cerca y garaje gratis incluido. Tuvumos comida y snacks a nuestra disposición tan pronto llegamos. Además, el anfitrión es muy amable y responde rápido a los mensajes. Las instrucciones para encontrar el lockbox fueron un poco confusas. Hay muchas puertas en el edificio y es fácil perderse el primer día, pero eso no afectó nuestra estadía.
• Stefano (7/5): appartamento spazioso con 2 bagni ottimo per viaggi di gruppo - posizione comoda al centro città. Anche se non usufruito il parcheggio è sicuramente un punto a favore. La presenza dei 2 bagni l'aspetto migliore cattivo odore nelle scale di ingresso per entrare nell'appartamento. La nostra stanza presentava la buca delle lettere sulla porta rotta senza il pannello interno, da fuori chiunque poteva volendo, alzare il pannello esterno e vedere l'interno dell'appartamento. Aspetto che ha generato un pò di disagio.

• Ernest (9/5): Nice stay - The apartment is in Salford. It is easy to walk to the city centre, about 20 minutes. The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable for a short trip. The Uber cannot park the car in the building but had to stop nearby
• lm (9/5): Large appartment with everything you need - The place is big. It has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fully equiped kitchen and a hallway with washinh machine. So everything you need. Restaurants and supermarkets are close. Train is around the corner and busses stop a few hundred meters from this place. There is a bar right next to the building, which you can hear clearly in the weekends. I had earplugs with me, so no issue, but good to know. Can be a plus too if you join them:)
• Diane (8/5): We had a lovely time. The apartment is comfortable and in a good location. - Good location, 15/20 min walk into the town centre. Also the 36 bus took you to piccadilly gardens. Tesco 5 minutes up the road. Comfy inside and 2 bathrooms so it was basically ensuite. We didn't hear any noise really from the neighbours except people in the corridor coming and going so that was very good. Also, with buses, you can get the 50 to media city and the Lowry. Just to mention, the flat overlooks the Kings Arms and so it can be a little noisy from the beer garden. However, we did notice it went quiet after 11pm so the customers must be asked to go inside at a certain time. It was not a problem for us as we were always still up but just for other people. The Kings Arms is a nice pub to have a drink in as well. We did try to use the washer dryer but failed to get the dryer to work. Although we googled it, it was confusing. Maybe some basic instructions would be handy. However, it wasn't that much of an issue for us.

• Shanaia (5/5): Good location and space but needs a lot of work to meet the standards of a great apartment - The apartmenet is very nice in general. lovely bedrooms and a nice spacious kitchen. The host was very communicative aswell and tried her best to accomodate us. Seeing the pictures on the site is why I booked the place. Had high expectations but was not content with the cleanliness of the place. The sofa was dirty when we arrived, so was the stove (full of salt on top). One of the bathroom's door does not even lock and the other one's shower is not working good. The lack of towels upon arrival was a bit off when considering you have a place for 5-6 people to sleep. Having a large double bed, 2 single bed and a sofa bed, and only 2 towels. The host did send 2 more towels eventually but would have been nice to have everything equipped upon arrival. It is a nice place but I think there needs to be a bit more attention given to how things are managed, cleaned and set up.
