Guest Reviews
- Katerina (9/5): pohodlné s výhledem - výborná lokalita, kousek na pláž, velmi prostorný apartment, dobře vybavený strmé točité schodiště, náročné vynášení kufrů.

- Martyn (10/5): It’s a shame we only stayed one night! Perfect location for exploring all the local beaches and Wilson’s Prom. Hoist’s - Location, the views and the dark skies. Tricky driveway.
- Ross (9/5): - Very spacious apartment with great deck views. Lots of steps. Sometimes noisy from the downstairs apartment
- caroline (9/5): - The apartment layout , location and view were amazing. It was very clean and very comfortable.
Checking in was easy
It's a nice touch to have tea and coffee and cold water when you arrive. You can really only navigate the driveway with a certain type of car!
The inside doors need attention as they rattled all night - as does the 2nd bedroom fan ( squeaked)
A clean sponge/scrubber would make washing dishes at the end of the stay easier.

- Brian (6/5): The view was great from the balcony but cooking facilities very poor. - Overall the place was okay and the view on the balcony was great. A bit disappointing with the pots and pans were so badly scratched that the Teflon was peeling I really hesitated to use them and that was a whole purpose why I got a fully self-contained room to make meals and cook every day. Specially with what I was charged for the three nights doesn’t take much to buy a few pots and pans to make sure that everything is good to go. If I had a choice again, I would not pay that amount for the stay for three nights considering the
Facilities and the location.
- Li (8/5): -
- Tish (10/5): - No Nothing
- Ileana (9/5): Beautiful penthouse - Very nice and clean. Rooms are very big.
View is outstanding Broken shower and uncomfortable mb mattress
- Julie (9/5): Views plus, comfortable well equipped property in a well secluded quiet spot - The views Everything was fine l didn’t feel super confident with the driveway but parking at the bottom was fine

