• helena (5/5): Bonito apartamento pero con instalaciones deficitarias - Es un apartamento muy bonito, amplio, cómodo y la ubicación es buena . 1) la encimera de la cocina no permite usar dos fogones a la vez a la potencia máxima o casi . Lo que nos impidió poder cocinar para las 5 personas que éramos . 2) En uno de los baños no hay cortina y no funciona el tapón de desagüe para cerrarlo. 3) no se pueden usar las tres duchas a la vez . No sale suficiente agua. Lo q supone un problema si han de salir temprano 5 personas duchadas. Teníamos que hacer turnos . 3) dormir en la habitación que daba a la calle del Borgo Sta Croce resulta difícil por el ruido hasta altas horas de la noche provocado por el bar que hay casi delante. Estuvimos en fin de semana. 4) por todo lo anterior , se puede apreciar que las instalaciones no estaban ni de lejos al nivel del precio que pagamos por el apartamento.

Особое внимание заслуживает подъезд и лестница. Очень рекомендуем! мы очень долго не могли попасть в номер. Дозвониться в службу поддержки невозможно. Там работает автоответчик и сбрасывает. Возможно, мы попали в самый ажиотаж, когда было много обращений, но были потрачены около часа времени перед дверями всей семьей. Замок с секретом, и мы долго не могли разобраться. потратили очень много времени. но это не претензия к компании Mamo и никак не касается качества жилья. По возможности - сделайте для будущих жильцов подробную инструкцию ;))) Поддержка должна быть доступнее.

• John (10/5): If you have a large group of 6 people and are looking for a great location in Florence to see the city this is the place - The location was excellent, the property clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The staff was attentive and responsive and couldn’t be better. We had a fantastic time and they even helped us book early morning taxis to the airport for our departure.

• Kari (10/5): Fell in love with Florence in Frida - We loved this apartment. So much space for my family of 5 to spread out. It is in an absolutely gorgeous building in a fabulous location in Santa Croce. So many amazing restaurants within 1-2 blocks, but the area was not overly touristy or crowded (in Jan). The beds were comfortable. The separate washer and dryer helped a lot. The bathrooms were modern and updated. The building elevator was helpful for moving baggage. I wish the property managers had left a small amount of laundry detergent and either paper towels or cloth towels in the kitchen.

• sabine t (10/5): Beau séjour d'une semaine à Florence - Nous avons trouvé l'appartement magnifique, belle décoration chaude et paisible. La localisation est parfaite, nous nous sommes déplacés à pieds durant 1 semaine sur tout Florence. Nous qui cuisinons avons été gènes par le manque d'équipements de la cuisine : pas de couteau coupant vraiment, pas d'éplucher légumes, certaines poêles ne fonctionnent pas sur l'induction, pas de moule à gâteaux.

• Shawn (8/5): In general, the property was clean and we liked spacious living room. - We absolutely loved the spacious living room — it was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We were looking for a place with three bedrooms and separate bathrooms, and this property met our needs perfectly. Having three bathrooms was ideal for three couples and made our stay very comfortable. Our experience with the property management was quite disappointing. We were left waiting outside the main entrance for 30 minutes due to paperwork requirements, which could have been handled more efficiently. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking Airbnbs managed by this property management company. It was particularly frustrating to see the owner greeting tourists at the Airbnb across the street while we were waiting. Avoid the room facing the street. A full of people were at the bar near the location.

• Corrone (10/5): Fantastic location. Great sized apartment for a big family. Close to attractions and restaurants. I’d definitely stay he - So spacious. The size of each room was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and close to many main attractions and restaurants. The staff were very responsive and helpful. This apartment suited my family of 5 perfectly. The beds were more on the uncomfortable side and there was a bar outside that made noise well into the night.

• Claudia (10/5): Our stay was definitely very satisfactory. 100% recommended. - The property is super clean, comfortable, and cozy. It exceeded my expectations. I think the only negative thing is that there are no insect screens on the windows, and when you open them, any insect can get in.
• Emma (8/5): A lovely stay in Florence - Very spacious and clean, close to all the attractions. You can hear a lot of noise from the road below, and woken up every morning by street cleaning machine that lasted an hour. Lots of stairs , there is a lift but not to your floor.

The location was wonderful as well – right in the centre of where we wanted to be There isn’t much to say against it, we really loved it. The room overlooking the road is noisy at night, but we slept fine through it. And probably a cafetière would’ve been nice rather than an espresso coffee maker, but that’s about it.

• Armela (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is great. The apartment itself is big and very clean. It was very noisy in one of the rooms facing the main road during the night. Also it would be nice to have a hair dryer, I know there was an option to rent hair dryers and other utilities but still some basic one could be there.

The bedroom facing the street was noisy at night - easily fixed with a pair of earplugs.

• Jocelyn (9/5): Wonderful location to walk around beautiful Florence - Location was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable stay with beautiful large rooms. Lighting wasn’t good. I made sure I packed in the daylight as there’s only lamps available for lightning in the main room.

Beds quality is little higher than standard Linens and pillows clean Located in TMZ zone cars we couldn't get in. Parking was many km away so things might need from car is not easy to get. Tintori garage did valet Parking 36eur per day.
• Barry (9/5): Florence is a welcoming beautiful city. - The apartment was of a high standard and clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There is a lift so you don't have to carry your suitcases up to the second floor on arrival and the air con is very welcoming. We found that even though you were asked to respect the noise level after 10 o'clock which is understandable, the bars opposite the apartment were open until 3am so I would recommend that you take earplugs with you, if staying in the front bedroom. Everything else about the location was brilliant, Florence is such a walkable city. Make sure you visit the other side of the river via the Jewelled Bridge and watch the sunset on the Michelangelo Piazza steps. La Buchette,a few doors down, is a great restaurant.

