• Olga (7/5): Good - The host was really friendly and welcome. The apartment itself located in the old town, close to the main sightseeing. Apartment is equipped with all necessary stuff. I wish I would know about self check-in before arrival. When I came I could hardly understand how to get in. And one more thing you have to have internet and mobile connection to give a call to the host before check-in.
• Marcel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Perfect spot in the centre of the town, helpful host and the flat is as you can see in the pictures. Mattress could be a bit harder and there could be a hook for the towel in the bathroom, but that are negligible details in the overall experience.

Recommended, you will have a great stay! Do keep in mind , the bed is a sofa bed There need to be some hangers in the bathroom for the towels, i think it is an easy fix that they should add

• Pavel (10/5): A lovely spot in Genova - Very nice location. Absolutely new flat and renovated beautiful house. Inside of the apartment it was very clean, bathroom is super new and convenient. Everything you need to cook with in equipped kitchen with an installed fridge. The bed is inside a safa coupe, hard enough to have a good rest.

• Luana (10/5): Great place! - Valério was more than welcoming and friendly to us. We had a small problem checking in, but he made sure everything was up to the standards. The room is big, it has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable! We didn't enjoy much the neighborhood as we didn't find it much safe for two young ladies, maybe it was the days we were visiting!
• Luísa (6/5): It was ok but there are complaints. - The apartment looks pretty much like in the pictures, location is good, close to the port and in the old town, many important touristic spots can be reached by foot. There was an ad of 24 hours reception but there is no reception, is just a person that is available over phone to help you. Also, they advertise a washing machine which is not in the apartment but in the basement of the building. That is not a big issue on its own, but you simply can’t use the machine without a special card that nobody provided to us. Also some basic simple things were not provided, such as towels to dry dishes since we have dishes and kitchen, extra towels for shower for guests that stay longer , more toilet paper (we stayed a week and there was just one in the toilet plus two more hidden in the closet.
• Robbe (8/5): A lovley place to stay in the middle of Genua. - The appartement, the airco and the location of the appartment in the city.. It wasn’t the worst, but the communication with the host could be better.
• Piotr (7/5): Good - Very good location. The restaurant is not equipped with air conditioning, which in the climate of Genoa does not allow you to relax comfortably. The host only left one incomplete toilet paper. The kitchen lacks basic equipment - no kettle for coffee and tea.

• Mateusz (7/5): Good - The room was nice, modern and clean for a decent price. Since there isn't anyone at the apartment, instructions should be communicated ahead of time. The host is responsive so it was not a huge deal, but worth improving. The area, while certainly central, does feel a bit shady especially after dark.
