• Isam (9/5): Parfait - L’accueil chaleureux du personnel que ça soit de l’accueil pour le checking jusqu’au personnel du petit dej et sans oublier le gardien de voiture. Mention spéciale à Aymen pour le petit déjeuner est aux petits soins la moindre chose qu’il manque il sera là pour vous le ramener. ils nous ont même garder hier le samedi 24 janvier 2026 le petit déjeuner au chaud malgré que le petit déjeuner soit finis à 10h on s’est levé à 11h45 et ils nous ont gardé une assiette chacun adultes enfants. Le lit de la chambre 201 un peu trop mou à mon goût pas assez ferme.

Lo mejor, el personal Pues que no había TOALLAS, la tarjeta de la habitación no funcionaba, el agua de la ducha salía templada y se salía . Adjunto fotos. La calefacción no funcionaba y no había mantas en la habitación. UN AUTÉNTICO TIMO. Todo fachada. Y encima exigen un depósito de garantía ?? No había ni secador. Que no se me olvide que se desprendió escayola del techo, menos mal que ya no estábamos en la cama. Booking ha respondido pero el hotel no ha dado ninguna explicación . Hay que ser más profesionales

Mr. Aimane, Sara, the Chef and everybody I met were super friendly, kind and supportive. I was feeling like home and will definitely come back whenever I'm around this region.

• Yasmina (8/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel, welches zentral gelegen ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Zimmerausstattung ist wirklich schön. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und auch beim Frühstücksbufett waren sehr freundlich. Das Personal sprach arabisch, französische sowie englisch. Sehr gut ausgebildet. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind leider sehr laut, würde diese Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Zudem war die Auswahl des Frühstücks eher enttäuschend. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend.
