• Natalia (1/5): Niemals wieder. Nicht empfehlenswert. - Nichts!! Vorsicht ! Absolut inakzeptable Erfahrung. Aufgrund eines Fehlers der Unterkunft wurde uns beim Check-in der falsche Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Weder die Schlüssel noch die Apartments waren beschriftet. Selbstverständlich sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass dies unsere gebuchte Unterkunft ist, nachdem der Schlüssel das Apartment geöffnet hat. Erst ca. 3 Stunden später – nachdem wir bereits vollständig eingezogen waren, unser gesamtes Gepäck ausgepackt, Lebensmittel verstaut und bereits geduscht hatten – erschienen Vertreter der Agentur und teilten uns mit, dass die Unterkunft einen Fehler gemacht hatte. Zunächst wurde uns vor Ort ausdrücklich bestätigt, dass wir bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs in diesem Apartment bleiben können. Später wurde diese Aussage plötzlich wieder geändert. Was danach folgte, war für uns als Gäste absolut schockierend und inakzeptabel: wiederholte Nachrichten, mehrere Anrufe spät am Abend nach 21 Uhr, erneute Anrufe früh am Morgen, als noch alle schliefen, wiederholtes persönliches Erscheinen vor Ort sowie sogar Drohungen mit der Polizei. Anstatt den eigenen Fehler professionell zu lösen, wurden wir massiv unter Druck gesetzt und so behandelt, als wären wir für diesen Fehler verantwortlich. Die Kommunikation war widersprüchlich, stressig und hochgradig unprofessionell. Später wurden die tatsächlichen Abläufe sogar anders dargestellt. Unser Urlaub war bereits in den ersten Tagen durch unnötigen Stress, Druck und dieses völlig unangemessene Verhalten erheblich beeinträchtigt. Fehler können passieren – aber der Umgang mit Gästen in einer solchen Situation zeigt den wahren Standard einer Unterkunft. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall erneut buchen und können sie absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Erik (10/5): - Vanuit het penthouse van villa DIV en het bijbehorende dakterras hadden wij een geweldig zicht op Bibinje, de zee en het eiland Ugljan. Het appartement was verder groot, modern, compleet ingericht en schoon. Mevr. Martinez heeft nog een koptelefoon nagestuurd die wij vergeten waren. Zeer goede service. De bedden waren aan de harde kant.

Good location enjoyed a short walk down to beaches and bars. Maria was very responsive and always kept in touch, very kind lady. Would 100% recommend and return. • Josephien (9/5): Fantastic family holiday - Spacious, beautifully furnished, clean appartment, very nice location. Sunscreens, mosquito screens, luxyrious bath rooms and fantastic view from the private roof top terrace. The Pool was not heated and rather cold.