- Umme (10/5): What an amazing and beatiful property to spend holiday in? While the property itself is very beautiful and convenient, w - It’s beautiful, clean, modern, conveniently located and feels like home during your stay. The pictures don’t do justice, as the property is even nicer and a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. Nothing. The property didn’t lack anything. All you need is just clothes, everything else is already in there!
- Smriti (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Lovely beach house, wonderful views - Terrific views, nice apartment, large rooms, very clean Kitchen appliances are a little dated and no dish washer
- Kien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Great apartment on the edge of Wilson’s Prom -
- Silva (10/5): Exceptional - View, space, location, design, everything!
- Karen (8/5): Good location. Lovely kitchen lounge area but needs some new pots and a better mattress in the master. - Good location. Spacious. Nice views. Cleaning could have been better in the wardrobes. Dead flies in the wardrobes and cobwebs . Some pots and pans had burnt areas in the bottom and weren’t really usable. No air con in the bedrooms so rather hot and the bed had a strange foam mattress topper which sagged.
- Shirley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aaliyah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali (8/5): Great worth booking - Location None , car park a bit steap
- Robbert (10/5): Amazing view, 5min from huge beach and 25min from Wilsons prom - Location and view None
- Pradeep (9/5): Superb - Spacious and very clean penthouse.
Close to Wilson prom.
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Kobinathan (10/5): Excellent place - Spacious
- Eng (8/5): Very good - Scenery. Hot water at shower very poor! Very little hot water coming out from the tap & turn cold once cold water tap turn on. Can't imagine if in winter season.
- Meriann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful view and very nice house!
- Chaturika (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, lovely apartment. Small touches are needed to take it from good to excellent - comfortable, WIFI good, great views and location, clean limited tea and coffee provided for 5 people, 4 days. Not great quality.
No condiments for cooking, like salt and paper, oil. I see these things provided comparable stays.
One tea towel for 5 people, 4 days. No paper towels
One bin bag for 5 people, 4 days
One board game and 2 puzzles, ut would be nice to have more to entertain kids
Not a full set of cutlery for the number of people staying
Stairs and driveway steep (but that can't be helped)
- Dua (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kaye (7/5): Good -
- North (9/5): Great little spot for exploring Wilson's Prom. - Amazing view and larger than we expected from the images. Very comfortable beds and living area. The shower but we understand it is a rainwater property.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Perfect escape location - Every thing was exceptional. Very clean and modern. Very spacious, great location and views. Everything we needed was there. Better than the photos. Quite, and pricing was very reasonable. Nothing negative to say
- Vinothkumar (10/5): Fantastic experience, definitely recommend - Excellent location, easy to access, warm enough for the cold day, spacious for a family Hot water does not come when someone else uses the tap, shower flow is very less, could not find salt or pepper satchets
- Liam (7/5): Great spot - Great space with plenty of room.
Amenities were good and beds comfortable. Wifi was down. We were told this was down but we're given passwords to another router. This didn't work either.
The parking was a little treacherous backing down the steep curved driveway.
- Cen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammad (10/5): Amazing views, good facilities, close to beach and general store. Highly recommended. - Everything. 360 deg views, minamilist modern decor, good location, nice and peaceful. Loved it. Steep driveway,
but other nearby properties have steeper driveways.
- Louise (10/5): Spacious living area with magnificent view. - Beautiful property with magnificent view, spacious setting, separate living areas for staying with friends, very clean and the hosts were very responsive. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft.
- Kerrin (7/5): Overall pleasant with a few minor inconveniences - The house is beautiful and warm More milk and better quality coffee would have been appreciated. The barbecue was not clean. A dishwasher would be a nice touch. Water pressure regulator needs to be installed. If downstairs guests turned on taps while we showered, we got burnt and frozen alternating. Most frustrating shower.
- Hua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ajaayen (8/5): Very good -
- Vella (10/5): Exceptional -
- C (8/5): Very good -
- Audrey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachael (9/5): Highly recommend - Beautiful property with a great view and a quiet location The driveway ! - plenty of information given when there on how to navigate it - once you had reversed down it once it was not so bad
- Loretta (10/5): Great spot, beautiful apartment, well equipped! - Amazing views and comfy beds The driveway is steep and awkward. But the views are worth it.
- Maree (8/5): Very good -
- Jessie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bhavin (9/5): Superb -
- Lin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (9/5): Absolutely loved it. - Great location and sensational view, just a shame we were only there for one night for a family wedding.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. N/A
- Wendy (8/5): Very good - Spacious with views. Close to general store. Prompt responses from host. Needs some maintenance
- Leane (7/5): Good -
- Monica (7/5): Value for money - It was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay
The manager was very helpful replied promptly
The value of the stay was good The staircase is a see through type made of steel a bit dizzying
The interior and colours are outdated
- Pyra (8/5): Spacious and beautiful family home with the best view! - Beautiful view, clean home, lovely and comfortable facilities. Car park is too steep for a big van to reverse parking and the stairs are a bit scary.😅
- Helen (6/5): A lovely part of Victoria - Sandy Point is a lovely location.
The General Store does have a good range of food and a bottle shop yet we had been warned to take everything with us.
Happy to support the local business.
This is a driving holiday, use Sandy Point as a base for daytrips especially to Wilsons Prom.
Foster is a pretty Town nearby with good shopping, Pub etc The property lacked personal touches eg no books, magazines, DVDs, Board Games.
We were left 1 spare rubbish bag for a 5 night stay.
The driveway is very dangerous.
Property absolutely unsuitable for anyone disabled
- Jacqueline (7/5): It's really about the size and the view. - The overall size and brightness, the view and location, ie a 10 minute walk to beach. The exterior is scary! From the building to the open, rusted stairway. The interior while large, open and bright is very dated; the carpets with lots of stains, no dishwasher, poor lighting in ensuite bathroom, fixtures dated, TV's as well; it needs an overhaul.
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Yang (9/5): Great property, kind host and value for money. - The host was very kind and considerate. It's great apartment and we felt like staying at home. Most importantly, the property is value for money, good facilities, excellent view from balcony & very clean. Highly recommended within the Wilsons Prom's range.
- Barbara (7/5): comfortable - the view and the area the stairs, the parking and condition of the property
