The hotel room itself was super nice, one of the best showers I’ve ever had, bed was extremely comfy, good air con and a mosquito net on the bed if necessary. Right on the beach, can hear the waves crashing. Staff was amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer! AC was kicking! Was not aware that you cannot access the hotel by car. The path to the room is maybe a 10 min walk, but with luggage it could be difficult. We broke a wheel, but luckily it was our last stop before heading home.

• Susanne (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und hat eine wundervolle Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll. Am besten hat mir das Bett auf der Terrasse gefallen. Das Frühstück konnten wir am Tag vorher bestellen. Es wurde uns zur gewünschten Uhrzeit auf die Terrasse gestellt. Wie toll! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir konnten etwas früher einchecken und am Abreisetag unser Gepäck sicher aufbewahren und den Tag noch am Strand verbringen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Alles super!

• Patrice (10/5): L'endroit parfait à An Bang: au calme, sur la plage et pourtant proche de toutes les commodités - La situation de Ocean House Han Bang est parfaite à un pas de la plage, on peut se baigner et revenir au calme dans le jardin qui offre une belle vue sur la mer. Notre hébergement, Ocean Dream correspondait parfaitement à notre famille: parents + 1 jeune. Deux chambres séparées et deux salles de bain: chacun chez soi. Nous prenions nos repas sur la plage ou dans la rue principale du village, à deux pas de notre hébergement (testez Moms restaurant, un régal) Les chambres étaient spacieuses, confortables. L'équipe est présente sans être envahissante pour autant. Je crois que nous avons choisi le meilleur spot pour 3/4 jours à An Bang, loin de la foule de Hoi Han à 5 minutes en taxi (Grab) Les escaliers menant à l'étage sont abrupts et mériteraient que l'on puisse les éclairer depuis le bas pour éviter la chute, qui est bien sûr survenue à notre fils pressé de se coucher 😜
• Pamela (4/5): Would never go back. Didn't like the vibe all the way around. - It was a nice location. On the beach. You can hear the surf from your room. There was only one room available and it was for a large family. I was only one person and clearly could have closed off the one room and charged me less but they charged me for the whole 2 rooms and I thought that a bit unfair as there was only one of me. It turned out to be the most expensive place I stayed in Hoi An and far less amenities than any of the other places I stayed. Way overpriced in my humble opinion. Didn't even have a pool for that price. When I was leaving, the lady came into my room, a bit aggressive, I might add and headed right to the mini bar fridge and accounted for my 2 beers and one soda as if her life depended on collecting the extra charge from me. It really put me off. Instead of just asking politely, It became a Mexican standoff. I Just didn't like the place. Didn't like the vibe. All they seem interested in is money. Not customer satisfaction by any means. I felt more like an imposition than a guest. No towels for the beach. They came around the day before and wanted to know when I was checking out. I'd only been there one day. I said I had till noon and expected to stay until then but then I left early cause I felt like they just wanted to be rid of me. I stayed in 5 places in Hoi An and this was the worst experience of any of the places I had. I felt they were cold and robotical and I wouldn't go back if you paid me. However, the mosquito netting over the bed was nice.

• Karen (9/5): We highly recommend the Ocean House Villas and would stay here again. - We had the Garden View Villa for 3 nights. It was very clean, comfortable and a really nice space with good quiet air conditioning. The outdoor sitting area is a great place to hang out and lounge and had a table for sitting at to eat. Luan and her team are very responsive and accommodating for everything. We appreciated the use of bikes which were brought right to us. Definitely would recommend any of their units for a beach visit and to feel very taken care of! You can order food from an extensive menu from Kim right nearby which is nice if you don’t want to go out. She makes it in her own kitchen and will bring it to you. The villas are steps from the beach and the ladies that have their beach chairs for use are fun & really sweet. Just order something from their extensive menu and they bring it to you. It was a very close walk to the main street town with lots of restaurants and shops. The only thing that marred our stay was the building of a house going on right across the lane. It was very noisy all day and was not good for relaxing in the space outside our room. We understood it was not something they had control over and they did what they could to make up for it. We just spent the time at the beach which is steps away.

Il y a une maison de rénovation et impossible de profiter de l'extérieur tranquillement. De plus les travaux commencent à 8h le matin et même a l’intérieur on entend le bruit 🫤
• Jen (10/5): - We booked Ocean House at the last minute as the Cham Island boats weren't running and we were absolutely delighted to have discovered such a wonderful spot! The villa is gorgeous, a calm oasis with everything you could need provided and it felt modern and luxurious. Luan is a very fiendly host along with the housekeeper. The the photos dont do the villa justice! Right next to the beach with lots of gorgeous cafés and restaurants nearby and a lovely daybed right outside the room to relax. An Bang village also has everything you could need and has been a highlight!

The woman that takes care of the booking (Luan) was very helpful and friendly! We had the feeling that the housekeeping woman was checking us all the time if we were keeping the place clean (taking our shoes off before the porch etc). Perhaps because we only stayed one night and she was hesitent to help. The bathroom upstairs had a very bad sewege smell so we had to keep the windows open.

