- Leah (8/5): Gorgeous location cute cozy stay - It had everything we needed kitchen fully equipped so was the bathroom Wasn’t the cleanest in the bathroom.
- Janis (9/5): - Cosy little place to stay in peaceful rural surroundings. Nice helpful host
- Jane (10/5): Magical stay - Amazing overnight stay.
Compact and beautifully designed. Very clean and lovely homely touches lots of little extras tea ,coffee kitkats& biscuits .Shower hot and spotlessly clean.Bed comfortable just enough space for 2 adults .Lovely location peaceful in heart of the countryside with beautiful field you could sit and watch the sunset.
Parking easy ample and free outside the accomadation. Near to Bath outside the clean airzone fees. Lots of information about shops and delivery for takeaways. Will definitely go back great valve for money and a magical and relaxing little nest 🪹 🪺 Great overnight stay maybe a longer stay would be a little cramped for 2 people 😁. But overall excellent .

- Adrian (10/5): Great weekend in a perfect little nest - Clean tidy ,just as advertised great location for us
- Michelle (9/5): - Had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Cute & cosy in a lovely quiet area. Bed super comfy. Nice hot shower too. Safe parking too. Really helpful information from the host prior to my trip too. Nothing
- Maurizio (10/5): - Casetta molto graziosa, ben pulita e immersa nella natura. Esperienza molto positiva!
- Jessica (9/5): - The Little Nest was cute and cosy. Perfect for a short stay. The access instructions were great, the description is spot on and we found Nicky to be a fantastic host!
- David (10/5): -
- Trevor (9/5): - Absolutely lovely little room in a beautiful quiet location. Has everything you need for a simple stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and the tea and coffee making supplies are plentiful. Thank you very much - we look forward to coming back soon. A little bit tricky to find in the dark. Was very cold when we arrived but the heating soon kicked in.
- Gemma (10/5): -
- Chris (8/5): Nice location - Lovely location. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest
- Emma (10/5): Very refreshing - Very remote and had everything you need
- Lloyd (10/5): -
- Peter (9/5): - Compact but functional, clean, tidy and well equipped. The roadside sign does not say little nest, so it took a bit to find.
- Lavinia (10/5): Perfect place for visiting Bath - Warm. Comfortable. Great location. Had everything I needed. Nothing
- Stephen (8/5): - Very cute and private shalet. Only that the hot water tap in bathroom sink is difficult to control. It can easily scold and needs sorting out.
- Ashley (9/5): Perfect spot for a quick stopover. - Host was lovely. The accommodation was spotless and we loved all the tea/coffee/snacks provided. The amenities were 5 star!
- Katie (9/5): -
- Jules (7/5): A good place to rest the night. - Location great, cabin out in the country and peaceful. Bathroom cramped, heating and fridge too noisy. But I'm sensitive to these things, they might not bother other people

- David (8/5): Enjoyable and convenient - Location and value for money A little dated, but ok
- Abby (10/5): Comfortable and a perfect location - Very clean and perfect location for the wedding we attended. Instructions to find the property were spot on and great being able to have parking right outside.
Welcome back was much appreciated and would definitely choose staying here again over the centre of bath Lack of low lighting for night time but not a massive issue
- Timothy (10/5): Lovely, excellent value accomodation. - It was such good value and in an ideal position to attend a wedding reception nearby in Swineford. It is also 15 minutes from Bath. It was cute but perfectly formed with stunning outside space. Fab shower and little kitchen. Everything you need is in there. Nothing really
- Paul (8/5): Cosy self contained accommodation in the country. - Location was fine; cosy self contained accommodation. More space around bed would have been helpful so that one could get into and out of the bed on both sides! Not easy when you are in your eighties!
- Kirsty (8/5): Cosy little nest! - A very cosy stay for couples! Loved the little extras including toothbrushes, chocolates and toiletries.
Felt very private which was really lovely and had a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle! Only a 10 min drive to local pubs and restaurants. Was able to see the host upon checkout who was really lovely and checked in to see how everything was! Would recommend:) It was smaller than expected but this was not a problem! Fridge was quite loud during the night and I am a light sleeper otherwise no concerns at all
- Jocelyn (4/5): Disappointed - some good points but outweighed by others - Bench in the field to see the sun set.
Welcome tray seemed good - biscuits, Maltesers, assorted teas - but no simple coffee
Well thought out toiletries including disposable tooth brushes - bit basin too small to use OK: skylight was too high to reach, but open on arrival, The skylight blind was ill fitted - so early morning light an issue.
The cutlery was curious - two of everything but only 1 fork.
'Coffee' was a 2-in-1 : a mix of coffee and powdered milk. I don't take milk.
Dirty window blind in bathroom
Basin in the bathroom had no and was only sufficient for hand washing - so the kitchen sink had to be used for shaving and other personal washing; I really don't like that!
Size of the shower room meant knees against the shower door when using the toilet
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Quiet, comfy bed.,
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely great place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. There is nothing to dislike.
- Arun (8/5): Small, cosy and private - Location, privacy and facilities. The front of the door had lots of leaves, that could have been cleaned. Ventilation wasn't so good.
