• Maria Concetta (10/5): Torneroʻ sicuramente - Staff gentilissimo e disponibile,abbiamo avuto un problema col condizionatore e in 5 minuti avevano risolto.Posizione ottima,vicina al mercato e a sharm vecchia,la struttura anche nelle aree comuni era pulita. Personale della reception e delle pulizie molto gentili Purtroppo era infestato dalle zanzare,credo sia dovuto all acqua che usano per innaffiare,ma davvero non si poteva stare fuori in balcone Manca la cassaforte Il wifi nelle camere era molto debole

• Peter (9/5): Nice stay in El Khan - If you want a luxury experience in Sharm El Sheikh, you should probably look somewhere else. It's fair to say that El Khan would need a reconstruction some of its premises or fixing certain things, but I knew what to expect and what I was paying for. The rooms were spacious, furnished simply, the breakfast was modest, but we did not leave table hungry. There was also pool to enjoy. The people who work there try to do their job, especially Mr. Amir Louis at reception was really helpful and cool guy. For me, the biggest benefit was free transfer from the hotel to El Fanar beach, which is really special. In overal, it was a pleasant stay in El Khan and I have no problem to come back in future.

When I called to give heads up of needed a taxi at 3.30am to go airport they said it's fine taxi's are available 24hrs. On the morning I was leaving I had to wait around 15mins for a taxi...may not sound long but it is when you're catching a flight.

• Horietta (8/5): Bueno - Habitación grande, camas comodas, limpieza excelente, buena ubicación, personal atento. Si un huesped coloca afuera de la puerta el cartel "Not Disturb", el personal no tendría por qué ir a golpear la puerta y querer hacer la limpieza a las 9 de la mañana. El agua de la ducha y lava manos de principio sale de un color amarillo muy fuerte, luego sale normal (no se el motivo por qué era asi). El desayuno debería mejorar, muy escaso y poca variedad, habian verduras que claramente eran del dia anterior porque estaban pasadas.

• Eleonora Ida (8/5): - Mi è piaciuta molto la disponibilità dello staff, sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problematica e/o richiesta, bella la possibilità di giocare a biliardo nella hall, buffet ricco per la cena. A colazione consiglierei invece di mettere piu scelta per le persone europee (ad esempio brioches, torte, Nutella ecc), c'è molta roba salata o pesante, ma i waffle e le uova erano comunque buoni! L'aria condizionata in camera è molto rumorosa e il wifi prende a tratti, però ha sempre funzionato. Sarebbe comodo solo avere l'aria condizionata un po' meno rumorosa, per il resto tutto ok!

Música muy alta que parecía una discoteca a primera hora de la mañana, No respetando el descanso de los huéspedes.

• Anna (10/5): - Хорошее место, рядом- Манго Маркет, ходят маршрутки в 10 мин ходьбы по 10 фунтов. В 25 мин ходьбы - старый город с аутентичнымм кафе и лавочками. Пляж при отеле бесплатный, с шезлонгом, выдают полотенца в отеле, есть бусик до пляжа, тоже бесплатно. По можно и на автобусе доехать до Нама Бей, там тоже шикарные пляжи и шоппинг. Завтраки - нормальные, хотелось бы побольше фруктов, овощей, йогурта без добавок, свежих соков. Есть два бассейна, зеленая зона. Просторные номера, большой балкон, уборка каждый день. В комнате - чайник, холодильник. Вечером ходит бусик за 50 фунтов в разные части города, возит желающих на прогулку. Все отлично, все есть.Приятный пресонал и водитель буса -всем большой сердечный привет. Музыку у бассейна можно сделать чуть потише. В комнате холодильник сильно морозит и нет регулировки. А так все отлично, я хранила фрукты на балконе, там прохладно. Благодарю египтян за гостеприимство!

There is climate control for cooling/heating, cleaning upon request, a fridge and a kettle in the room. Free beach and sunbeds... A comfortable bed is also a big plus. I am very delighted with the service and wish all best to all Egyptian people here!

