• Citizendog (8/5): Very good - Location is very convenient, the apartment is spacious and well equipped, the balcony is small but offers a nice view. Beds were great. There is a grocery store on the ground level with everything you might need, open until late. Our host was very nice and helpful. Although the apartment was clean, it was only superficially - if you looked closely, under the beds, etc., it required a deeper cleaning. The AC in one room needed a deep cleaning as well, as the smell was not nice. We passed that info to our host - hopefully it was done :)

• Tomlin (8/5): Average, ok but not great. - Nice apartment, Alex our host was good at check in, communicating with us on WhatsApp well. Everything worked in the apartment but there were little ants. The apartment was a three bed, however we weren’t allowed to use one of the bedrooms due to only booking a 2 bedroom (although we don’t recall an option to book a three bedroom…) Pool was shut due to poor condition and gym basic but useable. The building as a whole was a tad tired.

• Fseeha (8/5): Great apartment - Excellent location...a short walk to old quarter. Clean, very spacious and we'll equipped. Comfy beds. Receptionist was a bit rude, but the apartment owner himself was very nice. Also one of our washrooms had a leak in the roof. The owner offered to have it fixed immediately but we refused as we didn't want to be disturbed while we were in the apartment so we used the other washroom which was perfectly fine.

Host was kind and was replaying fast to the messages. The handover of the keys was kinda confusing, without esim with data i dont know if we were able to check in. But the host was super helpful with that

• Elaine (7/5): Good - Great location, the check in and check out process was simple, the communication was excellent. There was access to washer and dryer The sheets and towels smelled moldy. One of the guests didn’t stay in one of the rooms due to the smell.
• Daniel (8/5): Excellent value, would stay again. - Spacious living areas and bedrooms. Good view over the city from the 8th floor. Showers hot with good pressure. Curtains dark. Air conditioners in every room. Washing machine and clothes drying racks with plenty of coat hangers. Kitchen well supplied. Beds comfy. There was a pool in the complex but we didn’t use it as it was an additional fee. Power was completely turned off when we checked in at 9:30pm, so we were doing everything in the dark and eventually turned it on at the mains switchboard. Air conditioner in master bedroom kept resetting to 17°C every couple of hours! (This needs some maintenance). Apartment could have been a little cleaner. Had to remove the washing on the washing line in order to hang up our own. Rather noisy - the seals in the master bedroom are hanging off the door, and the patio door at the lounge doesn’t shut properly.

• Jain (10/5): Great apartments in hanoi - Good view to the city in the center of Hanoi. My friend suggested me to stay in this area because it near the old quarter and i can easily walk and book the grabcar. Swimming pool in the buiding, not crowed. Some noise during the rush hour.
