• Briony (5/5): Not worth it - Good location and nice street We felt like we were catfished slightly - the reality doesn’t look like the photos. The property is in effect a glorified hostel. The room was so small the wardrobe door didn’t open properly because of the bed. The door handle felt like it was always about to fall off. The bed was deeply uncomfortable my partner had back pain after sleeping in it. There were gashes in the walls and the wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom. To top it all off there was no bathroom door which is hilariously unpractical - you could see the loo sitting in the bed. I asked the receptionist if we could have a beach towel (a fairly standard ask). She went to check and then said housekeeping said no. She was fairly abrupt and not apologetic at all - it’s a small ask to lend some bath towels should a hotel not have beach towels. Save your money and go elsewhere.

• Habi.hamzaoui (5/5): Pantalon blanc !! - L'endroit et la chambre m'ont beaucoup contrarié. J'ai oublié un pantalon, je n'ai pas réussi à joindre le personnel ni par téléphone ni par e-mail. Je me suis déplacé. La serveuse du petit déjeuner a simplement dit qu'il devait être parti avec les draps. J'attends un retour. Éncore aujourd'hui.

Accepte les chiens, cest top :) Nous on gardé un sac pour nous permettre de randonner plus leger, super, merci beaucoup Petit dejeuner tres simple et sans produits locaux. Chambre sans clim. Toilettes non séparés de la chambre.

• Esmee (10/5): De perfecte optie om kleinschalig maar luxe te verblijven in het centrum van Sollér - Prachtig ingericht hotel direct in het centrum van Sollér, we kregen een gratis upgrade naar de honeymoon-suite welke erg mooi was. Het ontbijt is goed en het personeel aardig. De kamer was aan de warme kant.

• Frankham (9/5): Very convenient place to stay, quiet at night. - It as ideally situated near the main square and lots of lovely bakeries and restaurants. The fact that there was not a proper wall between bedroom and bathroom, only a curtain.

• NADINE (4/5): Hôtel décevant. - Emplacement qui est à la fois un point fort (plein centre) mais aussi un point faible (très compliqué pour se garer et accéder à l'hôtel). J'avais déjà séjourné dans l'hôtel l'an dernier et j'avais demandé la même chambre cette année. On m'avait dit que c'était bien noté et la veille j'apprends que ce ne sera pas le cas. Chambre sombre, plus petite. Wi-fi qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de personnel à l'hôtel après 16h. Ptit dej moyen.

• ROSARITA (8/5): Romantic stay in Sollier - The staff was lovely, always helpful with all our questions. We had a late check-in and it was very easy to follow the instructions. Everything went good. The location is fantastic, 10 minutes walk from the car parking, and in the middle of the city. The building is historic and it is beautiful, with art in the corridors. Breakfast was really nice. There is no lift in the property, or at least we didin't see any. This was not a problem for us but it could be problematic for people that cannot do the stairs that easily. The upper rooms have small windows, not a problem of course, but next time I will ask for a room at first floor, with bigger window and balcony! The beds are a bit hard, so if you have some back problems it is not ideal.

• Clémence (9/5): - L’hôtel est très agréable et idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. L’accès pour récupérer la chambre est simple et pratique. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied en laissant notre voiture en périphérie du village ; il faut simplement prévoir un peu de marche avec les valises. Le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné. La chambre était belle, spacieuse, propre et confortable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

• Jana (9/5): Sehr zentral - Die Lage ist sehr lobenswert - man ist direkt in der Stadt und hat super viele Möglichkeiten von dort aus Soller zu besichtigen bzw. dort essen zu gehen. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr angesprochen. Das Bad ist zwar mit keiner Tür direkt vom Schlafzimmer getrennt gewesen, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Bucht man ein Doppelzimmer muss einen bewusst sein, dass man zu zweit nur eine Decke bekommt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir aber auch eine zweite dazubekommen.

