Os alimentos e bebidas oferecidas no café da manhã são bem diversas e saborosos (pães, bolos, presuntos, queijos, ovos, entre outros) Os funcionários são capacitados e muito atenciosos. A localização do hotel é excelente. O custo X benefício é muito bom, indico o hotel e espero voltar. Nada a reclamar, as instalações funcionaram tudo muito bem. Tudo ótimo!

• Sandra (10/5): Great small hotel looking well after their guests - Great small hotel very conveniently located right next to the metro station to easily get anywhere around the city. Staff is super friendly and always there to help or provide recommendations. We loved the balcony room on the backside of the hotel. We did not book breakfast as we wanted maximum time for exploring the city, but it looked and smelled fantastic, so probably a great choice to book with breakfast next time. Definitely will come back

Le côté rue est bruyant mais les fenêtres sont très bien isolées donc ca attenue quand même ! sinon rien d autre a ajouter c est parfait !

• GABRIEL (10/5): - O atendimento é muito bom e o staff é bem atencioso. A cama e arrumação do quarto é muito boa. A maçaneta da janela do banheiro é muito alta, dificultando o fechamento no momento do banho, nos dias frios.

• Michele (10/5): Lisbona con amici - Struttura pulita, personale cordiale ed accogliente, accorto per qualsiasi esigenza. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro, in pochi minuti si arriva in centro a Rossio. Si ha anche la possibilità a pochi passi, di prendere il famoso tram 28 che fa il giro di Lisbona. Colazione buona, non diamo 10 solo per la varietà, ma quello preparato era ottimo. Se vi servisse un taxi, chiedete pure al concierge, in 3min arriva! L’aeroporto è molto vicino al centro città, senza traffico si raggiunge in 15min.

• Susanne (10/5): Perfekter Zwischenstopp in Lissabon. - Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, würden es aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder buchen. Besonders möchten wir uns aber bei den zwei Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption bedanken! Wir hatten unser Handy im Taxi vergessen, und sie haben alles getan, dass wir das Handy nach einer Stunde wieder in Händen halten konnten. Muito obrigado! Nichts.

Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Frühstücksangebot doch sehr begrenzt, aber ausreichend. Lage ist abends etwas als zwielichtig zu beschreiben. Ausblick aus dem Hotelzimmer auf den Mini-Innenhof auf anderen Zimmer.

Breakfast was really good and offered many options including gluten free. Rooms equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities, bottled water provided in room free of charge. Room also had a safe FOC and fridge. Very good value for money Very little not to like.

Zimmer nach hinten raus aber ruhig, kaum Strassenlärm. Leckeres Frühstück, aber ich ein paar Oliven vermisst habe😉 Leider die etwas laute Abluftanlage auf einem anderen Grundstück, aber da kann das Hotel garantiert nichts dafür.

• Ornella Agostina (8/5): Muy buena estadía - Hotel chic y bonito. Personal amable y atento. Desayuno muy variado, y café muy rico (no siempre los de máquina son buenos, pero este nos gustó mucho). Una mañana salimos temprano y nos prepararon un abundante desayuno. En la habitación hacía mucho calor y el aire acondicionado tenía modo calor y circulación de aire, pero no frío. Por lo que por las noches abríamos las ventanas pero podía entrar ruido.

• Matthias (9/5): Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer ausreichend groß, Super Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis - Super Lage des kleinen Hotels. Fußläufig in die Altstadt. Metrostation um die Ecke. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes ausreichendes Frühstück, im Sommer könnte man auch draussen sitzen. Hatten ein Balkonzimmer, diese liegen nach hinten raus zum großen Hof, daher sehr ruhig, für ein paar Tage ausreichend groß. Koffer konnte man unter dem Bett verstauen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhälnis. Klare Empfehlung!

• Kurt (8/5): Dit hotel heeft super vriendelijke medewerkers! - We hebben geen ontbijt genomen. De locatie was goed, dichtbij de Metro. Het personeel bij de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. 's avonds konden we rond 23u niets meer te drinken kopen bij de receptionist. Ook niet om mee te nemen naar de kamer.

Je ne peux pas employé le terme "pas apprécié" car je suis très satisfaite de ma réservation. Cela dit si le personnel pouvait parler un peu le français se serait top.