- Lloyd (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a solo traveller - Everything about my stay was amazing! Easy check in process; amazingly well kept accommodation; close to Bath; and all while be set in the beautiful countryside!
- Marcel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (8/5): A lovely little stopover - The tea coffee, chocolate and biscuits were a nice touch.. Great location, I was travelling for work in Bath so ideal. Instructions how to find the property weren't clear, but to be fair I didn't reply to a message so may have got.more details if I had.
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Jo (10/5): Super complicate place to stay - Had everything you needed, was clean and comfortable and absolutely loved that there was chocolate and biscuits with the tea and coffee. Only one comment that there was no outside light.
- Kate (6/5): Good facilities, bad lighting - Have stayed in shepherds hut before, both set on beautiful grounds, lovely location, nice kitchenette with all that you need, clean bathroom. Easy self check in, private driveway and parking, nice treats and tea. The bed seems to be a pulled out sofa bed with a sloppy mattress. Same as the shepherds hut, the lighting isn't well thought through with one abrasive led torch light rather than soft bedside lamp or fairy lights or anything resembling cosiness. Throughout the night there is a persistent flashing light in the room, same in the shepherds hut. I don't understand where from or why but it is extremely irritating and feels like a camera flash every 20 mins or so, found near impossible to sleep. Don't know what was going on last night perhaps guests next door but there was a car coming in and out between 2 and 4 with slamming doors and engines running, probably not hosts fault and just other guests but basically I didn't sleep well!
- Suzanne (7/5): Good -
- Catherine (10/5): Lovely rural location, very friendly helpful owners. - It’s in a perfect location, rural yet close to Bath. We’ve stayed here a number of times in the Hut and the the nest it’s always perfect! All good we love it here!
- De (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olivia (9/5): It made a fantastic base for a weekend trip to Bath and surrounding areas. - The property was in a fantastic location, beautiful views in the countryside but also within a very short drive of several pubs.
The host made it very easy to find and responded to messages really quickly. They just also provided a brilliant array of tea, coffee and some snacks which were perfect after a long drive. The mattress was slightly uncomfortable but still slept reasonably well.
- Nicholina (8/5): Good peaceful stay. - Secluded peaceful location. Hot water tap in bathroom sink was a bit stiff, so the water
coming was usually extremely hot, so one had to be careful to not get scalded.
- Ryan (8/5): Very good -
- Jacob (10/5): Perfect, cute and peaceful - The host is incredibly friendly with greta communication, the little nest was most accommodating for me and my girlfriends weekend break with all our needs catered for. Highly recommended
- Scott (6/5): Pleasant -
- Barnes (9/5): Superb - Welcome pack was excellent and clean towels every day 👌 😀 was a surprise x Nothing
- Hodges (8/5): Very good - Overnight stay for a friend's wedding, perfect place for our requirements, uber ride to Warmley was easy. Lovely looking village if you fancied a bit of walking.
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oldham (9/5): Cosy and compact and very good value - All we needed for an overnight stay. Really cosy and plenty warm enough even though it was cold weather overnight. Good sized shower.
- Teri1 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gina (7/5): Good - Tiny room but everything you need great attention to detail & excellent location for Bath. Could do with a bit of extra heating
- Tracey (10/5): A very comfortable and convenient stop over - Great location especially for visiting bath at a reasonable price Quite small but we weren’t expecting much more as it was very reasonably priced
- Keen (8/5): Great place for solo trips! - Great, little place hidden away. Perfect for what I needed for one night and as a solo traveller I felt very safe! Would definitely book again! The vents near the ground did bring a couple of woodlice in as the heater switched on.
- Kathryn (8/5): Very good -
- James (9/5): Was down visiting family for the weekend so the property was good for us as a place to sleep. Would consider again if we - The property was very clean and there were some very nice touches on our arrival such as biscuits which were totally unexpected, information about the property and facilities was also excellent. Joining instructions were perfect to find the property. Also, nice to have a whistling kettle. The mattress was a little soft in places
- Jon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gerda (9/5): A peaceful one night stay - Beautiful and peaceful location and very quiet. Excellent shower. Detailed directions meant it was easy to find even down narrow country lanes. Perfect for a one night stay. Couldn't make the tv work but that wasn't a big problem for us. No fridge - even a tiny one would have saved our milk. One of the stools under the table was broken and unsafe to sit on (main function of stool!)
- Christopher (8/5): Very good - Very cute little place. Tiny house. The location is very hard to find. It is down some very tight and narrow roads. Not clearly signposted.
- Deborah (7/5): Quiet, private place for a few nights near Bath - Rural location, quiet, private, lovely hosts, no unnecessary external lighting, off street parking, double bed, welcome pack, lots of towels, face cloth, fridge. Noisy heating meant I couldn't put heating on overnight, very thin plastic structure, so fine for summer, but not for colder weather.
- Joeyslack (9/5): Superb - Beautful, wonderful location, with a short drive to Bath and Bristol. It had everything you need along with a lovely welcome pack with chocolates, biscuits, tea etc. also an option for a late checkout for an extra £10 (which we took advantage of). Would definitely recomend.
