- VOLHA (10/5): Прекрасное место для отдыха! - Понравилось месторасположение и сами апартаменты. Жили на втором этаже в большой квартире с террасой. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым. Хочу отметить чистоту, как в номере, так и территории вокруг. Много зелени, всё ухожено. На территории есть уютная беседка, небольшая детская площадка. До моря 5 мин ходьбы. Пляж частный с лежаками, столами, стульями, бассейны (1 взрослый, 1 детский). Были с 8-15 сентября, это уже не совсем сезон, испортилась погода. В остальном всё отлично 👍.
- Zoran (8/5): Nice, tidy and peaceful, just right for a vacation - There were almost everything an apartment should have. Particularly nice was big terrace and the fact that they filtered water so one can drink or cook without the need to buy it. The host was attentive and responsible person providing whatever info we need. Something that didn't bother me, but for the sake of clear picture, guest should know that the pool on the picture is not part of this apartment, but belongs to the area of apartments (200 m distance). Although it is declared that the apartment is beachfront (which is true) the very beach assigned to us was approx 400m far. TV set was operative, but having internet only - not cable channels or national TV. What bothered me was related to location as one should take a taxi to go to the nearest shop and that there were only two nearby restaurants (although good ones).
- Mariusz (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt godny polecenia. - Wspaniały właściciel, bardzo pomocny. Mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Każda naszą prośbę realizował, mieliśmy stały kontakt przez whatsapp. Uzyskaliśmy też pomoc przy zakwaterowaniu. Nie musieliśmy nawet dotknąć naszych bagaży, były wniesione i zniesione przy wymeldowaniu. Sam apartament przepiękny, doskonale urządzony, zaopatrzony we wszystko. W rzeczywistości wygląda o wiele lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Do plaży 5 minut. Na plaży leżaki do dyspozycji po okazaniu bransoletki. Przy plaży prysznic i duży basen z leżakami do naszej dyspozycji. Koło basenu restauracja. Kolejne dwie w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Tam również mały market z wszystkim co potrzeba. Teren zamknięty strzeżony, bardzo czysty. Można zamówić Bolta i podjechać za 2$ do centrum Buzovnej z wielkimi marketami, restauracjami i sklepami ze wszystkim. Taras w apartamencie to coś niesamowitego. Ogromny, wygodny, doskonale urządzony z pięknym widokiem na morze. Właściciel powitał nas butelką pysznego wina. Brak.

- diana (9/5): Место, куда хочется вернуться. - Отличное место для отдыха. Хозяин сделал все, чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома. Приехали в 6 утра, нас ждали и сразу заселили. И подарили вкусное вино! Все наши просьбы выполнялись сразу, мы действительно чувствовали заботу и сердечное отношение. Причтный бонус - спортзал в цоколе! Море близко, пляж песочный, места много. И бассейн есть! Песок на пляже непривычно коричневый, мелкий как пыль. Но это скорее странно, чем плохо.

- VITALY (10/5): - Отдыхали с 05.08.2025 по 19.08.2025. Все очень понравилось! Гостеприимный приём со стороны Шахина!!! Отдыхали двое взрослых и двое детей! Удобства для отлыха с детьми на хорошем уровне, нам было важно наличие кухни и стиральной машины! Все это было у нас в аппариаментах. Море рядом, около 5 минут, ресторан 2-3 минуты. Охраняеиая, закрытая территория, что немаловажно. Много детей, так, что детям было не скучно. Хороший, пляж, лежаки, стулья и пользование пляжем для гостей Шахина бесплатно, возле пляжа есть ресторан. Есть бассейн детский и для взрослых! Все возникающие вопросы легко и быстро решались гостеприимным Шахином, Али и Эмином! 15 дней пролетели незаметно, уверен, что вернемся именно сюда и рад буду рекомендовать это место друзьям и близким. - Ekaterina (8/5): Райское место с чудесным коттеджем, милыми соседями, креслицами и винотекой! в беседке во дворе. - Великолепный, чистый, утопающий в зелени, коттеджный поселок, с пляжем, бассейном и с двумя ресторанами. Мы жили в квартире с уютным балконом, цветами и с чудесным, умиротворяющим видом. Хозяин, этого великолепия, Шаин, делал все мысленное и немыслимое, для того, чтобы наша, временно, праздная) жизнь, стала еще лучше. Он был гостеприимен, великодушен, помогал и вдохновлял. Мы очень благодарны ему за это! Так же, хотелось бы отметить, его прекрасных помощников: Тельмана и Али. Ребята обладают спокойствием, терпением и всегда, были готовы придти на помощь и оказать любую, даже мелкую услугу, которая была в их силах. Несомненно, мы чувствовали себя, как дома! Еду мы не готовили, это было бы бесмыссленно и глупо, потому что в пяти минутах ходьбы, находился он: ресторан Delmar boutique lounge, где мы завтракали, обедали и не стану скрывать, ужинали;) Cвежайшие продукты, необыкновенные вкусы и место, где вас встретят ни как посетителей, а как друзей! Ахат, Лейлочка и Руфатик -прекрасная, интеллигентная семья, которые заботились о нас! Нам уже не хватает вашего тепла, домашней атмосферы и разговоров обо всем. Уже скучаем.. На территоррии коттеджного поселка нет магазина и если Вы хотите готовить сами, то надо будет ехать на машине или такси в ближайший супермаркет. Я, думаю, наличие, подобного заведения рядом, было бы очень удобным для живущих и отдыхающих, а так же, очень выгодно, с точки зрения бизнеса. Шумоизоляция. Просто захватите с собой беруши.

One small downside was that due to missing dark night curtain and street light just next to the window, one room was very bright during the night.
