• Wayne (8/5): - Very handy location to old Trafford. Clean comfortable apartment. Helpful staff when needed.
• simran (1/5): - Area it was in was nice had no hot water all day even called for help but the staff didn’t communicate properly, dishes were dirty and the heating wasn’t working at all.
• Ajaz Siddique (1/5): Very poor - Location was quite convenient for where I needed to be. 1.Bed. Not comfortable at all. 2. Room rather cramped with massive double sofa bed. Had to rearrange to get around the place more comforting. Poor communication.!! WiFi was not working. They were unable to sort it through out my stay. Someone replied after 2 days of sending my message labeled urgent. They then sent the issue to the management. They came back with a new password. That took 2 more days. I had explained that it was the router that was flashing as if there was an issue with the connection. That wasn't addressed instead I was sent a new password. By that time it was my time to leave' I stayed for 1 week.
• Anna (9/5): Perfect location for those who came for a weekend or to the Trafford Stadium. - Very good location. Tram stop was close to the apartment, so it was easy to go to the city centre and to the airport as well. A lot of dust in the corners of room. Sofa and the coffee table were a bit destroyed. But it wasnt a big problem, because we didnt use them anyway.

• Zusia (7/5): A Week in Old Trafford - Very cozy, close to the tram and bus stops. Wasn't cleaned very well, the fan was about dead and the table was very flimsy.

El sofá cama: Y este es un tema que se lee en varios comentarios. Toca cambiar y renovarlo. No es razonable que cobrando lo que cobran, tengan un sofá cama de pena. Se ve sucio y se hunde todo. A pesar de los recurrentes comentarios de antiguos huéspedes, no mejoran lo del sofá cama. La limpieza: el piso tenía polvo, el personal que lleva la limpieza no limpia adecuadamente todas las zonas. Llegamos a aspirar el apartamento, porque aquello estaba con polvo y pelos. La alfombrilla de la ducha también, no se sabe desde cuándo no la cambian Así como la alfombra del salón.
• Priscila (4/5): It could’ve been better. - Very close to the Tram line and close to Old Trafford stadium all walking distance. Spacious toilet and nice hot shower. A lot of clean towels. The hosts gave full and clear instructions of the check in and check out process. They seemed very available although we didn’t meet personally. The apartment was very dusty. Only the top windows open making ventilation nearly impossible in summer. The curtains don’t cover the sun properly. The sofa bed is quite old and smelly. Hard to sit on and even worst to sleep on. The one fan is not enough for both the living room and bedroom. It was hard to sleep because of the heat. The reception area of the building needs a bit of a clean up. The chairs have footprints on them and it seems it’s hardly cleaned.

• Akpezi (10/5): Excellent location and beautiful space - It was neat, cozy and had all the basic facilities that made our stay great The Internet was slow but overall we had a good stay
• Abu (6/5): Good location. - Personally like the location and general facilities surrounding the premises such as halal store, mosque, mini market and tram station nearby. The place is also 15-20 minutes walk away from Old Trafford Stadium. Bad sofa well seasoned sunken in and not worthy for sitting at all. Caused acute lower back pain on the second day of stay. It was complained on the very first day with photos but no resolution until check out date. No clear indication nor labelling for switch for the towel heater inside the toilet.