Great place for chilling out. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but no noise at the bungalow. Hoi An centre is a taxi ride away (about £1.50) with all the boats and markets Would have been nice to do a bit of cooking in the bungalow. The staff let us use their own kitchen and were very accommodating

• Sarah Marie (10/5): We would go back in a heartbeat. - Our stay at Ocean House An Bang was exactly what we were looking for in our getaway. We were close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing on the shore day and night. The breakfast offered by the hosts was delicious. The hosts were friendly and kind and understanding of what we might need as a family with a two-year-old. They even had toys for us to bring to the beach.

Only a very short walk to plenty of nice places to eat yet far enough away to be quiet. The beach outside was lovely with reasonably priced sun beds. Vendors brought nice fresh food out for reasonable price and not pushy. The room was basic but comfortable, large and all we needed. The semi outdoor shower and toilet was perfect for the setting. My wife and I didn’t want to leave

Little thing that Car can't drop you near to property since the road is small, if you have big luggage that will be difficult. however We found out the shot cut, we can have next road near to Kai cafe, car can drop us there and 2mins drag the luggage via shot cut through MR. Hoa restaurant. The rest all are great. Nothing to complaint about the property

The hotel is literally steps from the beach and an easy grab ride into Hoi An. The room was spacious and lovely, and the grounds had green space and a nice gazebo where you have a shady spot to lounge and enjoy the ocean view :)

• Stephen (10/5): Loved this comfortable and peaceful beach getaway! - The location is perfect. Walking distance to all the best beach bars and restaurants. It’s also tucked away in a very quiet peaceful area with direct beach access. The rooms are spacious and simple and I loved the outdoor bathroom style. The staff are so kind as well. Thu, the manager, and her housekeeping crew are so helpful but also pretty hands off. They don’t crowd you but Thu is just a quick WhatsApp call away you need anything. They even offered me free breakfast for my first two days. Check in process was easy with no hassle and Thu had a motorbike ready for me within 10 minutes of arriving. Overall loved this place. Nothing. All was great.

Laundry also done. Location is perfect. We love staying at A Bang rather than the craziness of da nang or Hoi An. Grab to Hoi a was less than $3 every time we wanted to go. The beach is lovely and you get a cool breeze which we never found in Hoi An Nothing

The staff were friendly, it is very close to the busy steers of An Bang The property came as a big shock when we arrived. It wasn’t on the beach as expected, it felt incredibly basic and tired. The outside seating area looked very old / dirty. An Bang is very busy with a huge amount of people and not what we expected at all. We ended up using this hotel as a beach hut and stayed somewhere more suitable for us.

This is a beach shack style holiday away from the chaos of the surrounding area. You cannot beat this place for what it is and what should be expected. Nothing!

Friendly staff and within easy reach of Hoi An. - The location of Ocean House An Bang is stunning with the beach literally at the end of the garden. Beautiful garden and apartment, really clean, comfortable and friendly staff. We had accidentally booked the whole villa which was stunning and we loved the outdoor bathroom. Although a little way from the centre of Hoi An itself, it was only a short taxi ride away, or you could arrange to hire a scooter or use the bikes. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep too.

• Rebecca (10/5): We cant wait to return! - Rustic, beautiful location. We stayed 3 nights and honestly, could have stayed longer. Just lovely and we will return. The dangerous stairs to the second level. You need to be agile. No car access so be prepared to walk up the laneway 100m with your luggage!!
• Carmel (10/5): Rustic and peaceful - Right on beach, 2 minutes to main street with its myriad of eateries yet quiet and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfy bed. Aircon and fan worked well and weren't too noisy.. just 3 bungalows here. We had the back one with just a wall view. More private than other two. The bathroom too dark. Cups too small. No teaspoons. Daybed could do with a side table. Pillows too fat.
• Pamela (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to beach and cafes. Fabulous staff who kept our bungalow immaculate "Ocean Breeze" Loved the outdoor shower/toilet. I was kind of expecting to have the upstairs daybed but this is a family unit "Ocean Dream". There is a Bali Hut which overlooks the beach though and we spent happy afternoons watching the sunset. Did have to keep our outdoor shower shut at night to stop the mosquitoes but we were provided with a mosquito net and coils.
• Natasha (10/5): I would recommend Ocean House to my family and friends. - We genuinely enjoyed our stay at Ocean House. My husband and I and a friend stayed in the 2-bedroom bungalow. We had plenty of room with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The front porch had private outdoor seating and a lounge bed that was super comfy. Nearer the beach is another lounge area, and a beautiful beach is just steps from the entrance. Luan was very helpful with arranging transportation and ideas of things to do in Hoi An. The location is ideal with its proximity to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend! Nothing.

• Zhulieta (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed 4 nights at the villa, and this was my favourite time in Vietnam. The beach is just a few steps away. The restaurants were just round the corner. The bed was enormous and comfy. The bathroom - just stunning. The staff were so very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful time. Recommended!
• Doug (9/5): If you want a quiet place, on the beach, and close to everything at An Bang, this is the place. - This unit overlooks the ocean, and is literally just a few steps from the sand beach at An Bang. And is also just a short walk to a lively street and alleys with restaurants, bars, shops, spas, etc. but far enough away from the excitement that the unit is quiet and excellent for sleeping. Nothing.