- Chris (8/5): Very good - Very nice welcome tray. Arrived in darkness.
No light on property boundary, no light on The Little Nest Beach unit or key safe.
Really difficult arrival as no torch.
The bed was too short for us as both tall.
- Helen (10/5): Fantastic accommodation, exactly what I needed. - Everything about Little Nest Beach is lovely. The location is perfect for what I wanted. As a female travellint/staying on my own, I felt safe in my accommodation. The welcome pack was a great little bonus as was the toiletries in the bathroom. I have no negative comments about my stay or about the accommodation.
If I was to pick up on anything it would be that the TV chanels were a bit random, but I wasn't there to watch the TV!
- Hunter (5/5): Passable -
- Nehaya (10/5): Lovely - Comfortable property in a peaceful location. Really thoughtful touchs: Loved the little welcome pack too with teas, coffees and even chocolates: Having mini toothpaste and brushes etc incase you forget anything. Would recommend Nothing.
- Mark (10/5): Perfect - Location, Quaintness and peaceful location Nothing
- Alexdrakos (10/5): Cute and cozy tiny home - Very good value, a cozy nice extra tiny home with all the basics you need and good amounts of privacy. Really good bed and mattress and even a private outdoor space. Clean and well stocked, good sized bathroom and shower for the space. A little out of the way, but you get a nice quiet and green location
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Bruce (8/5): A bijou little appartment. - Very well appointed - except for little clothes storage - including a fridge in the tiny but comfortable accommodation. Good ensuite. A welcome pack provided. Helpful joining and checkin instructions emailed. Parking outside the door. Convenient location for Bath city. Very good value. Space for clothes limited to some hooks on the bathroom door though possible to hang hangers on curtain rail too. Needed to live out of our bags, for which there was just enough space - but no great hardship.
- Alina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Powerlj (10/5): Just outside Bath. - Very remote, quiet little area. Perfect for a one night stay with private car parking. Very little lanes to travel down but all adds to the stay.
- Adrian (8/5): Very good -
- Ragtaggle (10/5): A peaceful getaway and just a short drive to work. - I work in Bath most weeks and love to stay here. It's a wonderful peaceful getaway. The Little Nest is so welcoming. It's only a short drive to Bath so for me, much nicer than parking at a car park and checking into a hotel. The private drive and picnic area are a treat, and the cooking facilities and fridge mean I can prepare my own meals. Hosts are very helpful and easy to contact.
- Kathryn (9/5): Superb -
- Alina (10/5): Lovely - Clean nice little property, wery quayiet
- Damien (10/5): Great little spot, would recommend for a quick stop! - Just what we wanted and expected. Nice little self contained room, perfect for our quick stay. Fresh towels were delivered to us (which we didn’t need) and nice little welcome pack greeted us on arrival! Perfect! Nothing stands out, was all nice.
- Claire (9/5): Superb -
- Mason (9/5): Cosy little place in the middle of nowhere! Perfect for an overnight stop for me tea coffee and biscuits provided it’s n -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Mitchell (10/5): Ideal and very cosy :) - Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cookies, chocolates was a lovely touch!
Comfy little space was perfect for my needs.
Quiet night's sleep. Nothing!
- Tony (5/5): Passable -
- Rob (5/5): Average - Rural position Very small space no room for a suitcase to be opened & bed was right against the wall
- Chris (8/5): Off the beacon track! - Lovely location, quirky and quaint unit, just as described in advert.
Quiet, rural setting.
Hosts very helpful if required.
Loved it here.
Good bolt hole for Bath or Bristol.
Recommended. It was all fine!!
- Susan (6/5): Great for a one-night stay in the area. - Peaceful and secluded little cabin in a rural area with dedicated parking, kitchenette and shower room. The welcome treats were much appreciated and the lighting inside was good. Convenient for a rural one-night stay while working in the area. As previous reviews have noted, the hut would benefit from hooks, so that you could hang up your coats and towels and a hanger to hang up clothes, as there is no space to unpack your things. Also a mirror.
- Julia (9/5): Lovely stay for short a break - Lovely area peacefull and quiet. Privacy and cozy space. We loved the comfort and nature around on countryside. Bath its just 10mins from there. When you turn on heating there was not nice smell coming inside like petrol.
- Rachel (8/5): Lovely place near to Bath - Easy to get to and cost effective
- Parinya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely love this place Absolutely nothing
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Corriene (8/5): Very good -
- Stani (7/5): Good -
- Jay (9/5): Superb -
- Kiran (9/5): A great little place to stay for a couple of nights to visit Bath!! - It was very neat, clean & cosy! The location was perfect to get in and around Bath. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Good facility to park car right outside the property. It was very dark! Could have done with a couple of lights outside .
A long mirror in the property would have been great :) and some hooks to hang clothes/coats.
- Cathrine (8/5): Very good! - Privacy. Peace and quiet space. Location is a bit hard to find at first as signge is too smll to be seen immediately. But we stayed twice already as its a good value for money and its got everything that you might need for a night's stay.
- Claire (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment, quiet location. Very sorry to leave. Nothing
