• Anastasia (3/5): - The internet connection was excellent, the location was convenient, and the area was quiet and private. The apartment was unfortunately much worse than expected in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The property was very dirty. We found personal hygiene items behind the toilet, and there were numerous stains on the walls, ceilings, and furniture. The furniture and appliances are heavily worn and appear to be in need of replacement. On the first day, the washing machine gave electric shocks when touched, which raised serious safety concerns. The patio was unusable due to a very strong unpleasant smell, making it impossible to spend any time there comfortably. Overall, it was not pleasant to stay in the apartment.

• Mercader (9/5): Una buena estancia - La ubicación es muy buena y tranquila. Es un apartamento como se muestra en las fotos, es amplio y estaba muy limpio. La cocina es completa en todos los sentidos. Las habitaciones están bien y las camas también.
• Latimer (7/5): Great location, well equipped but a little underwhelming. - Location within the city precinct was excellent. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. Apartment was well equipped Ground floor right on the street was not ideal. Window shades needed to be kept closed at all times and street was a little sleazy and grafittied. Access procedure not ideal and somewhat underwhelming. Lengthy wait, very little advice or instruction offered and did not feel welcomed.

• Arman (5/5): Good location and spacious, but it was a basement/dark apartment. - Location was great, and the unit was clean and spacious. Many towels, blankets and so on. Basement apartment, not the way it was advertised, and it was dark inside because of that.

• Ionut (2/5): Too many broken things in the apartment, which makes absent the value of the money paid. - The location is very good. The hosts are always availble any need that appears. The apartment is very used and is very worn off. Too many thing are broken or almost broken. The hosts need to put some love into this apartment urgently. The value for the money just isn’t there.
