• Ben Luca (1/5): Wer sich den Urlaub versauen möchte macht hier eine Buchung - / Hot Tub seit längerer Zeit Kaputt. Angegebener Pool nicht vorhanden. Der Garten ist eine halbe Baustelle. Keine Bettdecken auf den Betten. Keine Richtung Führung durch die Unterkunft, stattdessen war der unfreundliche Besitzer auf einmal weg.

• Herman (10/5): Eco villa Jeo is a really nice place for you stay in Tbilisi. 10 minutes to the city center. - Really enjoyed staying at this villa with my family. The facilities are great and the place is organized great for your leisure. I reccommend this villa for a stay in Tbilisi.

Хозяин помог с поиском трансфера по туристическим местам. Очень отзывчивый, отвечал на все вопросы, был на связи во время нашего проживания. Огромный бассейн, фруктовые деревья. Не обращайте внимание на отзывы про собак - они никакого отношения к вилле не имеют. К тому же, мы не встретили ни одной бездомной собаки рядом.

Everything was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit hard to find at first, but if you search Eco House Villa Jeo in Google Maps, it’s much easier to navigate
• Eugene (10/5): Traumvilla in Tiflis! - Alles wie auf den Bildern, eigentlich noch besser. Pool und Hottub haben unserem Kleinen es echt angetan. Eigener Grill da um Schaschlik zu machen falls man möchte. Super Ausstattung!

• Sena (6/5): Pleasant - The house itself was comfortable. Rooms were nice. It had a huge garden. There were cats 🐈 -The communication with the owner was insufficient. The first day, he was supposed to come to collect the fee. He said he was coming in 1 hour but he didn't come at all. He didn't even text us to inform that he wasn't coming. We spent our first day waiting for him. The second day, he said that he was coming, but a stranger knocked on the door. Apparently, he sent his friend to take the money, but he didn't inform us beforehand. -In addition, we couldn't use the pool at all. The pool is inflatable. It is not an underground pool. It has a very small ladder to get in and out of the water. -The location is not ideal. It takes 10 mins+ by Bolt to get to the city center. We knew it was far, but we thought the pool and facilities were worth the drive every day. It wasn't. Then, the neighborhood was full of stray dogs. I also want to mention that it was hard to find the house on the first day because the location the owner sent us on whatsapp was incorrect. -The lock of the house didn't work. We didn't feel safe at nights.
