The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Tammy (10/5): Unforgettable and decadent! - Amazing location and plenty of room for our family! After leaving boutique hotel in Paris, this was the second leg of our unforgettable family vacation but we needed more room after being in such tight quarters in Paris. This place had plenty of room and just what we needed! The only drawback is the restaurant next door can be sometimes loud but honestly after doing all the sights and the exhaustion each day.. we slept fine. Tons of restaurants nearby and although influencers will say how restaurants at close to tourist spots are not as good, we got exceptional iced coffees from the snack shop nearby.. (yes for us Americans) and the breakfast at the corner restaurant on left side was fabulous. Would highly recommend this stay! Right next to a restaurant, no washing machine to wash clothes.

- Hristina (8/5): Great location, - The location was great, it was very spacious for a central location and was very easy to find. We were first guests to the new managing organization so there were some bumps on the road - but they greeted us with prosecco for apology. There was coffee, but no coffee maker. Also, the restaurant back yard is right next to the accommodation backyard, so at night when they were closing it was very very noisy with glass breaking sounds and people yelling at each other. It was difficult to get some good sleep.

Property has good air conditioning systems which makes summer stay very pleasant. Staff response to messages promptly. 4pm check in time is a bit late compared to with all my experiences with other accomodations in Europe.

- James (1/5): Wish booking.com de-list this property to prevent more victims from the cheaters! - We’re dealing with the dishonest property management. We booked 4 nights. After the 1st night, two of our four people got calf spasms due to the broken heater downstairs and very thin blankets. The property manager was called and we met at the property. She confirmed the broken heater and PROMISED us the FULL refund within 10 days and AGREED that we could go ahead to book the other places. The only mistake I made was I didn’t asked her put her promises in writing. ( Hope the readers like you to learn a lesson from my experience) It resulted in all the denials and NO refund for all $1139.26 at all. Contacted Booking.com for a week. Booking.com cannot do much about it except in the process of trying to get us €80 city tax back. Booking.com said the best booking.com can do is compensating us €466 at maximum. Who will be responsible for the lost $610 (=$1139.26 - €466) from this booking platform and the dishonest property manager? Me! Dishonest staff!!! Irresponsible Booking.com