I might be a little shy, but the toilet was just on the other side of a wall, no door and no curtain. I don't know if it is the same arrangements in all rooms. But it might not be for newlyweds :) (We have been married for 30 years)

• Sophie (8/5): Toller Ausgangspunkt um Zeit in Soller zu verbringen - Super schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage. Die Zimmer sind wirklich liebevoll gestaltet. Das Badezimmer war bei uns leider nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Wenn man mehr Privatsphäre haben möchte, muss man vielleicht eine andere Zimmerkategorie buchen.

• Jitka (9/5): Agradable - Hotel está bien, se duerme bien, la ubicación es excelente. Nosotros sí tuvimos habitación con puerta en el baño :D La verdad que no podemos decir nada negativo. Que no tienen solucionado el tema de ZBE y los clientes no podemos entrar con el coche y aparcar más cerca.
• Anja (5/5): - Die Lage war super und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich. Leider hat es im Zimmer stark nach Abfluss gerochen und die Toilette war nicht sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne raus und haben deswegen leider nur wenig schlafen können, da man von draußen alles hören kann als gäbe es gar keine Fenster. Frühstück war okay, aber würde eher empfehlen sich was in einem der umliegenden Cafés zu holen.

• Dorothee (9/5): Wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen! - Es ist ein wunderschönes historisches Gebäude, in dem das Hotel untergebracht ist, in zentraler Lage. Das Hotel hat Charme und Charakter. Das Badezimmer ist modern und ansprechend. Es gab eine Espressomaschine auf dem Zimmer, doch die war leider defekt. War für uns jetzt kein Drama. Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön. Beim Frühstück gäbe es noch Möglichkeiten, mehr Abwechslung und Varianz zu bieten.
• Florencia (10/5): Perfect choice for a stay in Soller! - The room is big, nice light, comfortable bed, warm shower (or bathtub!). The staff was amazing, I visited with my mom and since it was her birthday they prepared a surprise on the bed, such a cute detail! Location is perfect, just a block from the main square with nice restaurants and bars around. Breakfast was also really good, I highly recommend Lluna Aqua for your stay in Sóller! Beautiful, clean and welcoming decorations

• Marita (5/5): Die Lage des Hotels ist prima! Aber wenn man ein einfaches Zimmer bucht => nicht zu empfehlen! - Die Lager des Hotels ist gut! Absolut nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es keine Badezimmertür gab. Die Toilette war nur durch einen Sichtschutz getrennt, was keine Privatsphäre bot – Geräusche und Gerüche eingeschlossen. Das hat uns sehr gestört. Ebenso waren die Kissen unbequem, und eine Fön war erst auf Nachfrage erhältlich. Für die zweite Bettdecke mussten wir ebenfalls nachfragen, um einen Bezug zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: Es gab keine Eier, teils nicht einmal Butter; am zweiten Tag stand eine geöffnete Margarine-Schachtel herum. Das Obst wirkte bitter bzw. faul (Bananen). Die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse ließ zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, wenn ein "einfaches Zimmer" gebucht wurde. Die Suiten (konnten wir bei Freunden sehen) sind jedoch sehr hübsch und haben auch ein abgeschlossenes Bad ;-)!

• Behnke (8/5): - Super Lage, direkt in der Altstadt. Die Parksituation war extrem belastend. Der Parkplatz in der Nähe war fast immer voll. Leider mussten wir an unserem zweiten Tag 20 Minuten auf die Brötchen warten. Da das Frühstück ohnehin erst um 8:30 Uhr beginnt, sollte dann auch alles da sein und nicht erst 20 Minuten später. Sonst war das Frühstück gut. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden.
• Anna (9/5): Wunderschön im herzen von Soller - Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, da man mitten in Soller in den Cafés am Plaza problemlos nach seinem Geschmack frühstücken kann. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, war aber dennoch nachts ausgesprochen ruhig. Der Check-In war kontaktlos möglich (zuschickter Code), das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Parkplatzsuche in Soller ist immer etwas schwierig, aber mit ein bisschen Suchen klappt das auch. Das Hotel hat jedoch keine Parkplätze.
