- Phoebe (2/5): Needs Deep Cleaning - Its in the city centre, so good location It was very dusty, the main bedroom's shower was broken and also very dusty, the cabinets were broken. There were little cockroaches crawling about. Could be my skin being sensitive but the blankets made me itchy. The aircon was working well so im just happy to at least have a well conditioned room

- Najatt (7/5): Too expensive for what it is and unfriendly agent - Calm and big flat with Aircon. No amenities ( no pool or gym), no hairdryer. Sink blocked and leaking in the main bathroom. Contact agent answers whenever and if she wants. Cockroaches even in the fridge ( not cleaned before my check-in).. Even if the place wasn't booked on any platform for the day of my check-out, the agent refused a later check-out at 1:30 instead of 12. She then harassed me in the morning multiple times to make sure I leave at 12. Price is too high for what it is and nearby accommodations are way better for the same price.

- Kamelia (8/5): - fun experience, helpful staff - - strategic location, very near to attractions, airport, station bus - well functioning aircond in all rooms - water heater in toilet - supposed we booked for 8 people, stated in ads that they have 2 queen bed, 2 single beds but actually they only has 1 queen bed, 2 single beds in one room and 1 single bed in another room. - the kitchen is too near with the room so if you stay long enough to have trashes in the trash bin it will easily smell
