• Julia (10/5): - We had a great stay in this flat. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple. The location is excellent, with many supermarkets nearby and a beautiful promenade just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Lisbon!
• Radu (5/5): Decent apartment in Belém - The apartment is situated very close to the Jeronimos monastery and to the MAAT museum (Altinho tram/bus station). The kitchen is decent equipped for a longer stay, has everything need for a longer stay. The cleaning was superficial, with dust on the furniture and lamps beside the bed, and we found hairs from other guests on the bed sheets. The mattress was heavily stained, and the pillows were yellowed. When we reported this to GuestReady, we received a response two days later saying they would send someone to change the sheets, but our main concern were the pillows, which we specifically requested to be replaced. Meanwhile, we have already washed both the pillows and the sheets ourselves. We also extended our stay by two days, which should have included a mid-stay cleaning service, but no one came. Another major issue is the significant mold presence, especially in the bathroom. The wardrobe smelled of mold and contained stained pillows and duvets with a musty odor so we couldn't change the pillows with new ones. Overall, the apartment is in poor condition and not worth the price.

• Alina (9/5): Wonderful stay in Belém - The apartment was very nice, clean, and perfectly located, especially if you are attending an event at the Congress Center. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, making the stay very pleasant. Communication with the host was excellent. They answered all my questions quickly and were always very helpful. I also really appreciated that they kindly brought a heater, which made the apartment even more comfortable. It would have been perfect to have the heating system on when I arrived, as it took a little while to warm up. After that, and with the additional heater, the apartment was very pleasant. It would also have been nice to have a few coffee capsules for the machine and toiletries for more than just one day.

• Kitija.I (6/5): You can stay in these apartments if you are in Lisbon for a short time - Communication with the host was great. We arrived and checked in quite late - it was easy to get to the place and get to the apartment, as there was a locker with keys and I had received clear instructions beforehand. The place is located near MAAT - where you can go in the evening and watch the sunset. There was a coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for lunch. There was both an iron - useful for ironing clothes, and a vacuum cleaner - useful for keeping the apartment clean. The bedspreads were quite dirty. The sofa in the living room was worn and dirty. The bathroom had a universal 2in1 shampoo and shower gel - if you are staying for several days, it will be enough for only one shower visit. I wanted to put clothes in the closet, but the closet had an unpleasant smell, so I couldn't store anything there while we were there.
• Kilian (8/5): Es war ein sehr Erlebnisreicher und schöner Urlaub - Die Lage war super direkt in Belém mit all seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Eine sehrt gute Verbindung mit der Straßenbahn E15 in die Altstadt oder zu anderen Zentralen Verkehrs Linien. Die Einrichtung ist Neuwertig und Sauber. Es gab eine sehr steile Treppe (2. Stockwerke ca. 55°) zur Wohnung, bei der wir Probleme hatten (es wurde leider nicht in der Beschreibung zur Wohnung erwähnt) da wir nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind. Die Wohnung war auch etwas Hellhörig wir konnte die anderen Gäste über uns auch beim reden hören.
