Very strange layout, had to walk outside in courtyard to go to kitchen and other rooms. Had two large living rooms when space could have been better with another bedroom. Only one queen sized bed, rest were singles. Caretaker did not show us inside of apartment and how to operate things. Too expensive for facility and area.

• Radhesh (9/5): Perfect short stay family villa - The villa is perfect for family, it's big and spacious. Pool is big and also has a seperate kids pool. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories, including a fridge, oven. Kids play area, nice clean bedrooms. All in all nothing to complain about. Last but not the least, the owner is a gem of a person and really took care of us Nothing to say here, everything was good about the stay

• Hana (2/5): Very poor - The pool was realy pleasant The accommodation was the worth I have ever been. Everything was dirty, especialy the bathrooms. We have to clean them ourselves. The toilet was dirty with feces. All the dishes were dusty and we had to wash it before use. Windows in the kitchin and mirrors in the bathrooms were splashed and everyvere was limescale. The beds were very uncomfortable, very hard- it was like a wooden bench. The worth thing was a terrible stench from the sewers in the bathroom. And in all rooms were cockroaches. This villa realy had negativ impression to our stay in Oman.

The private garden is beautiful and has also kids playground. The owner welcomed us to use the outdoor garden at the backyard which was gorgeous, full of nice trees, walkways and landscapes. Very relaxing, peaceful location with a lot of tourists attractions nearby. The beach is just 5 minutes away. The host Abdullah offered good services and he took care of us, provided few necessities and also arranged for us dinner.

The villa is large, clean, comfortable and contains almost all facilities. The beach and tourist attractions are very close (you need 4 wheal drive for some). The host was helpful all the way, showed us around and provided us with some services. Good value for money. No nearby restaurants but the host can arrange for paid delivery.
• Ahmed (9/5): Amazing place - Very quiet place, spacious, very modern, and well equipped (e.g., modern inbuilt kitchen). Location is excellent, close to the beachfront and many attractions like Wadi Arbeieen and Bimmah Sinkhole, Wadi Shab, Wadi Tiwi and many diving spots in between, close to Quriyat and Sur cities. Large pool (infinity type), private garden and common large outdoor garden with walkways, football playground, different trees, and flowers. Amazing accommodation. Abdullah was very supportive all the way, explained to us all close by attraction. He can drive and this helped to get few things in. provided us with free water and other necessities. No nearby restaurants, the closest ones are 7km away.