• Abdulsamet (5/5): Vasat - Merkeze yakın konumda olması güzel, hemen yakınında Araf’a diye bir mekan var hoş alışveriş yapılacak yerler var market yakın, havuzu var (kullanmadık). Şarm genel itibari ile pahalı uygun otellerden biriydi. Bar, havuz kullanacaksanız sizlere uygundur. Lobisi güzel ilk karşılama güzel ama odalara çıkınca iş değişiyor. Temizlik iyi değildi banyo derzleri kir bağlamıştı, Mısır’da kaldığımız en pahalı oteldi ama temizlik bakımından en kötü olanıydı. Hele sivrisinek sorunu söylemişlerdi inanmamıştım. Geldiğimiz günden çıktığımız güne kadar sürekli sinekler tarafından yenildik cam bile açmak istemedik ama odada klimanın takıldığı alan delik (ızgara) en azından burası kapatılabilir. Nevresim kültürü hala uğramamış bu otele, bu benim için en kötüsüydü herkesin kullandığı bir battaniye altına incecik çarşaf seriliyor. Yani çok zor olmasa gerek nevresime geçmek. İğrenerek uyuduk kıl tüy yapışmıştı battaniyeye. İade alacağımı bilseydim ilk andan ayrılırdık.

Un tipo despreciable. Nos confundió el régimen de media pensión (y eso que lo identifica la pulsera) y no nos dejaba cenar. Al final lo resolvimos en recepción pero las formas delante de todo el mundo no fueron afurtanadas por su parte.

• Stefan (3/5): Without comments - Oops? I am more than devastated how my fiance got treated by the hotel stuff just when arriving without me because I missed my flight. She got asked multiple stupid personal questions about marriage status and age and got scared because hotel stuff didnt want to leave her room and had to lock herself in to feel safe. I will not accept such behaviour! This is way out of what a hotel service and checkin should look like. Mosquitos were a real issue we for sure killed 60 in 2 nights being stung multiple times and no good sleep. Hotel lobby bar is a joke they even are not able to do simple gin tonics but thanks for trying... Ac in lobby way to high and cold made me run and hide...

• Vadim (9/5): Отличное соотношение цена/качество - Отель для непритязательных постояльцев которые не замечают мелких недочётов в виде уставшей мебели, подтёков в ванной комнате, серых простыней, гремящего кондиционера и т.д. а в остальном практически всё хорошо! Круглосуточная стойка регистрации на которой можно объясниться по-русски, wi-fi в номере правда слабенький.. но для Египта - это большая редкость, вполне достойное питание. Возят на свой пляж на автобусе два раза в день но мы обошли множество окрестных платных пляжей для получения более ярких впечатлений. Также возят вечером на автобусе за 1 доллар в местные точки притяжения - Сохо, старый город, ноама Бей. Дают там 2 часа на прогулки и привозят обратно. В 15 мин пешком супермаркет манго который примечателен обилием товаров, правильным пересчётом фунтов в доллары и который принимает практически любую валюту включая перевод в РФ по СБП. Комары! Не вина отеля - просто для информации. Сеток нет, т.к. балкон. Фумигаторы и прочая химия типа крема на этих Комаров не действует. Видел на озоне небольшие сетки на каркасе чтобы защитить голову и руки... возможно стоит ехать с ними. Ну или как вариант спать с кондиционером и не открывать дверь на балкон вообще, иначе бессонные ночи вам обеспечены.

• Mehmet (8/5): Her şey dahik çok başarılı ve ekonomik bir deniz tatiliydi, teşekkürler. - Tesis genel planlama ve yerleşimi güzel, odalar balkonlu ve hergün temizleniyor. Plaja düzenli sefer var. Tesisle ilgili değil de, Mısır insanı nedense çok öfkeli ve kavgacı, bay bayan farketmiyor, dolmuşta otobüste plajda her yer yerde birbirlerine bağırıyor ve kavga ediyorlar. Hiç yakıştıramadım hiç!
