• Andreica Oana (10/5): - Locatia foarte buna , chiar in centru. Apartamentul curat, prosoape, lenjerie de pat albe, curate. Linistit si calduros iar gaza foarte amabila . Nu dispune de loc de parcare insa noi am parcat la primarie , foarte aproape si nici nu este scumpa parcarea. Nu am avut telecomanda pentru tv dar nu ne-a deranjat, oricum nu mergi in Cluj sa te uiti la tv. Am gasit locatia foarte usor datorita video-ului trimis de gazda . Avand in vedere ca este chiar in centru, pentru pretul platit, este o locatie chiar foarte buna!

• David Pauletti (1/5): Horrible - The keys were not were the owner said they would be, the owner also ghosted us, we had to book another place. The fact that the owner scammed us, lied and stole our money.

• Claudiu (6/5): Dezamăgitor - Locație centrală aproape de principalele puncte de interes (terase, restaurante, magazine) Cameră destul de mică și friguroasă cu igrasie. Telecomanda lipsea așa ca televizorul nu se putea folosii. Însă cel mai supărător a fost faptul ca după ce am trimis mesaj în legătură cu lipsa telecomenzii(poate aici a fost greșeala trebuia să sun direct) proprietarul și-a închis telefonul ca să nu mai poată fi contactat și am dat doar de căsuța vocală.

• Bogdan (5/5): Dezamăgitor - Zonă bună, centrală. Foarte frig oricâte grade ai fi dat. Check in se face la ora 15:00, eu am ajuns acolo la ora 16:00 și ei încă dădeau cu mopul. M-am simțit penibil. Dușul extrem de strâmt și nu se închideau ușile bine, tot stropeai. Scurgerea nu mergea. Pereți cu mucegai etc. nu recomand!

• Vlad (1/5): Pacat de timpul pierdut .... - Miros de vechi parchet, iar la baie iese apa in spate la wc, un miros de iti vine sa vomiti, curatenia cam lasa de dorit la baie, in camera e ok, tv nu exista nu cablu nu telecomanda nimic la buton daca doresti you tube, am luat 2 zile dar am renuntat imediat dupa o noapte de somn si miros de imbacsit, am contactat booking proprietatea nu am mai recuperat nimic din bani, dar nu este nimic, doresc sa dau o parere 100% reala nu merita la aceiasi bani am gasit pe aproape si net peste asteptari . Imi pare rau asta este !

Aspectul curții de acces.Scările de acces la camere (cele in spirală)o adevărată capcană a morții ,in această perioadă😡😡😡.Pline de gheață,pasarela la fel.Am alunecat 7trepe ,norocul a făcut să nu imi fracturez ceva!!😡😡😡Cînd am sunat să le raportez incidentul,administratorul mi-a răspuns sec că nu are oameni sa curețe și să mă duc eu să cumpăr niște sare !!!😡😡😡😡Deci .....

• Carmen Ana (10/5): Camera foarte curata, liniste noaptea; am gasit un pat extrem de confortabil. - Locatia nu dispune de mic dejun, insa este inclusa o chicineta care mi-a fost foarte de ajutor. Totul a fost foarte ok.

• Săbădoş (6/5): - Locatia este buna foarte aproape de centru, a fost usor de gasit si de intrat in posesia cheii. Camera este mare si utilata (in mare parte) cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie pentru o sedere scurta. Din pacate nota este influentata de faptul ca a fost frig in camera chiar si dupa ce am ridicat temperatura, caloriferele erau doar putin caldute. Un uscator de par ar fi foarte de ajutor.
• Francesco Giulio (9/5): A good stay - It was very easy to pick up the key thanks to the video instruction. The apartment is very welcoming with a super comfortable bed, kitchen available too. The position is very good as it is few minutes walk from main square. The place is silent and I could sleep well. The shower has a good water pressure and a beautiful shower head. Everything was ok. I just needed to deposit my luggage for few hours and tried to contact the number provided and text on booking but I did not receive a reply. A hair drier would be convenient but I could not find any. Also I could not find the remote for the TV.

• Alexandra (9/5): Excellent, la ville de Cluj vaut le détour, c'était charmant. - Excellent emplacement, studio avec vue sur le jardin et sur la cathédrale ortodoxe. Charmant. J'ai apprécié le fait de pouvoir récupérer les clés dans le coffre sécurisé . Il y a une télé mais pas de télécommande car la télé ne marchait pas.

• Yuwen (10/5): Recommend! - It's Spacious. The bathroom, kitchen, and the lamp as well, are all very lovely and well maintained. The instruction is very clear and all the processes are super smooth. The door and curtain can't be 100% light block so during the night there will be certain hallway light which makes the room isn't 100% dark. But it's super light....like moonlight.

• photomaschine (8/5): Hier kann man Cluj-Napoca erleben. - Einfache Unterkunft, aber die Lage ist perfekt zentral. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Frühstück gibt es in vielen Cafes um die Ecke. Wer will, kann Schallplatten hören, fand ich eine lustige Idee. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist im Prinzip einfach, man muss sich nur ein bißchen durchfinden.

• Adrian (10/5): A surprisingly nice place at this price in the center. - Easy to find and to check-in. Big room, well equiped and perfectly functional bathroom and kitchen, very comfortable bed, towels available. Everything clean and in place. Definetely a very good price for this space, for two persons.

• Lara (6/5): ... - Flat was warm and... quite cosy. But it could have been maintained better. Easy access due to the video tutorial. We haven't tried the vinyl record player so can't comment about it. The TV is not connected to cable or to the cable antenna. When we asked if a room antenna could be provided, we were told that is written in the ad the TV is connected to internet ONLY. At that moment, we thought that maybe we had missed the information. So, after this conversation, we opened the app and looked at the ad. And no, it did not say that the TV was only connected to the internet. In fact, it said that the flat did not have internet access at all. And we draw the logical conclusion: we expected cable TV and an apartment without internet. It is not the end of the world, but the point is that there is a lie in the ad. Mr. Constantin has more than one apartment on Booking.com and/or AirBnB and maybe he gets confused between his properties. However, this "excuse" is not accepted. The information in the ad must be 100% clear. People read the ad and draw logical conclusions trying not to bother the owner with phones considering that in reviews it says that it is difficult to communicate with Mr. Constantin. It wasn't our case. We only "bothered" him once. But we don't like being lied in our faces. This review would have been way positive if the ad would have been proven true.
