• Valerie (9/5): - Spacious, great location for all amenities. Only couple of minutes from New Theatre and Cathedral and Queensgate shopping centre. Parking brilliant. Great concierge service. Just needed full length mirror and a mirror near a socket
• Wanda (9/5): Will definitely go back when I’m in the area - Beautiful flat, perfect location. We had a plumbing issue that was fixed in the next couple of hours by very knowledgeable and kind staff Building is a maze with long corridors and lifts are remote.

• Bridget (10/5): Central comfy and clean - Central location, comfy appartments, lovely and clean and with great self-catering facilities, ample free parking and with a late night Tescos very close. I had a penthouse appartment over two floors which was lovely and airy in high Summer. Staff really went out of their way to be helpful. Nothing not to like once you get used to the maze of corridors ! Its a big building and as it is largely residential private owners it has limited signage, so can be confusing to find your way back to the lift. I kept expecting to bump into Keanau Reeves stuck in the Matrix as I turned the repetitive corners along the homogenous corridors….but once you take the red pill its fine….
• Paula (9/5): - Centrally situated in the heart of Peterborough, nice lay out of the apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No air conditioning, the penthouse was extremely hot.

• Mohammed (4/5): Poor, given standard apartment instead of penthouse, no discount - Not much We booked a penthouse, on arrival told non available with no explanation, staff did the best they could. Room given was not clean, bins not emptied and bits of glass in the living room. No discount received despite being given standard apartment.

• Darren (5/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Safe parking No milk or sugar on arrival Patio Door doesn’t have a lock , Bird shit all over the floor and wasn’t cleaned during our stay having reported it within 30 mins of arrival. Very confusing to get to 5th floor
• Mohammed (1/5): We will not be booking again. - location, reception staff did their best. We booked the penthouse apartment, I received an email confirmation and a further email confirming the booking on the morning of arrival. When we arrived I was told the penthouse was not available but we were to be given another apartment. I was told that nothing could be done. I asked why I had not been informed so that I could make other arrangement, the reception staff did not have the information. I was told the next day we might be able to have the penthouse, this was not the case. I was promised the manager would provide a refund - this is yet to happen. The reception staff did their best. The room we were given was not clean, the bathroom bin had not been emptied, the toiletries had not been replaced. There was bits of glass on the living room floor which had not been cleaned up properly and my partner got some in her foot!
• Vincent (7/5): Good - Spaciousness, sense of security, onside parking Crockery cupboard door would not shut because plates too wide!! Standard lamp did not work. Gave a sense that the place had not been checked in customer caring way.
• Matthew (1/5): Never had 1 good nights sleep for 13 night stay! Truck got broken into first week all tools stolen in secure car park. N - Nothing 2 x Balcony doors locks broke so people can get in. Car got window put through in secure car park, tools gone. Prostitutes and piss heads walking corridor at weekends

• Paula (8/5): Thanks Bayard for a lovely stay - A beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Felt very homely and everything you needed for a fab stay. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. Balcony area dirty so couldn't really sit outside as on our particular stay it was 27 degrees! Unfortunately there was only 1 portable fan/air con unit but 3 sleeping areas so we were all cooking - had to go and buy an extra fan - but not really the owner's fault. Needs arrows on the walls for exit lol - like a maze.

• Kwok (9/5): Superb - Well located, close to the city centre. Clean and tidy apartment. The host was very helpful and always with speedy and prompt response to enquiries. There's only one fan in the apartment. However the apartment is not equipped with air conditioning and the living room and bedrooms are on separate floors. It would be more idea if each room and the living room equipped with individual fan.
• Layan (1/5): Awful and dangerous place - Comfy bed Checked to find it wasn't cleaned after a party (we have a full video) drugs, bottles, place ransacked. Staff were a nightmare and the manager didn't want to deal with it right away so pretended his phone was broken so so.eone else called and it magically worked then he found out it was my colleague so blocked our number. Said he was in the office then when I said my colleague was coming down to speak to him he ran off and locked the office. Put in a horrid temp apartment with no windows or ventilation. Next day got into our apartment. Balcony door didn't lock and had no handle. Right by a construction site, dust everywhere. Construction noise early in the morning .
• Mandy (7/5): Good value and well located - would stay again. - Good location for the city centre. walkable from train and bus stations. Helpful staff. The accommodation is perfect for a work group to stay. 1 en suite bedroom and another separate bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. sofa bed upstairs in living area. We would stay here again. If we hadn’t been shown where the room was, we would have struggled to find it. A bit more attention to cleaning would help (grotty balcony) and bedding could have been fresher for the sofa bed. Strong smell of weed in the corridors but not a problem once in the apartment.
