It would be helpful, if already in the booking process it would be stated that additionally to the amount that's displayed on booking, the host is charging another 40€ for cleaning the apartment without mentioning on booking.

• Attilio (5/5): - Location, arredamento Luci della camera e del corridoio non funzionavano e nessuna assistenza. Doccia di un bagno che funzionava molto male e gocciolava ovunque. Il numero di telefono indicato è di un hotel a Milano e il personale mi ha riferito di non essere mai stato nella struttura.

• Angela (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Die Reinigungsgebühr musste ich zweimal bezahlen. Einmal über Booking.com und einmal beim Online Check-in. Dies ist eine Frechheit und ich würde hier nicht mehr buchen.

• Rüdiger (4/5): Ein stylisches, aber wenig gemütliches, in der Küche schlecht ausgestattettes Appartment. - Sehr gute Lage direkt am See und Nahe der Altstadt. Wir wurden zunächst vom Hotel als nicht zuständig weggeschickt, bis nach längerem Herumirren und Nachfragen beim Parkplatzwächter wir herausfanden, dass Sonntags der Einlass ins Nebengebäude durchaus durch das Hotel erfolgen muss. Zuletzt wurden wir mit Unfreundlichkeit in den vorhandenen Seiteneingang eingelassen.

• Ashish (1/5): Disappointment and not comfortable.only plus point was the lovely view . - Except the views from the apartment and the size, I don’t think there was anything was talking about. Too many issues 1. My daughter got locked inside the bathroom as she couldn’t open the lock since it was old and had got rusted. 2. Kids couldn’t stand up and take a shower since the ceiling height in the bathroom was very low 3. Master bathroom- shower cubicle opened only inside and the gap wasn’t enough for us to pass through to have a shower. Posting a video here to show how ridiculous it was. Wanted to checkout the very next day but they refused to respond and give me a refund. We were booked for 3 nights. The walkway to the apartment on the ground level was dark at night and there were no lights. Very uncomfortable to walk specially if you are alone. 4. No Microwave. When I complained about this, they mentioned that it has an oven. I personally feel that a microwave is very important on a holiday as we often use it to reheat and don’t normally cook in ovens. 5.it was stuffy at night and if I opened the windows there were no mesh or net as the apartment is in the loft so don’t feel safe if there is no net as birds , insects etc might just enter through the window. As a result, I had to sleep with the windows closed. 5. Over all, I was extremely disappointed with this property and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They need to fix these issues on an urgent basis.

• Seda (10/5): - Alles - ein Traum. kein Parkplatz, in einem Bad Probleme mit der Duschkopf - kam fast kein Wasser raus
• Irene (8/5): Unterkunft super, aber keine Parkplätze in der Nähe - Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Auf der einen Seite der Blick zum Dom, auf der anderen Seite der See. Die Seepromenade und die Anlegestellen für die meisten der Schiffe war nur durch eine Straße vom Loft getrennt. Wir konnten nur zum Ein- und Auschecken kurz halten. Parkplätze an der Unterkunft gab es nur für Hotelgäste, nicht für die Gäste im Loft. Auch in der näheren Umgebung gab es keine Möglichkeit zu Parken. Wir haben dann ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt unser Auto abgestellt, für 22 Euro/Tag.
• Hisayo (9/5): This property is in a wonderful location. - The location is perfect for Lake Cuomo. The speedboat tour we took was right across the street. There are plenty of places to eat. There is a market down the street. It is attached to a hotel so if we ever had questions, we would just go there and ask. They were kind enough to get our cab for us. We liked most everything about this property. The only issues were with the keys. The locks are old and they’re hard to work. The one for the bathroom got stuck and my daughter was in there for about 10 minutes. The staff assured us that they were going to let their maintenance know to take care of that problem. The sink in the master bedroom also didn’t flow very well. If you’re an older person, it has a lot of stairs and steps.

Из одного окна - озеро и яхты, из другого - собор! На фото может показаться, что вид ограничен, но вид совершенно потрясающий! Я такого не встречала никогда. Ты просто ходишь по квартире, совершая обзорную экскурсию по городу. Это - счастье такое!! Всего три стакана. Нет бокалов. Мало кофе капсул. Но это - ерунда )))

• Khawla (1/5): horrible - AC not working - spacious and good location its old some of the areas really need renovation, another thing is the AC it was really hot and i contacted the property owner but no help.. the place was very hot when we arrived and the ac was not working well it needed to be fixed and no one did fix it . we struggled the nights we spent there.

• Shaotung (10/5): I’m surprised by the size of this apartment. - Location. Hospitality of the host. shower is hot and strong. View of the Como lake. View of the Duomo di Como. If you arrive early than 3 PM, You may need to put your luggage at Plaza hotel. But this can be arranged by the host.
