А сега накратко - в указания часови интервал отидохме на мястото, за да влезем в апартамента. Трябваше да отворим вратата с код, който не сработи. Машинката явно беше повредена и няколко часа се опитвахме да влезем като в същото време се опитвах да се свържа със собствениците, но без успех. От номера, който имах единствено ми отговаряше на съобщенията изкуствен интелект, който с нищо не можеше да помогне и реален човек така и не се появи. След 4 часа чакане и опитване да влезем, чрез букинг се свързаха със собствениците, които АНУЛИРАХА резервацията в 9 часа вечерта, ние 6 човека, като 2 от тях деца, останахме на улицата!!! Нямам думи с които да опиша разочарованието ни! А относно депозита, който взеха от сметката ми, след 1 месец разправии успях да си го върна! Разбира се вече никой не отговаряше на съобщенията ми! Не си го причинявайте, не си заслужава!

• Gabriela (1/5): MALA EXPERIENCIA - Los administradores muy irresponsables, nos pasaron la dirección exacta media hora después de la hora de ingreso, nos dieron instrucciones poco claras sobre el uso del aire y la forma de ingresar al recinto, no atendían nunca el teléfono. Se tranco la cerradura electrónica y estuvimos todo un día tratando de que nos resolvieran el problema para ingresar. Nos decían que nos habían mandado las llaves físicas por glovo y no llegaron hasta dos horas, cuando llego el cadete nos dijo que hacía 20 minutos habían contratado el servicio (nos mintieron). Además pequeños detalles que no tendrían sentido mencionar como que nos dejaron dos jaboncitos personales para 6 personas.... una pésima experiencia. La falta de seriedad, responsabilidad y sinceridad. Disposición de nuestro tiempo de disfrute y nos arruinaron un día entero de vacaciones

• Wiktor (3/5): - Bliskość lotniska, mieliśmy lot o 7 rano więc dobra opcja jak ktoś ma poranny lot Wejście do mieszkania jest tylko przez elektroniczny zamek sterowany z aplikacji więc jeżeli ktoś nie umie w takie rzeczy to nie polecam. Ostre metalowe schody w mieszkaniu o które łatwo uderzyć. Kaucja 200€ zwracana po tygodniu ale trzeba uważać bo jest w mieszkaniu ostry regulamin odnoście wynoszenia śmieci ręczników i zasad i za każde złamanie regulaminu jest potrącana opłata z kaucji. Kaucja była zwrócona dopiero 7 dni po wymeldowaniu.

• Nagore (1/5): Está a sido mi experiencia con este alojamiento - Esto es absolutamente intolerable. Hemos abonado 200 € de fianza y 293 € por la estancia, y el alojamiento no cumple ni mínimamente con lo anunciado. No es habitable ni seguro. NO CABEN 6 PERSONAS. Viajo con 4 hijos y no hay camas ni espacio suficiente para dormir. No se nos ha entregado la cuna, pese a haberla solicitado expresamente. El estado del inmueble es peligroso. Las escaleras son un riesgo grave, y como consecuencia de ello mi bebé de 1 año y medio acaba de sufrir una brecha en la cabeza. Esto es EXTREMADAMENTE GRAVE. La calefacción no funciona, lo que hace la vivienda totalmente inhabitable, especialmente con menores. La situación me ha provocado un ataque de ansiedad y es denunciable por incumplimiento grave de las condiciones, falta de seguridad y riesgo para menores. EXIJO UNA SOLUCIÓN INMEDIATA: • Reubicación urgente en un alojamiento adecuado AHORA MISMO, o • Devolución íntegra e inmediata de todo lo pagado (estancia y fianza). Si no recibo una respuesta INMEDIATA, procederé sin previo aviso a: • Presentar denuncia formal • Comunicar los hechos a la plataforma, Consumo y autoridades competentes • Aportar informes médicos, fotos y pruebas

• Omar (9/5): very good - Close to airport - Metro station is 6 minutes walk; bus service 101 is 3 minutes walk Communication with host - took time to sort out late check out (7 messages before getting a reply)
• Cristina L. L. (8/5): Zona tranquila - Pis de construcció nova. Pocs veïns. Ascendor. A 10 minuts aeroport i uns 400 mts del metro. Als voltants s'hi aparca bé. Supermercat a 100 mts, pizzeria, etc La decoració ens ha encantat. Dos labavos complerts. Dos habitacions amb llits de matrimoni. Molts armaris. Durant la nit, silenci. Bon descans. El registre online. Molt de temps perdut, no es carregaven les fotos DNI, es bloquejava, etc. Al final ens ho van haver de fer ells... L''aplicació per poder accedir al pis era massa difícil. No és un pis ni per gent gran, ni per anar amb menors, etc. ja que hi ha unes escales a l'interior amb molta pendent i gens segures. Retenen 200 euros de fiança, tornada als 7 dies de la sortida. Poca neteja... Els hi vam passar fotos a l'entrar per deixar constància i no fer perillar la fiança. Vam avisar que una dutxa no funcionava i no van venir ni a mirar-se-la. Passaven nota... Pudor a tabac. Obres. Están fent un bloc de pisos al costat. Soroll quan començen a treballar.
