- Sonia (10/5): Our stay in Monterosso was really lovely, Andrea was very responsive and the apartment was perfect for us. - Andreas property was in such a fantastic location, and worked really well for our family of 2 adults and 2 smaller children. It was so close to everything and especially walking distance to the beach.

There are citrus trees growing below on the adjacent property and you can smell the blossoms! Retractable sunshade on patio which helped also when it rained one morning! Kitchenette was nice for making morning tea. Laundry line on patio for drying our hand-washable clothes. A short walk from the Monterosso al Mare parking lot. A short walk to the old Monterosso Village. A short walk to the train. Grocery store a block away. Miky’s was an Incredible restaurant to celebrate our Honeymoon! It was a Block away. The 4 flights of stairs, but we managed. Could not figure out heater.

Although it’s a small apartment, the space is really well utilised and it feels really comfortable. Nothing! Lots of steps but that was expected, and the trains weren’t a problem

Great location and the room & facilities were exactly as described/shown on the site etc. It’s on the third floor,so if you have mobility issues it could be a problem, especially with large/heavy cases,but this wasn’t an issue for us and would not put me off booking again

The entrance of the building does not look inviting. It is not allowed to park next to the room. You need to park in the beach area.

- Patricia (10/5): Italian adventure - Very cute, bright apartment! It was spotlessly clean and only a couple of minutes to the beach. It was great to have a balcony with a sea view. There was a supermarket very close by and lots of restaurants. Nothing !
- Tanya (9/5): Comfortable and clean - It is exactly like in the picture! Clean, comfortable, good air conditioning. 4-5 min walk to the railway station. If you don’t sleep diep, you have to know that the trains run in the night time too. At the beach you pay €40 for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds , toilet and shower for a day and it’s getting full very quickly, so they close the entrance. There is small public beach- it is overcrowded . We liked staying there!( an adult and 18 and 11 years old) One small thing: it would be nice to find cold bottled water upon arrival in the fridge.

Also a thankyou to the very handsome man ( Simone’s father) for carrying my heavy suitcase upstairs. Trains going passed nearby but we didn’t find it a problem.

The room was very spacious with a single bed and extra sofa on top of a double bed Check-in and check-out very fast and easy Great communication throughout The air condition wasn't working properly. It would have been not much of a problem if we could have left the balcony door open but the trains can be really loud so that was not an option.

It would be nice if I were told there were extra towels for customers that stay more than one nights. Also, instructions on how to use the air cond would be nice. It keeps turning on and off at night, and it kept us awake.
