• Melanie (8/5): Perfect for our needs whilst visiting a sick relatives nearby. Unable to connect to WiFi & unfortunately I was not a - Lovely clean & comfortable apartment. I hadn’t checked before booking unfortunately but there was a flight of stairs to the apartment which I struggled with due to mobility issues.
• Hoban (9/5): - Good apartment clean and tidy. I felt at home and at ease Unfortunately the electric shower isn't to my liking and I couldn't figure out how to operate the oven from the dials on display

• Angela (7/5): Great weekend away making memories - Location was just right, only a short walk into town. Liked the personalised touch with chocolate and biscuits, cleaning product's and toiletries. There was also parking outside the property Maybe more storage, like draws or wardrobe

• Philipp (9/5): Good quiet location with easy parking. Every thing in flat we needed. - We were self catering and enjoyed the scrambled eggs we made! The bed was very soft to what you tend to find these days.

• John (9/5): Great Location very comfortable stay. Will book again for sure. - Great location for Newark Showground. Co-op nearby for groceries. Free parking was a bonus too! The apartment was very comfortable and freshly decorated. Host was contactable promptly when required. Will definitely book again for next year. Bed was very soft and the pillows were too but not a massive problem. Shower was not very powerful but again only a minor issue. Lot's of noise from the apartment above into the early hours and up very early too!

• Holly (4/5): Space good but not rest - Good space Place was full of dust, dirty and sticky floor, WiFi terrible, marks in places, cupboards dirty and glass ware dirty still, 1 cup was stuck to inside the cupboards, left the day earlier than check out due to the property and asked for half a refund for the cost of 1 night and got blocked.

• Lisa (5/5): Not good - It wasn't too far to walk to the center and a decent size place No wardrobe and the hooks on the wall were flimsy and wouldnt hold much so clothes were on the floor, the draw fronts fell off when opened , the cutlery was dirty ,only one hand towel which was dirty .two complimentary sachets of cheap 3 in 1 coffee ,I don't take sugar or milk so useless . Someone shining a torch, dragging bins out of the bk yard at early hours of the morning woke me up . The apartment which is at the side of this is actualy above this and there was loads in there every night partying and been loud . The location of the apartment is dire , houses with cardboard at the windows , run down and dirty .parking is a game of chance but the permit was good . Glad it was only a short stay and Glad to be out

• Tyran-jay (7/5): Great stay - Loved the location, the variety of facilities. One of the sets of pillows was not comfy and the shower I've never seen and took me ages to work it out. Shower pressure was below average.
• Sham (6/5): Pleasant - The locations was good, and pretty near to town. The apartment itself was lovely and tidy too. Unfortunately, the shower was quite difficult to use, as it was nearly impossible to get the temperature right, it would either be freezing cold or uncomfortably hot. At one point, the water pressure also dropped significantly. Additionally, the heater in the front room wasn’t working, and one of the bedside drawers was damaged, so we chose not to use it to avoid causing further issues.

• Emily (9/5): Perfect! - The property was in a lovely location and perfect for two people. It was tidy, well cared for, and we found it easily/accessed easily enough. Perfect for our short trip! The shower ran hot and cold, but it was very clean, and we loved that towels/soaps were provided :)

• Amy (6/5): Convenient accommodation but lack of communication - Property was lovely. Clean accommodation and local amenities (chip shop and coop) were nearby. Visitor permit was provided so I could park and instructions for key access was provided in text from host. The communication from the host wasn't great. I tried ringing the mobile provided before my stay to see if there was a freezer and also messaged. I also asked for an invoice and dustpan and brush to tidy up but no response.

• Elliott (7/5): Good - Convenient and clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Bed was very creaky. Every time we moved it made a noise. So Even turning over was a problem. Needs maybe a small wardrobe to put some clothes in.

• John (10/5): Newark peace and quiet - Open kitchen diner. Lovely shower,and bathroom. Also parking permit.spotless accommodation. Quiet. Local co.op 100 yds Fish an chips 100yds good food. Town centre Quarter mile,worth looking round.also 200yds a laundrette so if u stay longer and want to do washing,eat fish an chips while your waiting for the washing to Finnish. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Nowt really ,apt was really nice if anything I'd change the two seater settee for a three .

• Peace (7/5): Although there were a few minor issues, it was a comfortable stay. I would recommend the apartment - Great location, the host was friendly and had a quick response. The apartment was mostly clean, but it was a little dusty in some places. The bedroom door handle was unfortunately broken upon arrival.

• Shauntelle (6/5): Ideal location, but do not meet expectations - The location of the apartment was perfect. Easy to get from the train station and 10 mins walk into town. It was easy to gain entry to the property with clear instructions of what to do by Abbie. The area is quiet and appears to be very safe. Very basic unit with no iron or ironing board supplied even though it's stated on the facilities list. I had to ask for an iron that was supplied by Abbie. However, I received a response too late and had made other arrangements. One of the bathing towels provided had stains, so I'm not sure if linen is commercially cleaned. Also, there was a wine glass in the cupboard that was sticky with visible finger and lip prints. So I had to wash everything to ensure I wasn't using dirty cutlery. The bed is very low, and there is a spring mattress, which was quite uncomfortable for me and my partner.

• Karolis (7/5): Good - Apartments had everything we needed. Good location, it's quite spacious, clean, comfortable. We spent 4 night. I recommend it. It's probably the best apartments around. It's way overpriced, not worth this much. Like any other apartments around.

• Steven (7/5): Good - Very warm apartments, comfortable bed. The sofa needs replacing it's very uncomfortable. Same problem as in previous review, we were unable to enter apartments as given the wrong code, luckily, the cleaner turned up to give us entry. The wifi given did not exist, so the password was useless. Contacted owner who gave another code and password that worked but only just as it dropped out as many times as it dropped in. The owner said they would call an engineer to sort wifi out but not done on our leaving. Only one toilet roll provided! Could not make a drink on arrival as no tea , coffee, or sugar provided, also no salt and pepper.
• Amybell251 (4/5): Communication is shocking - The apartment is beautiful modern. Light and airy and welcoming really nice bed was spotless and was really comfy, fresh and clean The bath towels are soft and clean. From traveling 3 hours from Cumbria to stay in Lincolnshire areas was given wrong key code on our booking email, took us both 20 mins after calling repeatedly told it was different (cleaners changed it) got given the correct code by text bluntly with no apology. We wasn't even told we was given a permit to park that was with the information on the table so we was already nervous about having a parking ticket (this information should of been told to us when booking) After going into the apartment there is no tea or coffee nothing.. U get nothing apart from 2 sweets and some shower gels would of been nice to be able to make your self a coffee or tea even if was only enough for one drink each would of been nice.. Half a role of toilet was given as well for 2 people.. It's my own personal opinion but u pay less for traveloge and get a coffee so should expect the same from an apartment that costs you alot more for 2 nights As well as the information on the table said free WiFi for the stay.. well that was unfortunately as well completely different to what was written down on the information I texted her Sunday to ask for the correct information and didn't get a reply untill Monday when already checked out. The communication between the cleaners and herself is ridiculous.
