- Dragos-Robert (7/5): Good value for money, nice staff but 5 star claim is questionable - Room was pretty nice and comfy, although we didn’t think the mountain view was anything special. AC and fan worked really well in the summer heat. Staff were very friendly and answered all our questions, helped us book a car to Mussoorie, for a price. We were also able to book spa massages with a discount which were worth the money. The location is located next to some chain restaurants and coffee places, so that was very handy to satisfy our coffee needs. Great dinner options, mostly Indian food, entirely vegetarian, and the dinner was delicious food, and the waiters were very accommodating for our custom requests for omelette, naans, etc so just like all staff, very accommodating to our requests. Hopefully they treat everyone like that, not just foreigners. We enjoyed the greenery and common places, the little balcony available in our room and the swings, but didn’t adventure in the pool as we came unprepared for it. It looked clean and cared after though. For a hotel that aims for a 5 star rating we felt the staff were a bit unattentive or careless at times. For instance we booked for 3 guests, and we had to ask 3 times for them to prepare bedsheets and provide additional towels and toiletries. On the second day they took the towels and only left enough for 2 people. Another example… there was no desert provided at dinner despite a label on the table, until we asked for it. It was all sorted really quickly, but we felt like some entitled pesky guests asking about all the things that the staff should have made sure were there in the first place. We had no Wifi over the 2 nights we stayed there and with bad reception in the mountain, we struggled a bit to make plans in the hotel area. The restaurant and spa rooms could do with an upgrade, again given the 5 star claim. Food wise, there’s mainly Indian food which is generally delicious, but unlike dinner which we thought was great, the breakfast options were a bit lacklustre, but overall satisfactory. Fruit looked a bit sad, there were very limited drink options.

- chaudhary (5/5): online over hyped prices. - only parking area is secure rest under construction from main gate to new building. Gentry also very cheap..people taking food from cafeteria any time !!! they may book directly in lower prices. Over hyped prices, we have booked half board as per 4 star ratings but unfortunately disappointed availability of dinner at nights in cafeteria, even though property mentioned pet allowed but we have to deposit 5000rs for any damages in room prior to enter in the room. all time construction sound coming due to their another on going project with in property. u can't use pools due to dust and dirt. Room furniture is far lower then our house furniture, not impressive at all. it should be around 5to 6k per night Maximum and we have paid around 14k per night. Near by lots of beautiful and much cheaper options are there. it's not a 4 star property i can give only 2.5 stars. I will not trust on Booking.com in future bookings.

Phadiv (at the front desk) is the best, super cozy staff make you feel at home and he was so very attentive during my stay. On the check out there was a wedding happening and a nice lovely lady from the front desk invited me to stay around to see the wedding preps. Water pressure in the shower

And not so clean to be 4 starts hotel . - I stayed in September, it is construction going on in hotel and pool was not working when I arrived , but after I said about it , hotel manager refilled it with water . There is new building under contraction right next to the pool . Garden was nice and room was big, but towels were grey color and pillow cases as well , so I had to ask to change it . Food was ok , room service and stuff trying to do the best . But it is not really hotel, and not super clean and empty I can say . There were problem with light in my room Constantly turn off, turn on. So I think they charge too much for what they offer . But room is really big and nice decoration . Garden , room is big

Amazing location. and greenery in whole resort is something you will not find anywhere in Rishikesh. There is nothing that you have to complaint for.

The property is tastefully designed, clean, and well-maintained, making it a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing place to stay. The staff was prompt and helpful throughout — from check-in to check-out, and with any room requests we had during our stay. The only downside was the shower, which wasn’t functioning properly, and the temperature controls made it difficult to cool down the water. Also, the restaurant food was not the best option; but, there are plenty of great restaurant options in the area. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise wonderful experience.

Maintaining the vibe 📍🕊️ Landscaping Nature Green 💚 White Colour Theme 🤍 And 24 × 7 meditative music from garden bushes🎶 while keeping it simple and pleasant. The bamboo entrance and classic white theme added the whole magic ✨ The construction of more rooms which is going on right now will make it overcrowded with space available. The essence of the pool and garden will be sacrificed.
