• Radu (10/5): Excellent experience! - Excellent host and housing. The house was exactly what we needed and was right by the sea. There were 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom and a kitchen (that morphs with the living room). It's perfect for 4 adults and also has an extendable couch. Has good air conditioning, a clean kitchen, and when we arrived everything was clean and in perfect condition. It's pretty cozy and comfortable and our host was in the house on our left. She also has a friendly dog that sits in the yard. The area that the house is in is very peaceful and quiet filled with friendly locals. The host is also friendly herself. She brought us 2 greek desserts (Bougatsa and another we don't know the name of) and was always available to help all while giving us privacy. If you're looking to relax, I'd highly recommend this place.

• bubalik (10/5): Отлично място за спокойна почивка - Чудесна къща, разположена на тихо и спокойно място с всички удобства. Удобна веранда, красив, добре поддържан двор с паркомясто. Много любезна домакиня и приятни съседи. Кучето ни беше много добре прието, не се плаща допълнително за домашните любимци. На 5 мин с кола, в Созополи, има голям свободен плаж, с много малко хора. Има и заведения с чадъри и шезлонги, които се ползват срещу консумация без определен минимум. С удоволствие бихме отседнали тук отново.
• Zuzanna (10/5): Beautiful little house 3 mins walk from the sea - Lovely, beautiful house, very tastefully decorated, with a fantastic veranda and a garden, 4 mins walk to the sea. You can walk out just in your bikini and jump into the sea a moment later. Dora the host is the nicest person, nothing was ever a problem. She baked us delicious cakes twice. She made the stay truly special. You need a car to stay here, but the nearest shop is 10 mins walk away. The nearby Sozopoli village has a few tavernas and a really chilled out atmosphere , even in the height of the season. It's a good base for exploring Chalkidiki, while staying away from the crowds. We liked everything.

• Petya (9/5): - Comfortable house with nice garden, perfect if you are with kids and dog. The area is very quiet, away from traffic noise. All is very well maintained and clean. The house is equipped with everything you may need for your vacation stay. The host is very kind and responsive.

Dora was so kind and friendly host and made our stay perfect. Small yard with green grass, large veranda and barbecue. Definitely will visit again. Highly recommended this property The address of the house is not correct and was very hard to find.
• Ionel (9/5): Superb - The owner was really nice with us and checked us in earlier than she was supossed to. The place was quiet and perfect for relaxing and its perfect for a family with 2 kids. The beaches are 10 mins away with the car or there is also a nearby wild beach but it has many rocks. I enjoyed staying here and i will return for sure. The wifi was really bad sometimes.