• Brent (8/5): Gorgeous Palazzo in the heart of Florence - The apartment is in a great location in the heart of Florence, It is a beautifully decorated Palazzo with high ceilings are grand fireplace and large rooms. It had three separate bathrooms, and also had an area for a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had almost everything that we needed, except for a coffee machine. The building did have an elevator, but still had a few stairs to navigate on the way to the apartment. A coffee machine (Nespresso or Similar) is essentially. Extra blankets & towels would be good. Being a group of 4 an extra set of keys would have been handy. The bar across was open late and was very noisy.

If you can sleep with the noise then no problem. all of the guest that slept on the side of the flat with the two bedrooms left with bug bites on them.

• Meredith (10/5): We loved this place and couldn’t recommend it enough! - The apartment was a restored beautiful old apartment. We stayed with 6 adults and 3 kids and it could not have worked better! There is a small room with two chairs that we could use as the kids room plus there was 3 additional rooms. Mamo Florence was absolutely incredible - they helped us get early check in with our screaming babies. Couldn’t recommend them enough!! One room is slightly noisy but my parents sleep through everything and we didn’t have any issues.

• Helen (6/5): The apartment was in a great part of the city and had great facilities. Shame it was so noisy. - The location was excellent in terms of proximity to all key areas. The room layout was great, as were the size of the rooms. The kitchen was well fitted out and had everything we needed. Loved the decor. The noise from street below went on until 3am below which meant sleep in the front bedroom was very difficult. Disappointed with the toiletries provided which meant we all had to go out and buy some more. A complementary bottle of water would have been a nice touch. The air con was not very effective in the bedrooms. Dining chairs were a little tired.
• Ann (9/5): Unforgettable. - The location, beauty, space. I couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to attractions, great restaurants. So much square footage, lots of privacy for adult family members traveling together. One of the “double” beds was actually two twins put together. I know this common in Europe, just not comfortable. On weekend nights, there was considerable noise from a few bars on the street.

• Elissa (9/5): A beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment with an easy location for exploring the city - The apartment is stunning and the location is fantastic for adventures in the city. Having an elevator was extremely helpful given our young children and a stroller. The furnishings in the home were beautiful, clean, simple and comfortable but showed beautifully! I didn’t realize there were multiple levels in the house which did make a difference to me. There is a bar outside the apartment that smells terrible and is disturbingly loud, not a good match for light sleepers. The ability to add on items was amazing, however the costs to do so seemed high compared to other listings.
• Wendy (10/5): Excellent .Great property with three bedrooms each with own bathroom. - Excellent location to explore Florence As already mentioned by previous reviews you are in heart of Florence and front bedroom can hear street noise but it did not spoil our stay. Key to use the front gate is a skill to open so get guide to teach you how to open and it will be fine

In a general comment, I have made 3 bookings in the last 10 days, and one was with a hotel and the other were with apartments. I am leaning towards hotel rooms simply due to the fact of check out times. If I am going to be paying a decent amount of money for a place, I should be able to stay until at least 1200hrs

Communication with the host was easy, they were very responsive to our questions and let us drop our luggage off early. The location was also great, very close to the all of sights. We really enjoyed our stay!
• Buchholz (9/5): LOVED IT! - ONe of the Mamo Florence team met us at the property to deliver keys and open the property for us. Italy addresses are quirky with different numbers for residential and commercial uses on the same street. Knowing what to look for was key. In addition, the property was highly secure with a massive common front door into the property followed by what can be described as a fortified front door into the actual apartment which gave us a peace of mind. Fully updated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms all nicely decorated. Location was amazing within the heart of Florence and adjacent to Santa Croce where Galileo, Machivelli, and Michaelangelo are intomed along with Dante's empty tomb. Location is adjacent to the famous schoool of leather (must vist for your hand bag collection),

• Samantha (9/5): Wonderful Location and large! - The location was amazing! The apartment was huge and comfortable. We stayed with 8 family members and it was very roomie. The bathrooms were huge for Europe, with showers and bathtubs. The kitchen was lovely. The dryer took a very long time to dry items.

Brilliant location It’s in a street that’s quiet in the day but at night has two lively bars very close by so it can be a bit noisy at night

Suitable for a small group or family. Excellent bathrooms for each bedroom. Individual control of each air conditioning is highly recommended. Wi Fi available. Well decorating through apartment home. Historic villa home modernized with legacy retained. Bedroom fronting Borgo Dei Croce was noisy in late and early morning from folks at local bar or restaurants.
• Dieter (6/5): overall it worked for what we needed - location and size of apt the bathrooms with showers seemed to spread water out to floors, one bathroom did not have a shower at all just a tub. That is typical, the tea pot did not hit water, and the dryer did not dry clothes. Well at all usually comes out. Stuffing comes out be careful for different levels within the apartment have to watch your step.  What would have like an area to put stuff in in the bathroom and possible end tables in the living room
• Elizabeth (10/5): Excellent, comfortable, convenient stay. - Excellent location. The lift helped with the older family. The beds were super comfortable, all the essentials were there. It was beautiful inside and so near all the sights of Florence. The company stored our luggage in the last day so we’re able to enjoy every minute before we travelled home. All in all, Fabulous. didn’t want to leave.
